These folks do an amazing job keeping my boat clean and running well. They service the boat, clean it after haul out and get it ready before launch in the summer. The bottom paint they did last summer was top notch. It gave me back 3 kts, used less fuel and as promised it cut this years end of season cleaning bill in half. Couldn’t recommend them more.

I met Christie a few years ago at the marina my boat was moored at. She was working on a boat she was selling. She was always doing something to beautify the boat. She is a hard worker with strong work ethic. She sold the boat very quickly and I asked for her card. She has now sold my boat! I would highly recommend her!

Pacific Coast Yacht Sales did a great job transforming my new to me, little used but neglected 13 year old power boat into something that looked brand new and worth three times what I paid. In short order, the bottom was sanded, an epoxy barrier coat and anti-foul paint was applied and it looks great and very smooth. The hull and topsides were cut-polished and it was amazing the difference this made. It literally looks like it came out of the showroom, not somebody's backyard.

I have been painting my own sailboat racing bottoms every season for the last 15 years, so have pretty good idea of what's involved in doing this type of work. The results here speak for themselves and I will question ever doing this work myself again.

The listing had great pictures and videos so it really helped me decide, Boat was represented well and accurately, they accommodated us for a viewing and sea trial on Sunday as we are from Vancouver Island. I see why they have great reviews. Phillip went so far as to give me his wiring connection so I could take the boat home as the trailer wiring did not work on my truck. We love our boat!

Phillip and Christie did an amazing job. Phillip fetched the boat from Maple Bay carried out minor repairs and did an excellent marketing job. Christie took care of detailing and staging so the boat really showed well. Together they took care of everything and got the boat sold in just over a month. First purchased a boat from Phillip in 2010. No problems with the deal.
Sold it through him 2016. Sold quickly and he had the check ready immediately.
Contacted Phillip this year to sell my latest 28 ft.boat. His associate Christie sold that one in about 4 days. Check was ready quickly again. She then worked on selling the trailer and was successfull. Check again was ready quickly.
I found both Phillip and Christie professional easy to deal with, and helpful.
Christie also delivered the last check personally to my home.

Great experience using PCYS to sell my boat. The whole process was seamless and they worked tirelessly to get my boat sold for exactly the price I wanted. Super unprofessional, had an opening offer completely ignored on a boat we were prepared on negotiating a closing price on, told our bid was ridiculous. Then watched the brokerage reduce the price on the boat same day. We caution anyone considering listing their boat with Philip!

I dealt with Phillip at Pacific Coast for the first time a little over 2 years ago, I sold and bought a boat, the sale and the purchase went very smoothly. Since the purchase Phillip has kept in contact, he as a wealth of knowledge, whether it be repair work or sales questions, he as helped me out a few times since my purchase.

I submitted a deposit in about listed at $29,995. We offered $25,000 and received a phone call from Phillip telling me to up my offer. I said I felt it was a fair offer and told me that I have no clue the value of boats as they priced the boat to sell and plan on being within a few hundred dollars of the listed price. He was very rude and abrasive at which point by hung up. His assistant Christie phoned me right after so asked her about Phillip why he conducted himself in that way. She told me that he can be that way sometimes and then said that I sound pretty abrasive myself.

This company should not be in the business of sales - very rude!

From my first conversation with Philip I found him to be very smug and rude. I inquired about a bayliner 2859 that I wanted to buy and they sent me an offer to sign which was a few thousand under asking price and I sent them a deposit on Saturday. Philip called me after and said the owner wanted full price. I then instructed him the next day to send me a full price offer to sign as I was happy to pay it. After submitting a full price offer and waiting till Tuesday not hearing anything I received a text from Christine that they received and accepted another offer.

I am in Sales myself and this is completely unprofessional, I gave you a deposit and you should have given me the courtesy of a phone call to let me know you had other offers and give me the chance to increase my offer which I gladly would have done. You cost your clients money by not doing so and I will never deal with this broker again.

I purchased a boat from Phil at Pacific Coast yacht sales and it provided two years of happy memories at which point I upgraded vessels. The boat was sold as advertised and came with NO surprises. I only completed the routine maintenance every boat should have done and it always started and got to me where I needed to go. I somehow even convinced Phil to help me move the boat to my home marina which easily took up a few hours of Phil's time. Overall I was very happy with my purchase and wouldn't hesitate to deal with Pacific Coast yacht sales again.

Good Experience! Philip relocated our boat from Point Roberts into Canada for service work last week. It was a smooth process. He gave us regular updates on the run up. We watched him gently and proficiently land our Hunter 41DS sailboat at the requisite dock. He demonstrated professional, courteous and knowledgeable service throughout. Called numerous times to view a boat and never had a call back.
Went elsewhere to purchase the boat we wanted.

Needed a semi-urgent hull package to get some major cosmetic blemishes cleared up while my vessel was out of the water - not only was I squeezed in between holidays, the job was done to precision and perfection. I also got loads of great recommendations, advice, and even a quick tutorial on some of the things I didn’t already know in order to complete my time-sensitive job. Definitely will be using them to sell my boat in the very near future, hopefully in time for the boat show! They even went out and did the work prior to billing me, and acted on good faith which certainly isn’t the norm in very costly and often over-extended Vancouver boating world. I’ve been a client here for over 5 years now with two of my biggest vessels. Bravo

This was hands down my worst vessel purchasing experience. The boat was not as described. The broker was to skipper and meet me. He left the keys in it and disappeared. We had to hire a Maritime attorney to track them down and get him to finish filling paperwork to license. I would avoid Philip Cragg and Pacific Coast Yacht Sales at all costs.
