Friendly yet professional service rep. Certainly know my name and date now as I had to initial, date, sign and print my name several times. I'm just a company driver and the management doesn't even trust me with paper towels.

Horrible service from staff they try to avoid talking to us and they replaced our truck 7th injector without my permission and the reason they said they did it because there was a newer one available and than they would not cover it under warranty and they didn’t ask me either

Very poor customer service over all. Bought a duplicate key and literally bent when used first time on same day and they refused to refund.

Well, partner, from the get-go, it was clear this here shop was more rotten than a barrel of spoiled apples. Them employees acted all high and mighty, lookin' down on folks like they were on some high horse. I reckon they couldn't even hear a fly buzzin' when I asked permission to fetch some paperwork from my truck.

Now, when I finally mustered the courage to step foot in that there shop, the fella inside started hollerin' like a coyote in heat, sayin' I had no business bein' there. Well, ain't that obvious? I ain't payin' two grand just for them to diagnose my truck and treat me like a tumbleweed rollin' in the wind.

The real trouble began when I had to rely on them to deal with my warranty provider. No sir, they didn't lift a finger to help me get my claim approved. Their ridiculous estimate of 66 grand for fixin' my truck made the warranty folks run for the hills, lookin' for any excuse to avoid payin'.

Funny thing is, I hauled my truck outta there faster than a jackrabbit on a summer's day and took it to a different shop, not one of them fancy authorized dealerships. They gave me a fair estimate, three times less than them jokers did. Seems them authorized dealerships only see customers as cash cows, milkin' 'em dry.

Their diagnostics? Ha! Half the time, they're about as useful as a broken lasso, missin' the real issues and costin' an arm and a leg. My truck had the same problem three times in a month, and they still couldn't figure it out. But guess who had to foot the bill? Yours truly, of course.

They even charged me for movin' the truck from one spot to another within their own dang yard. Talk about daylight robbery!

So, listen up, fellow truckers. Stay clear of this joint and any other shop claimin' ties to the big truck manufacturer. Give the little guy a chance, and you'll save a heap of money and keep your truck ridin' the trails for a long while. Happy trails, y'all!

Parts staff were great. Very helpful even though the parts that I was told were waiting for me and at the end of the day the company had not even placed the order but the counter people sorted it out asap with a smile.or a grin. Thanks guys

Many one stars reviews here are simply futile. I was very well received and they took care of me without any issues…you know what you want, you get it…they even water for me to get my steer tires changed next door. Very friendly and patient people. Amber rocks. She got me in regardless of how busy it was. Very helpful staff in general and very respectful!

Don't lose your recipt for anything you buy from here, they will always look for a excuse not to refund anything purchased even though It's within warranty, also Amazon has same parts for a fraction of the price, I purchased 4 new batteries and because one of my drivers gave there name instead of the company name, they refused to take the faulty batteries back that were within the period.
