Dr vincent did laser for my friend in order to fade the scar but he made it worse and he charged him 1200 dollar what is that! And since 2 months the area are fully red and itchy if you dunno about something don’t do it shame

I went for a consultation earlier this year. I spoke to a cosmetic dermatologist that apparently doesn't do anything other than laser treatments. They do not even do mole removals, which is extremely standard/basic procedure for cosmetic dermatologists. Pretty disappointed that I wasted the money for the consultation. If you want any procedure that isn't a laser, look elsewhere.

I recommend Dr. Richer for any dermatology concerns you may have. Today, I had an exceptional experience with him and the clinic. It's worth mentioning that not only is he a skilled and compassionate doctor, but he also successfully administered the treatment the same day and helped me select the most suitable skincare products. I am truly grateful for his expertise. Thank you!

Another great visit at Pacific Derm:) Kyle is hand down the best laser tech I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a few. My tattoo removal and skin laser treatment was explained and performed thoroughly and collaboratively with Dr. Rivers. It’s only been one day and I see the results from the laser performed on my blemishes.
His bed side manner is super comforting for such a sensitive treatment. It truly makes a difference in any health care sector when the Doctor is present and works with the team. The reception is also super accommodating although so busy. Thanks for everything!

Cannot say enough good things about Dr. Ulmer, caring, efficient, minimally invasive with procedures, understanding - excellent beside manners and helped me reduce costs where possible. She helped my rosacea thru 1 laser treatment and topical cream recommendations. We decided together to leave my mild syringioma alone and I find her empowering to her patients and positive. Thank you! Technicians and reception staff very pleasant also.

Dr. Richer is a highly trained professional dermatologist with great bed-side manners for a Gen X like me. Dr.explained what will take place and was able to calm my nerves throughout the procedure. Overall, fine with results but would like to have had an option to remove stubborn residual one skin tag on my face. It is now just hanging there an very unsightly against my new skin.

The support staff are great, the clinic is beautiful and best of all. Dr. Richer is fantastic doctor! He is a highly skilled injector (no pain!) a great person and educates as he delivers the services. Highly recommend him and Pacific Derm!

I went in to see Dr. Ulmer for the first time today. I have been to many cosmetic and medical doctors in Vancouver and the Pacfic Derm staff and Dr. Ulmer especially, were so kind and professional. I will be going to Pacific Derm moving forward for all my skincare needs.

I had a skin problem and they made it worst and they refused to see me withouth a referral right away. I am in pain and the cream they gave me caused that! DO NOT TRUST THIS CLINIC!

First off I want to say that as I was leaving for my last appointment the nurse for richer I think her name is devon she went to the back room after I was finished paying she goes into the back room I think where richer is an says finally I can't stand looking at him richer performed a perfect punch excision on my cheek nd delivered a smooth first treatment with no complications from fraxel but my 2nd had additional scarring my theory is he stretches out sessions to get more money more scarring equals more money 2 stars is generous I wouldn't make this up either they will probably tell me were sorry u had a bad experience blah blah blah its all fake also they never seem to care how ur doing never check up on u

I had an excellent experience at the clinic seeing Dr. Diao. The clinic staff were friendly and the office is impeccably clean. Dr. Diao and the nursing staff were punctual, helpful and answered all the questions I had. My father and I are both patients and we highly recommend it!

Office needs vm to cancel appt in timely manner to prevent being charged. I have tried since last night. Email would be another option

Dr. Vincent Richer and his team are lovely. I have tried numerous skincare clinics in Vancouver and always felt that I was treated like a talking wallet instead of a human. Dr. Richer and his team are NOTHING like that. They are honest, straightforward, and transparent.and Dr. Richer is one of the funniest people you will ever meet! Excellent treatment options and great range of science-backed skincare products. I will be recommending Pacific Derm and Dr. Richer to everyone I know!

Dr. Rivers was friendly, humble, and answered all my questions patiently. I previously had researched on him, and he seems to be a top3 derm in Vancouver, so I didn't question his recommendation. He also impressed me with his knowledge of Farsi language. I think he knows a bit of several other languages too.

The clinic is very modern and organized with all COVID protocols in place. The nurses are polite and helpful with questions.

The downside: looong wait times imo worth it!

I have been a patient of Pacific Derm on and off for the past 6 years and have experienced both medical and cosmetic dermatology appointments. I highly recommend Pacific Derm to all of my friends and family. Dr. Marcie Ulmer and Dr. Diana Diao are skilled, knowledgable, and patient professionals. I never feel rushed and all of my questions are answered. Nurse Kennedy has taken great care of me during my procedures. The clinic is beautifully designed, spacious, and clean. In these covid times, social distancing and screening protocols are observed. It is also an added bonus to have a pharmacy on the first floor - super convenient!

Dr. Allison Gregory has recently been treating me for alopecia areata. She was very kind, professional and reassuring. She called me during the lockdown for an alternative treatment since all the appointments have been cancelled. I visited her after the reopening and she said I was recovered. So grateful for all the attentions she gave to me, for all the patience and the comfortable words she had.

I requested Dr. Richer all the way from across the province after I learned about his excellence in the dermatology field, as well as the great work Pacific Derm has done, and truly felt he could help me. I had my first consult with Dr. Richer yesterday and I have never felt more sure that I am on the right path to solving my skin issues. The friendly receptionists have been nothing but kind and helpful, guiding me with patience and grace as I figured out how to arrange my first trip down. This, as well as Dr. Richer himself, who had extensive knowledge on the issues I’m facing, and listened to all of my concerns while making me feel genuinely heard, made for a great experience. He made me feel confident in my accutane usage and laid out a treatment plan for my scars, even allowing me to schedule a follow up over the phone at my asking before the treatment, so I can ask about any concerns I may have. I have no doubt the best course of action for my dilemma is this doctor and his crew, and I am very grateful that I found out about this office. I have never had so much hope! Dr. Vincent Richer is the most professional, kind and humorous dermatologist I’ve met. He has helped heal my skin (after going to various doctors for 2 years) and educated me on what was happening.

I just want to say how excellent, skilled, and professional Dr. Vincent Richer is. He has a great sense of humor too, real down to earth. From the first day I met him during our consultation I felt his authenticity and that he cares about his patients and the work he does. I felt comfortable and safe with the several procedures I did. I am extremely happy and pleased with the laser results and I highly recommend Dr. Richer.

I don’t know where to start! Throughout the years I have been to MANY skin care specialists, doctors, nurses for injectables and other treatments. None of which compare to Dr. Richer. His professionalism, intelligence, and humour is wonderful. About a year ago I started seeing Dr Richer for a skin condition that seemed impossible to fix. Seeing doctor after doctor and being prescribed all the wrong topicals and medications for 6 months. I was finally recommended by a friend to see him. In 1 month he was able to offer me the proper prescription I needed, a new gentle skincare routine and in one month my dermatitis was practically GONE. Today, I am dermatitis free. I have beautiful glowing skin and I could not be happier. One thing that I extremely appreciate about him is the time he spends, I have never ever been rushed out of the office, and always takes the time to answer every question I have, whether he needs to draw a diagram or explain it throughly so I can understand. He is also a botox artist! It’s hard to find a doctor who will listen to exactly what you would like. My botox lasts an extra 2 months than what it used to with other injectors and it is placed just beautifully. He is expensive, but it is worth every single cent. His knowledge, expertise and quality of work are worth it. I see him every 3 months now and I always look forward to my visit!

Dr. Richer solved my cystic acne problem. Just finished my 7 month cycle of Accutane, after years of trying EVERYTHING this was a miracle. Would recommend to those suffering. The side effects were minimal and results are amazing. I have my life back.

I came to Pacific Derm to help treat hyperpigmentation. The doctor I saw did not even examine the affected area. Instead just told her about my concerns and showing her the areas.

She prescribed me hydroquinone but did not give me any information on how to use it.

I got no follow-up call on seeing how am I doing or anything.

I had to phone other dermatologist to gather information on how to use hydroquinone and treat the hyperpigmentation.

I waited months to see this doctor to get help and I don't feel I received any.

Will not be going back and I didn't feel important enough to spent time on.

I've been a patient of Dr. Rivers for 3 years now. Every time I've seen him, he's been so friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He always takes his time to talk to me about my concerns, he never tries to suggest unnecessary treatments and I've been very happy with my results. The staff is always very nice and welcoming too. I received amazing treatment today. I was assessed and treated by Dr. Diana Diao. She was very kind, knowledgeable and skilled. It was easily apparent that she cared and wanted to do a great job. I've been getting laser treatments for my tattoos removal at Pacific Derm under the care of Dr. Vincent Richer and his assistant Kennedy. They have the most up to date laser technology and very professional staff. I always feel welcome and very well taken care of every time I go there. I waited over 4 months to see dr. Kuritzky with acne and scarring concerns. After already being prescribed to accutane twice she wanted me to go on accutane for a THIRD time. I asked her if there were any other alternatives and she said no. I feel as a registered dermatologist there should be other options besides prescribing harsh medication right away. All in all it's so hard to find a great dermatologist especially in Vancouver. This place has a pretty waiting room but did not help me with my skin issues. I just want my skin problems to be resolved!
