Was assured I could get my prepaid months credited once I came back from extended holidays. Instead when I came back 4 months worth of dues were wasted and not credited and I never went back.

Please beware when you sign the paperwork, they will say you something else and trap you into a yearly contract. I enrolled into the one year biweekly program and the receptionist mentioned to me that you can cancel the membership with 2 months of notice. I asked her clearly if i will have to pay any amount in case i would like to terminate the membership before the 12 months expiry. She told me to provide 2 months notice.
Now when i trying to cancel the membership becuase they dont have enough/0 workout classes offered on the weekends, the owner is asking me to pay $800 which is extremely ridiculous.
My fault is i shouldn't have relied on what the receptionist is saying and read the paperwork carefully where she asked me to intial.

I’ve been a customer for over 8 year and every time I’ve brought forward a concern or complaint it’s met with deflection, denial and redirected to this is head office’s fault. There is absolutely zero accountability. Customers sign contracts because the agree to the services they are getting and halfway through a contract a huge staff turnover changes the classes and services provided drastically change. Leaving clients unsatisfied with the contract they signed but locked into them.

I inquired via text message asking when my membership expired so i would be able to give the proper 30 days written notice. I was given wrong information. I asked again because the dates didn't seem correct. I was made aware of the end of my membership 10 days prior to it renewing. I contacted the owner immediately so my membership wouldn't be renewed. I was planning on going to drop in and not renewing my membership as I am not satisfied with services at this location. The owner was made aware of the error and the wrong information and she still required 30 days written notice. How are you supposed to give proper notice if they don't give you the proper information?

I disagree with this as this error happened on Oxygens end and is costing me 130$ and if I tried to cancel the payment off my credit card she told me it would be sent to collections. Then the owner banned me from attending due to me being "problematic". All communications between me and the owner have been in writing, I have not said anything inappropriate or rude and been refused services.

Absolutely horrible management and business etiquette. The owner of this location is destroying Oxygens reputation.

Expect to be harassed to sign a memberships

No Water station- the public washroom is where you can fill your water up.

If you have a complaint or recommendation don't expect the owner to care

Expect 15-30 people in a very small space

Due to the amount of people in a small space without fresh air circulating and lack of OXYGEN expect to be light headed

There is never enough weights

Expect huge staff turnovers

If you are sensitive to smoke - she burns sage and incense before, during and after classes without any warning

Fitness classes are sometimes run by yoga instructors with little to no fitness experience or certification. (I have injuries from this)

Can’t say enough good things about this studio. I have been to a few other Oxygen locations and by far this studio is the best.

Mission is so blessed to have Oxygen in their town! Hope and Mercedes are incredible women the space is clean warm and inviting. There are so many classes to choose from but I highly recommend the Wednesday night class with Hope. You’ll all have to check it out to really understand how insanely beneficial and just such a blessing this class is in particular. The energy is powerful and feels like a supportive family type experience. (the kind of family you like…. Lol kidding not kidding)

I have attended almost 30 classes here with a variety of instructors - they each have their unique style and I have enjoyed them all. So appreciate the welcoming feeling and encouragement to go at whatever pace and wherever you are, while giving modifications to help ease or challenge yourself; and, the care to guide when they see it’s needed. Great variety of classes, very clean, and friendly staff. Mercedes is also of the kindest and most helpful people - I am blessed to be a part of this community. Thank you

Terrible customer service, I don't want your 50% off I want my money back, you are the owner you can change your policy. I don't want to give another dime to your company.

Had a terrible “deep stretch & relaxation” with Tamara the instructor. I advised of prior injuries and she kept pushing for me to go further risking injury to myself. I emailed the owner and explained the situation, requesting my money back as I paid for a service I didn’t get & she let me know they don’t do refunds and could offer me 50% off my next class. It seems like this is a common trend for Mission Oxygen Yoga. It’s a shame, I will not be back & will be letting people know of the poor experience I had with both the owner Hope & instructor Tamara.
