Been here a few times over the years. Aquariums are not well kept, at least in terms of appearance. Only ever bought fish but they are overpriced. Didn't have an issue with staff until my most recent visit. Politely requested (if possible) to have a specific fish (there were seven of the same breed and one had a unique pattern). I was rudely told that "no it isn't possible, we don't do that". I can understand if it were busy or I was requesting one specific fish out of hundreds, but this took no extra time or effort and I was the only customer in the store. In the end gottgot one I had requested (by chance) as I bought a few, but I will not be returning to this store. Seems so silly for a small business to deny such a simple request and lose business. If you can't maintain even a basic level of customer service don't open a business!

False advertising. This store doesn’t exist. The only aquatics store that’s there is Paul’s aquatics.

Another of Newton's hidden gems. Knowledgable and helpful whether just starting out or adding to an existing tank. Fabulous selection of aquariums.

Okay not great selection of koi. Service there is horrible no willingness to help unless you ask for assistance.

The people are friendly and full of information, though I could use a bit more variety of fishes to choose from.
