I have been going to Pacific Dental for many years, Dr Torkman and her staff are absolutely amazing! They’re always super helpful when dealing with my teeth issues & accommodating with me when I need help to set up a payment plan - no question asked. N gosh! My teeth always feel sparkly, clean and healthy whenever I am done my appointments. Dr Torkman, she is absolutely humble and easy to talk to you, and absolutely lovely Dentist to consistently visit twice a year. I have nothing but great things to say about this location for the my years of experience here. Therefore if you’re looking for a long-term family doctor, this is the place, you won’t regret it, I assure you!

I'm leaving this review after 1 year from the time that I started fixing my teeth at pacific dental with Dr. Mahshid, cause I wanted to leave a true feedback. Now I can say I feel so good, and all my 6 teeth that I've fixed there, are working properly and I'm very happy with this dental clinic. Flexible timing for appointments, professional follow up, skilled staff, clean environment, nice behavior from the time you enter the clinic until you leave.
I am leaving this review after 1 year since I started getting my teeth straightened at Pacific Dental with Dr. Mahshid because I wanted to leave some real feedback. Now I can say that I feel very good and all my 6 teeth that I made there are working properly. I am satisfied with this dental clinic because of the skilled staff, excellent timing, timely follow-up, clean environment, good behavior from the time of arrival to the time of departure.

I have been going to this dental office for my dental work and I have to say, it’s been of the best experiences I've had at a dentist's office. I’m super impressed by how professional the entire team is.
Dr. Torkaman is truly exceptional. She me feel comfortable and at ease throughout every visit, which made the entire experience stress-free. I have had dental anxiety in the past, but Dr. Torkaman's approach made me feel relaxed and confident in their care. They explained everything to me in detail and answered all of my questions with patience and clarity.

But it's not just the doctor that makes this office exceptional. The receptionist, Shiva, is also amazing. She is incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in the door. She made sure all of my paperwork was in order and helped me navigate my insurance coverage, which made the process seamless.

Overall, I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking exceptional dental work. Dr. Torkam, her assistant and Shiva make an incredible team, and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience.

I've been coming to this clinic for a couple of years and have only positive experiences. The staff are incredibly welcoming and caring, and the entire team works wonderfully together to provide the best care for patients. I have never felt nearly as comfortable in a dental chair as I do with Dr. Torkaman and the dental team!

Had a teeth whitening done here and it went really well. Very happy with the results. And the price was very reasonable as well. Will come back for another whitening in a few months for sure. Would recommend.

I am very disappointed with this clinic. Was happy that they allowed online booking, only to find out my appointment was cancelled without any notice or explanation in the afternoon the day before my appointment. And you don’t even get to find out until you check your spam email. Amazing service.

So happy I finally found a dental clinic in Vancouver. I loved the ambiance.very modern-looking clinic with friendly staff and dentist. I live on W. The staff and dentist here are amazing! My relative was visiting from out of country and chipped her tooth in a biking accident. I called the clinic and they fit her in immediately and even kept the clinic open late to treat her. They were also very helpful and responsive with sending us everything for her travel insurance. Can’t recommend highly enough!

One of my favorite dental clinics that I have been to:)! The staff and dentist are very friendly and compassionate. The procedures and check-ups have been lovely and I am happy with my teeth when I leave there. Highly recommend these good people!

Dr Torkaman is a knowledgeable dentist. She explained very specific about what is going on with my teeth. When I have questions, she is willing to answer and try to explain everything in details. She is some one you can totally trust. Will definitely refer my friend to their office!

Great staff. I was impressed with their covid protocols in place - felt like it was safe to go as they were taking big measures - screening upon arrival - laser temp screen, putting my mask in bag until end of procedure. I have been Dr Torkaman's patient for years and highly recommend her. She is smart, kind, and an excellent dentist. Will continue to come and bring family over to her.

This is my first time visit the Pacific Dental Centre. Overall experience was great Dr. Torkaman was very friendly, professional, and gave me great advices to maintain oral health. I felt safe of the procedure they took to ensure safety first and COVID regulations are adhered to. I would definitely recommend families and friends to go there.

I was so nervous about going to the dentist due to a bad experience in the past. I had a wonderful experience at Pacific Dental Centre. They were so patient with me and explained everything in great detail. My teeth are so pretty today, I can't stop smiling. They have excellent bedside manor! They care about there jobs and it shows!

Pacific Dental Care is a very nice place. The staff were super friendly. I really appreciated the lady who cleaned my teeth. She did a fabulous job. The dentist that examined me was very nice, and did a thorough job of explaining what was going on with my teeth. I will definitely refer to all my friend in Vancouver.

I absolutely love it! The services was great! They had all the new millennium equipment that help you to have a more up close vision of what is going on in your mouth.

Really kind dentist and dentist hygienist. Everything was informative, receptionist was also informative about the next appointments and with services and estimates.

I love that pacific dental have extended hours for appointments. I had to bring my three year old along to my appointment and all the staff were so friendly to him. I even had to take him to the bathroom in the middle of my filling and the dentist was so kind and did not seem bothered at all. If you are looking for a great dentist this is it!

First time writing a review, and i felt compelled to do so after talking to the dentist Dr. Torkman. I had some discomfort on my tooth and decided to call this clinic given that everything is closed these days with the pandemic.the doctor herself called me back.she told me that this is not an emergency that needs an in-person visit and for my own safety it is better to wait to see her later.she also gave me tips to help with my issue and it was very helpful. Apparently the clinic is closed because they want to help flatten-the-curve and keep everyone safe.very happy to see how concerned and pro-active the dentist was. I did ask her if she went to that conference that was in the news and she told me that she and her staff decided not to go.

I was facing too much of pain with my cavity when I visit Dr Mahshid. She is really a great dentist. In fact all the staffs there are too good. This is a great place with a very great dentist. I have had a lot of bad experiences with dentists and when I first found out I couldn’t see dr yu at this clinic I was kind of fearful but Dr Torkaman is great and my fear of dentists is nil thanks for the great service

Dr. Torkaman is a very kind and knowledgeable dentist. I have seen her about three times by now. She and her dental assistant would always try their best to make it a good visit for you. She is a great listener and explains in detail about the health of your teeth and recommends the right treatment, if there’s any. I surely recommend her.

Fantastic! I haven’t gone to the dentist for a while. And all my previous experiences with dentists haven’t been so good. A friend referred me to Dr. Mahshid Torkaman at Pacific Dental Centre and I only have great things to say about her. The experience from the beginning to the end of the appointment, the cleaning, and the educating was really nice. Unlike other dental clinics, Pacific Dental Centre used modern tools. The Xrays and imaging was crystal clear. I could see exactly where I needed more work and why I (unfortunately) have to remove my wisdom teeth. Dr. Torkaman is chill and funny. Highly educated and qualified.

The location is quite new, so it’s a perfect time to get an appointment because the lineup will be short.

Dr. Torkaman and her assistants are super professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend!

Ps. Parking is on Broadway is always troublesome, fortunately they have visitor parking on the back of the building (underground). There are signs that say visitor and there is a parking metre there. But if you bring your licence plate number to the front assistant, she will mark your car as free parking.

Dr. Mahshid Torkaman and the dental centre's staff are really professional, patient, and friendly. I knew every step that they would need to do next, and also the reasons and following effects. During treatment, I can feel the rich experience and attentiveness of Dr. Mahshid and her assistant. Any minor discomfort will be found and asked by Dr. Mahshid or her assistant. "Did I hurt you? (actually not) ". " If you need absorption, please raise your hand", etc. The whole treatment (about 2 hours), I felt very comfortable, because Dr. Mahshid and her assistant are full of empathy: I felt I was treated as a patient not as a machine.

By the way, the centre is very clean and does not have that alcohol smell in the hospital, so I didn't feel any nervousness. Absolutely a 5-star.

Ohh, last one, new patients will get an electric toothbrush, and Chrismas gifts: D

The receptionist is really nice and professional. I was having trouble with my schedule, and she finally got me the perfect time slot while there are lots of appointments at the end of the year. The dentist is careful and professional, she gave me a lot of suggestions of how to take care of my teeth. Moreover, she really calmed me down as I am a person who is really scared of dental stuff. Enjoyable experience, will come back.

Excellent customer services. My wife and me didn’t take care about ours teeth for so long, and also didn’t have any knowledge for taking care teeth. After we have been there, we have learned a lots.
