Pacific Eye Doctors

I had never had an eye exam as an adult and Pacific Eye Doctors made the process very easy, from being able to make an appointment the next day over the phone, and being efficient considering I was 10 mins late due to construction. The lady that did my intake made me feel at ease and was very knowledgeable, and even showed me the photos that were taken of my eyes. Dr Toresdahl was articulate throughout the exam explaining what the different tests were for. In 5mins or less, Carla (I think that was her name) brought me to the frame area and spent 20+ minutes with me picking and trying on different styles, and she chose a few for me to try on that would not have been my first choice. The frame I ended up buying was her choice that I never would've tried on myself. How was quarter 5 to 7 business days to win my classes would be ready and I think they were ready in about four days. When I went there, I was speaking with a different optometry assistant, and she addressed my glasses perfectly, and I was able to choose another pair of sunglasses off of the free frames area with the same prescription for very low price. I would recommend Pacific eyeglasses to everyone.

Eye exam went well and I picked out a new pair of glasses and they came in sooner than expected. When I went to pick them up, I told the technician the distance didn't`t seem quite right. She said try them for a week and if still not happy to come back and they will adjust them. I thought they felt ok on so didn't think anything of it when she didn't`t adjust them to my face at the time. On the way home I got them out to have a look and was very disappointed and actually disgusted with the look of the lens. They had a greasy film and dust all over them. They had not been cleaned.so, no fitting in store and no cleaning.very poor customer service. But to be fair, the young woman seemed inexperienced. My husband actually suggested they looked to be sitting too high, so I did the adjusting. But no wonder I couldn`t see with them properly. I'm now adapting, but with a shorter viewing distance than I had wanted.

Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The doctors are great and take the time to answer questions and explain what they are doing. They offer email, text message and phone call reminders. Which is extremely convenient.
They have top of the line lenses and all the popuar name brands and latest fashions you are looking for. Price point is reasonable as well. I was pleasantly suprised. There is something for everyone in our family.

Friendly organized staff. Testing procedures were quick.
Dr Bairns was very helpful, clear and precise. An overall pleasant experience!

The eye exam went well but when I went back to purchase contacts they charged me for a fitting that was never done. This was months ago but it still bothers me.

Three generations get their eyes checked here and I am happy with the service. They are good for helping watch budget when buying glasses and such while choosing something that you like. When I bought new multifocal lenses, they just didn't fit well so replaced them

Great clinic! Needed an urgent appointment for my mom who was visiting out of town and they were able to get us in the same day, the doctor took us in right on time and was very thorough and explained everything and the staff was super friendly! Awesone service! 10 out of 10

I have been dealing with Pacific Eye Doctors for years now. They have the experience and knowledge in each department to make sure I get what I need consistently. Michelle in the contact lens department specifically was amazing in helping me get what I needed with my difficult eyes. Thank for always coming through it's greatly appreciated.

From the time I walked in, to the moment I walked out, I can only describe my experience as amazing.

It may sound unusual, but I very much enjoyed my eye appointment today. The front staff are helpful, The woman doing the pretesting was lovely, Carla was a dear helping me find suitable glasses, and Dr. Gill is always kind, careful, professional, and excellent at explaining the condition of my eyes.

A little dissapointed it took 25 minutes of waiting to pick up and leave with my new glasses. They were busy, but I was hoping to get in and out much quicker. They apologized and tried their best.

I always leave with a positive experience after having an eye exam done by Dr. Gill. He is so patient, kind and explains everything in detail. My kids are so comfortable with him as well. Bought 2 pairs of reading glasses for only $188.00! Ravi (?) was a joy to deal with and talk to while purchasing my glasses. Keep up the great work!

After several apointments being booked and told one time then showing up only to be told I was late or my apointment dates were wrong. I am fed up. I even showed them the voice mails to which they left the staff is completely incompetent

I walked in and talk to an older guy with glasses and grey hair and told him I had a valid prescription from another eyeglass store yet he argued in a rude way that I needed a new appt.stay away from this clinic they're after your money only very rude unprofessional unwelcoming employees

I had an absolute pleasure having my eyes checked and picking out new glasses at this clinic. The entire process was seamless and fast, reception quickly had me through their system and my pre testing began. Alicia was very thorough with the testing and did a great job explaining what each thing was while going through the tests. Dr. Piotrowski was very detailed in her exam and made me feel very welcome to ask questions to gain further clarity. Rebecca was a pleasure to deal with when choosing glasses and gave really great honest feedback, it did not feel like a high pressure sales situation. I am eagerly awaiting my new glasses as I can't wait to see myself in them! I look forward to being a patient of Dr. Piotrowski and this clinic for years to come.

I am posting a congrats for the detail observations that Dr. Piotrowski found on May 8 2023, that in a nutshell saved my right eye due to a potential soon to be detached retina which would have lost my right eye.
Dr. Piotrowski diligent attention to detail and experience diagnosed my eye to be of concern and had me follow up with a Retina specialist -.
The Retina specialist Dr. Levasseur confirmed Dr. Piotrowski concerns and stated that based on her evaluation she has literally saved my right eye.
Thanks to Dr. Piotrowski attentions to details - she has saved my right eye.

Amazing! Vision is better than it’s been in years thanks to the doctor and Michelle the contact specialist.

My son has Myopia and has been doing Myopia Management with Dr. P and she has been amazing. Between writing letters to my insurance company to finding the cheapest place to get the eye drops he needed. We did contacts for a short while but my son was having some issues wearing them. Dr. P introduced us to the Myosmart lenses. We decided to try them out! Although being a bit expensive in the beginning they have worked wonders for him! He has not had a change in prescription in over a year! Before the Myosmart lenses he was changing prescription every 3-4 months! All my family members go to Dr. And we all love her. Thank you Dr. P and her team. They have been nothing but amazing to me and my family
