Staff at PCC helped my cat make it through a distressing and potentially life threatening situation. The entire team exhibited total professionalism and care. Im very grateful to this clinic and would highly recommend it.

I had to bring my cat to this clinic because my regular vet was fully booked for the day. While I was satisfied with the experience with the vet and appreciated the time she took to diagnose my cat, the price was just way too much to be justified. Initial exam, 3 shots of x-ray (in house) and paid over $800. My vet would have charged me less than that and offered a radiologist's note as well. I feel bad for the staff because price is probably not something they have control over, but I don't think we are going back here.

Pacific Cat Clinic has been a helper for our sensitive kitty, Calzone. They expertly handled his need for sedation during handling, which put us at ease.

They also successfully treated an infection that had been overlooked by other vets. We're grateful for the recommendation from VCA Animal Hospital that led us to Pacific Cat Clinic.

Their care and dedication have been exceptional, and Calzone is on the mend thanks to them. We highly recommend this clinic for feline care. Thank you for your wonderful service!

They were all amazing. Of course very expensive if you love your fur baby. But it makes it easier when the vet and staff are pleasant and kind.

$120 referral fee to see an eye specialist! Referrals are free at other vet clinics. They’re just price gouging as usual.

Cameron from Pacific Cat Clinic is a life saver. We are taking care of a diabetic kitty and the insulin bottle broke. I called the clinic and by some minor miracle Cameron had popped in, even though they were closed. She waited for me to come and pick up the insulin before leaving again. Thank you for the over and above lovely service!

So far so good! I was able to get an appointment quickly and develop an action plan. Looking forward to having my kitty’s procedure complete next month.

These people are awesome. Very compassionate. Lost a very important friend recently and they sent flowers and condolences. I will be bringing my new guy there soon!

Very friendly people and my cat seems to like them as well, what better recommendations are necessary?

Disappointing. This isn't the first time but it will be the last time we take our cat there.
We stayed with this clinic because we purchased our kitten through their adoption program.
Let me be clear the doctors are great. Knowledgeable and compassionate.
The staff is not. I cant fault their friendliness but the lack of knowledge is apparent.
The clinic manager in particular is condescending and patronizing.
When our cat was diagnosed with a seizure disorder, they would not see him. They argued with me over the phone and told me to get off Dr. Google.
The emergency vet later diagnosed our cat with epilepsy.
Fast forward a year and a half and our cat needed to be seen for an ocular issue. Querying an abrasion I brought him in, I was told by them he had no ulcers.
When I questioned this diagnosis or wrong terminology used by staff I was asked by the manager "would you rather your cat have an ulcer? "
The unprofessionalism, lack of empathy and most of all, the lack of accountability is beyond unfortunate. We will not return.

We’ve taken our cats to this clinic for many years, but a recent change in management has resulted in a sharp deterioration in service and care. They’ve made several billing mistakes and, worse still, some appalling medical errors. Two examples: (1) Their vet technician gave our younger cat a Feline Leukaemia vaccine by mistake, that neither we nor their own veterinary doctor said this cat should get. We only discovered this after paying the bill (as they also tried charging this to us).
(2) Our older cat was in declining health, so we brought her in twice for examination and tests. They ran several expensive blood and urine tests without resolving the issue, but forgot about simply checking her temperature (!). They concluded her problems were just due to aging, leading us to consider putting her down soon as her quality of life was deteriorating. Fortunately we first took her to another vet who quickly determined our cat had a high fever, and after a shot of antibiotics she’s back to normal. We nearly lost her because of Pacific Cat Clinic.

Horrible place. They had a week to put a pill in a bottle for me to pick up. Said they were too busy to do that. They are extremely expensive. Everyone should find a different vet clinic

Went to this clinic for a scheduled appointment to view a cat to adopt. The staff was very friendly BUT both cats that I looked at were very dirty (covered in their own fecal matter) The staff mentioned this was due to the size of the cages they are kept in, which if I am paying $1000 for a stray cat I expect them to be kept in much better conditions. Will definitely refrain from adopting from here as it was a major red flag that the cats were not taken better care of especially for the price.
