A great work out studio. The instructors are amazing, very dedicated and motivational. I’ve been coming for just under a year and I enjoy the classes so much from a physical and mental aspect that I’ve committed to a year long pass. Thank you Nolan and all the instructors

Excellent studio. Offers a wide variety of classes so you never get bored. Instructors are excellent and keep you motivated. I’ve had some of my hardest workouts ever here.

Fraser heights location has been great experience. The staff and the owner Nolan’s communication and customer service is fantastic! Highly recommended classes here, all the teachers I’ve come across were very good and came around to help when clients needed it. Thank you!

Great place and location, loved going there before C-19. Enjoy being able to select classes based on intensity. Can't wait to get back!

Bought a week pass. First time showed up they wouldn't let me in without a yoga mat due to covid regulations, which I understand but was not posted about on their website and I didn't want to pay $50 for the mat. Came back to few days later with my mat, 3 minutes early and doors were locked, can't get in. Not happy, asking for refund.

Really great instructors, class choices and location! Love this place and can see myself returning! The atmosphere is very warm and inviting.

Staff seemed annoyed with new people asking questions. Felt you had to be an experience yogi to be there. Staff is snobby and unattentive. Will not go back there.will definitely not recommend anyone this place.

The receptionist was extremely unhelpful to the point where I wanted to ask several time if she actually worked there. Called in to ask about this alignment workshop that was happening and she said we would have to drop by if we wanted the details. That does now make sense then I heard her ask someone and just basically reiterated that it's an alignment workshop. I asked if it was a class where we would be performing yoga and she gave a very vague answer. Went to the workshop which was completely not what me and my friends were expecting. The receptionist also rented my friend a yoga mat when the workshop didnt even require one. Just not the best experience

Class times are great, instructors and front desk are always pleasant and the establishment is clean. I love coming here!

Many good happenings here. Staff incrdble I am loving living and sweating while I do. Perfecft place to bring buddies and innter connect with your primal yoga beings. I never knew tghis way i can bending! I am dhalsim!

Great customer service. They have been nothing but friendly and amazing. They have also extended my trial period because I wasn't able to make the most use of it.

An older studio compared to the many new ones around. The teachers are great and so is the front desk!
