Oxygen Hot Yoga & Fitness

I absolutely adore this gym. Prior to trying this place out I never would have imagined that I would enjoy working out in a sauna or in a group environment. Now, I’m addicted to attending classes here!

The instructors are all amazingly high energy and supportive. Don’t get me wrong though, the workouts are HARD and really challenge you to push yourself.

I’ve found my new favourite gym and have fallen back in love with working out.

This place is terrible in general, and the team is even worse. If I could, I’d rate it with zero stars!

I recently had a disappointing experience at Oxygen Hot Yoga in New Westminster. The customer service was subpar, showing a lack of attentiveness, friendliness, and understanding. I intended to try a week trial of their classes, but on my second day of the trial, pre-registered in advance, I encountered an issue.

The CSR, Larissa, checked me into the class while I waited for my sister to park. However, when I attempted to enter the studio, Larissa informed me that I couldn't join because it was late, and my mat wasn't set up. It was frustrating that this information wasn't communicated on the first day. Consequently, for the second day in a row, we were unable to participate in the class.

The atmosphere lacked the positive and supportive vibe I had hoped for. Overall, it was a letdown, and I'm currently hesitant to consider returning to Oxygen Hot Yoga in New Westminster.

I took a class with Joe this morning, it’s my first time here at this studio. The studio is absolutely beautiful and clean. The front desk girl was sooo nice.
Joe! What great energy and an amazing instructor! Joe explains everything and gives higher and lower options. Joe welcomed me to class and checked on me too. Music was on point! Take Joe’s class you won’t regret it! 100%

Took other formats with Joe! He’s consistent and solid! Love him!
Also took Samantha’s class on Sunday. She’s fierce! I love her too.

Did the one week trial here. I’ve been two two other Oxygen studios in the great Vancouver area and this one was so far the best.
The studio is spacious and the classes are good. They only offer hot classes but the downside is they don’t have showers. There are no lockers. You can leave your stuff in the cubbies outside or take them with you to the room.
I went to 5 different classes and each time I had to figure out myself what props were needed. It would be better if the instructors can announce this in the room.

I'm trying the 1 week trial and I like how the studio looks. I've enjoyed 2 classes so far and really like it.

My favorite Oxygen Yoga studio. Classes are great, exactly what I would expect for a workout. Friendly staff and instructors are excellent! They can sure make you sweat, which is awesome!
