This place is MAGICAL! I was so amazed to see all my childhood snacks at this place. It was so much fun to see all these things still exists
I got a lot of stuffs from here from melody toffee to guru chela, crax, paan pasand etc etc. We also tried the fresh chilled paan here and Oh My God.it was delicious. One should definitely try that.
Mush recommend. Will definitely visit this place again whenever in Vancouver.

Best place if you are craving for Indian snacks. Had awesome visit experience and quality of snacks was amazing. It is a must visit place.

I had the best paan in surrey. You can enjoy lots of Indian childhood snacks from here in reasonable price and quantity. The shop owner was very gentle and nice

My partner and I were walking passed and decided to check this place out. We were greeted by the owner who was very friendly and personable. He was very generous, sharing with us different samples from the paan bar. We bought a sweet pan after not too much convincing. Neither of us have ever had sweet paan so I don’t have anything to compare it to but I loved it!

Like some other genuine reviews mentioned, very rude and unwelcoming behaviour from one of the employees who is clean shaven.
Doesn’t greet you or greet you back.

Visited this place yesterday and must say I found the place very clean and organized. The owner was very generous and even offered a paan to try out before I bought one.

The prices were reasonable and I had a great experience. Well done Paan Palace!

I’m a Sri Lankan who tried paan for the first time and it was good. I was informed it helps to soothe down the stomach. Highly recommend the place for its taste and convenience.

Tried for the first time - rude and unwelcoming guy. It was a pre-made paan, pretty dry, small, unrefreshing and the leaf looked old and stale.
Over rated, over priced - not recommended at all, and never going back again!

The store was extremely clean, organized and a good variety of snacks and candy. I had a great experience with the taste of the sweet paan. The workers were friendly and had great customer service as well.

It was my first time visiting the store and I was impressed with my overall experience. The store was displayed beautifully and had no boxes or mess around. Everything was organized and packaged nicely. They have a great selection of food and the paan was great.

It was a refreshing experience to have a Paan after so many years. The store itself sets an example for cleanliness and organization. As soon as you step inside the store, the aromas and scents soothe your senses. You can close your eyes and transport yourself back to India! They carry all the tasty “goli’s” found in the India/Pakistan region. Will have to go back for the Paan. Did I mention the owners are very friendly and have an aptitude for great customer service? I highly recommend you check it out…

Only 2 stars because of good customer service but the pan was very dry this time. This is my Usual place to get Meetha Pan. They used to make fresh pan right at front of you that’s why they were so so juicy but now it’s pre made.

Beware of the crazy senior man in shop, rude and unfriendly behaviour! Had been their customer for last 2 years, 5 men runs the shop, rest all is understood.

Best paan palace in lower mainland. Whenever I want to have paan I always come here. They got other Indian sweets as well. Must come here.

The guy doesn't give receipts, doesn't enter sales into his cash register, and barely washes his hands

Make sure to check best before or expiry dates. Bought $75 worth of items and trusted they woll be fresh. Most have expired a few months ago. Will never return.

Selling expired stuff, i bought a toothpaste which was expired 5 months ago. When i went back to the shop for replacement, all other toothpastes from the same company were also expired. How irresponsible this person is? And he wasn’t worried about this thing and says in return “we are quite busy in other stuff”. What the public health is doing in surrey?

This place is rip off. I don't know why they're overpriced. You'll find same stuff for way cheaper in Vancouver. Highly not recommended.

The PAAN was too good from preparation to presentation, very pleasing. The servers here are just wonderful and have great memories it seems. Looking forward to come again in the future. What a great place!
