I was struggling with lower back pain for 3 months. I sstarted taking physio therapy elsewhere, but it didnt seem to work. So finally looked for Chiropractor near me and tried Pacific health based on reviews. I really loved it. Jasmine is so good, that after my 1st session itself I could feel the difference. I couldn't bend forward at all before. But 2 days after the treatment I was able to bend forward completely. I didn't go to Chiro before, as I thought it will be painful. But it wasn't painful at all.

Caring staff, amazing Chiropractic. My range of movement is so much greater and as a person with chronic back pain I've never felt better! Added bonus is low fees if your not covered. This spot is immaculate, bright and welcoming.

Best chiro experience I have had. I am a physiotherapist and was very impressed with Dr. Jasmine's thorough exam. I liked it that she outlined what she wanted to do and asked for my consent. She was able to detect all of my injured spots with her hands and spent time stretching me out before the adjustments. I felt a lot better afterwards which was relieving considering I had just fallen from a 6 ft platform the night before.

Was visiting family in Vancouver (from Toronto) and experienced major back issues. Dr. Jasmine took me in on a Sunday. We only had time for 2 sessions but I now call her “miracle worker”! I came here for a massage and I had a wonderful experience. The ladies at the front desk were welcoming and Amanda (RMT) gave be the best massage. I would definitely recommend this clinic if you need a massage! I’ve also heard great things about their chiropractors and physiotherapists.

Went to Kevin for my pain near my adductor and he helped get me back to squatting properly! Dr Amarpaul has also helped a lot with my neck and back pain. They really care about their patients!

Had my first ever chiropractor appointment with Dr. Shauney here last week. She made me feel comfortable and walked me through everything. She was very patient and did not rush.
I had a competition coming up, she went over and above and did some procedures to help relieve some of my really tense muscles so that avoid injuries during the competition.
I would highly recommend her to everyone.

Had my first physiotherapy with Kevin. Had some really helpful advices on how to stretch my neck, shoulder, and back! Super awesome!

It is my first massage for this year, Amanda is good. I feel so much better after an hour of massage session with her! She showed me a couple of stretches. Staff is friendly and efficient! Will come back again.

I went for a rotator cuff injury Which happened approximately 2 years ago, Which flares up every time I do some heavy work. I was treated by ABBAS, Who is an intern under Doctor Paul. I was really impressed with the knowledge and professionalism displayed by
Abass, Especially detailed progresses and treatment. The shock therapy was very helpful and I came out feeling a lot better.
I wish i knw about this couple of years ago.

I’ve been coming here for a while now and I really like it. I see Paul for chiro and he is very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Shauney another chiro is also good. The office is clean and the front office staff are kind and courteous. Theu also have rmt services if you need.

Have had fascial stretch therapy with Jessica and massage therapy with Mariana and cannot say enough good things about both of them. Jessica was referred by a friend with a bad back, much like my own, and after two treatments the difference in mobility is a game changer. And Mariana did such a good job with massage therapy I've booked two more sessions before the end of the month. Do yourself a favour, go to Pacific Health and Sports, tell them Ted said so.:)

My experience here has been wonderful. Dr. Paul has been able to target things that were bothering me that I wasn't even aware were bothering me. I started going for my neck, but he's also helped me with my upper back, mid back, and my hips. I definitely recommend.

Went today for a massage therapy with Mariana, she is G R E A T. Would recommend her to anyone looking for an outstanding therapist!

Excellent professionals here. I have visited for both physio and chiro. Dr. Harmeet is an excellent chiropractor. I’ve struggled with scoliosis my entire life and been to numerous practicioners. My back has never felt better. She has a great complimentary treatment of adjustments and working with soft tissue.

I went in for Fascial Stretching. I was curious about it. I was not prepared for the results. For the past two years I was wondering why I was having slight discomfort in my abdomen and groin. I have been to a doctor, specialist, got an ultrasound, and even a CT scan. Everything showed I was healthy. The discomfort remained. When I opened up to Jessica about it she immediately had ideas about it. She could also explain how it would be related to my discomfort. The stretching session was excellent. It was uncomfortable at times but I was ok with that. This felt right. The next day my discomfort was gone. As I grow older things get tighter and they may pull on other internal parts of my body. The stretching really, really helps. Jessica gave me some at home stretches to do. I have been keeping up and the discomfort stays away. How I wished I met Jessica sooner. Fascial Stretching is absolutely worth trying if a) you do not stretch b) you just can't figure out some discomfort c) if you want to learn more about it and how minimal stretching can really make a positive impact on your life.

Paul is thorough and effective.

He didn't just treat me, he tested for the problem, determined what it was, explained it to me, explained his approach, treated, and explained how I could speed progress between visits.

He had more of a medical or sports medicine approach than the old school chiropractic crack a few bones and send you off way.also of note:
- Clean office and treatment room
- lots of parking available
- good integration with insurance provider (hassle free)

Such a wonderful clinic! Clean rooms, punctual friendly staff. Amarpaul has so much knowledge, he is the best chiropractor I have ever been too. I will never go anywhere else unless I move out of the city.

I been gooing to the chiropractor for a few months after my car accident. My back feels so much better now. My Chiropractor is Harmeet, and she evaluates your back and knows exactly what is needed to make my back align and feel better. And the exercises she shows me to do at home, also help a lot!

I am on a referral list to Allan McGavin Sports Medicine at UBC for an injury to my leg. My trainer suggested I make an appointment with Dr. Amarpaul Dhaliwal as I could get in right away. Best decision I've made recently. He is thorough and explains everything. I am much further along in my recovery than I expected to be at this point. I am back to lifting weights again, although lighter, but extremely happy I can do so pain free.
Even if you don't think a chiropractor is what you need, go see him anyway as I guarantee Dr. Dhaliwal will be able to help you.

The best place ever. The front desk girls are so friendly and flexible. Dr.paul is a perfect chiropractor. He is very professional and friendly.

Marcus listens well and ensures he understands issues before jumping to a treatment program. I appreciate the hands-on work he does to release tension to help my recovery. The exercises he gives are easy to manage but challenging enough to help strengthen my problem areas. Since I don't need assistance in doing the exercises, I love the fact the appointments are focused on treatment I can't do at home or by myself. All in all, I'm really happy with how effective his instruction and treatments are.
