I bought my Honda Accord here a month ago and I am absolutely happy with that! Richie, a salesman, is a great and helpful person and it was really nice and easy to communicate with him. All other people whom I met there were also nice and professional. Keeping my initial 5 stars for Pacific Honda!

Update from December 2023. I am still a client of Pacific Honda, and a few days ago I got my brand new Honda CR-V Touring Hybrid. Really happy with the car, but also want to confirm the high professionalism of the dealership staff. I worked this time with Mikael - and he went above and beyond to offer me the best possible option. This is a rare case when a salesman cares about a customer so much, and I really appreciate that. Thanks. Mikael, and the entire Honda Pacific team!

I had an exceptional experience at Pacific Honda dealership! Bobby, Leo, Chris, and the team went above and beyond to help us find the perfect car. Despite some hiccups with my trade-in (which were not their fault), they promptly and efficiently resolved the issues. Their dedication and outstanding service have earned my loyalty. I’ve had a disastrous and unfortunate experience with Pacific Honda. They have upsold me with services I never needed and have lied to me by over emphasizing a service that is not applicable to me. I’ve also noticed how many of there 5 star reviews are there own staff and staffs extended family. What a shallow act from fake & rude professionals.

My experience buying my pre-owned Honda HRV was fantastic. Bobby is so professional, friendly and easy going, never the high pressure sales. He made the whole process smooth and is very knowledgeable about Honda. Bobby remembered what I was looking for weeks after I started my search. When I picked up my car he went above and beyond helping me get to know all the features of the car. Justin, the Used Car Manager also is very friendly and approachable. I brought my car to service 2 weeks ago.one day after the ABS brake systems showed up as an error and noticed something is wrong with my brake. I called them and reported it. I booked an appointment but it's another month away.so, they told me that if it shows up again, I will bring my car for an emergency.so today, it happened again then all of a sudden, my car won't start, and the advice is my battery is dead and needs to be changed because it is time, but they just told me that my battery is healthy. I don't like the service at all. I never had a problem with my car at all and I would say that my car isn't that old.the fact that Honda is a reliable car and last longer.

I'm not exactly the type to leave reviews either good or bad, but my car purchase experience at Pacific Honda was excellent from day one until delivery.

Bobby was great with prompt communication, up front about some minor cosmetic issues that were taken care of by the dealership.

Chris from finance was great as well, disclosing and explaining every detail throughout the entire process.

Worth every bit of the 50km drive each way!

I was trying to buy an Honda Civic. They promised to deliver the car in less than two weeks but now after almost a month they have no idea when the car arrives.
I tried to cancel my order talked to Fahim Yosufzai and he refused to return my deposit. Funny thing is that even the sales manager doesn't know the status of my order.
Now I have to raise this issue with VSA (Vehicle Sales Authority).

Do not waste your time and money here. The whole process to find the issue with my vehicle was disastrous. I had to make 2 visits to just find the problem. Why not run a comprehensive test from the beginning? In the end, they found an issue with my wheel, but did not return my old one. I found out later that the new rim I purchased does not come with the center cap (a piece with "H" on the rim) and it is normally replaced from the old rim. I called Pacific Honda to inquire to get it back. First time, I was told that they will look into it and return the call. Nothing. Second time I called them, the representative explained to me that the new rim does not come with the center cap as if I should've already known about it (I was not informed of this at any point). I was then told that they will look into it and get back to me. A week has passed, and I have NOT heard a single word from them yet. Absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous. My family has been a customer with Pacific Honda for close to 20 years. We do not see ourselves returning here in the future.

Then gave me an trade-in offer of my old vehicle far below market price, and threatened that no other Honda dealership would offer a higher price. The whole process was full of fraud and lies, please stay away from this disgusting company.

Great dealership, but would it kill the mechanics to return the driver seat to its original position?

update - based on the response from David Kantymir (cool name btw). I can see how it would be difficult to return a seat to its original position with multiple people working on the car. I can offer a suggestion - leave it at it's longest extent. That way even tall people will be able to get in on first try and at worst the driver will have to move the seat forward. No one will get stuck sitting down without thinking because the only time the seat is moved may be that one time a year. Then they have to haul themselves out again.

I just wanted to express my dissatisfaction with the customer service my wife and I received at pacific Honda. We drove over 3 hours to view a couple of used Honda civics for sale on the lot. After test driving them, we sat down with Mikail Hosseini to try and work out a deal, at which point we made a lower than asking price offer to get the ball rolling and start the deal negotiations. We were met with a condescending, disrespectful and unprofessional smirk, as well as laughter from Mikail. After continuing the conversation for another 2-3 minutes, we realized that Mikail was a terrible salesman, and we decided to walk out based on the lack of professionalism and respect alone. Quite honestly the worst salesman I have ever encountered. I would not recommend this establishment to my worst enemy, unless that person wanted to be profiled and taken for a fool.

Worst experience that i have had in my entire life with this location. Please never do business with this location as they are not trustworthy people, specifically Mr Fahim as a manager. They kept me hanging for almost 5 month and then say we don’t have a car you could get your money back. I git my car somewhere else with way better offer and faster. I was told i Should put non refundable deposit if I want to have a car as soon as they get it. DONOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH Pacific Honda.

I'm starting this post with five stars. I am a automotive service technician who is red seal certified and has a number of additional degrees in alternative fuels and electric power trains.

After a number of bogus calls on day one hour one about the problem with the vehicle ive decided to do this. As I am lied too about the repair to my car that is currently at Honda I will be lowering my review and describing the experience. Currently I've been told my after market ac Delco starter installed yesterday by myself, bench tested before install and purchased through the largest parts supplier in bc and a customer of mine lorco is probably the problem, bench testing is a procedure of testing a starter on a bench so you know it's working before doing the hard work of installing it.only to find out it doesn't. So we know that's wrong. The second phone call was I have no starter fuse. As I tested all fuses in the truck before the starter I know all my fuses are both good and in place. So we know that's a lie too. Fuses live in a fuse box with a cover, they are held in place by metal tabs that provide the power through the fuse. They do not fall out on their own in fact mini fuse often require a special tool or needle nose pliers to remove them as they are very tight. You know because a loose fuse is a bad fuse.

The problem with the vehicle is the starter circuit failed, the starter was replaced by myself knowing full well it would not help but thanks alldata for doing the bare minimum of testing and diagnostic procedures. Ended up sending it into honda because as mechanic working on my own vehicle means I can't work on yours. If I'm not working on yours I'm not making money.pretty simple math problem.

It should be noted after the second phone call I did request a new technician to work on the vehicle, I was informed by the service adviser, a person who is not normally certified or a technician and who I personally hire when I need them that the technician working on my vehicle is their head technician. As the head technician and owner of my company I'm well aware this is highly unlikely though not impossible normally initial repairs go to the lowest cheapest technician then work their way up the seniority list.

So pretending this is the lead tech working on the car let's pit two lead technician head to head in a battle of truth.

I had never purchased a vehicle from a proper dealership before and I when I went in, I had my guard up and a chip on my shoulder. By the time the whole process was done, I felt like I was a member of the family.

Mori was so sweet and genuine and now having owned my vehicle for about a month, I know I was right to trust him. Everyone that I interacted with really made me feel comfortable.

The second time I tried to fill up my gas tank, the latch came loose and I wasn't able to open the gas cap cover. I texted Mori and on the way to his family vacation, he organized help for me at the dealership. The whole ordeal took about an hour, and the Honda guys (can't remember the used car manager's name but he was lovely) took my car to Mazda and had it fixed so fast.

The attention to the small details really made the experience really painless. Thanks so much you guys, I appreciate what you do.

Experience at Pacific Honda was above the expectations we expected. My wife and I had taken all last week, and the week prior visiting numerous dealerships, but meeting with Bobby Nouri at Pacific Honda stood out immensely to us. Unfortunately we weren’t able to complete the entire experience with Pacific Honda, but it left such an impact on us that we still talk about how wonderful our sales advisor Bobby was with us. We parked outside Pacific Honda, stepped on the lot looked at two cars before Bobby approached us in the pouring rain to greet us. Bobby was very welcoming, soft spoken, and engaged to know about us. Bobby knew everything inside and out of the used vehicles we were looking at, and even took the extra step after we weren’t able to get the vehicle at our price point to educated us on what to ask or look for when attending other dealerships. Thanks Bobby, and we hope to see you in the future.

Absolutely awful service department.

In 2007, I bought a Honda Fit. That car was a dream, and back then, every time I brought it in for service at Pacific Honda, the charge was understandable and straightforward. HOWEVER: 10 years later, I decided to turn that car in for a brand new 2017 Honda Fit from Pacific Honda. Since then, every time I've brought the car in for anything, there is always (and I mean "always"-every.single.time.) something they call me about, mid-service. "You need to also do this, which will cost [usually at least $80 to $250 more]. " I've had my car for less than 5 years and have less than 34,000 km on it. How could I possibly have this many "normal maintenance" needs? I honestly cannot remember the last time I had a normal oil change here without any incident or extra charge suggestion.

In addition, early on with my 2017 Fit I had issues with two small plastic pieces, one in the trunk and one in the arm rest that broke off. They luckily said it was under warranty, but when I showed up, they ordered the wrong part, and completely ignored the second I had asked to repair.

Fast forward to this past month: I recently had a driver turn wide and clip my side view mirror; luckily, the casing was the only thing that came off, and everything else about the mirror worked fine. I told the service employee on the phone that I just needed the bottom part of the skull cap casing replaced (the top is not broken) and they insisted I come in. At this point, going to the North Shore is a chore, but I've been a customer for 14 years, so I'm hoping there's SOME kind of effort to retain me as a client, so I went in anyway. I show up, they assess it thoroughly, order the part, and make an appointment for me to come in a week later. The day of the appointment, I arrived, dropped off my car, and 20 minutes later, they called to tell me they ordered the wrong part; NOW, instead of costing me about $80 to get it fixed, it will apparently now cost $150. Absolutely absurd. Not only did I completely waste 3 hours of my day moving work around and taking the time to get there, but they want me to come back and pay more later? Like I said, every time I go in, they find something else to tell me to pay for. It's now been 2 weeks since they told me they ordered the part.why did the last part (the wrong part) only take 5 days to arrive? I sent them an e-mail politely stating my issues and informing them I'll pay the original cost, but not the added new costs since the mistake was not mine, and they never responded. I have a suspicion that they've ghosted me now and I'll have to go somewhere else.

Horrible customer service. We had an appointment to see a used car. We came all the way from Coquitlam. Front desk person told us that the agent who we had an appointment with wasn't in that day. Well, ok, I guess somebody else could take care of that. But then some other guy told us that the car was already sold. When we asked why they didn't call us, he said that if the agent was in, then she would have definitely called us. Seriously? Wasted 1.5 hours and gas to get there and back. Never again.

We bought our first car with this dealer. When I sent inquiries online via a 3rd party car search website, I received the reply almost immediately. When we went to the appointment, James was already waiting outside and got the car ready! He showed a lot of patience and tried his best with all our inquiries. There was no endless back and forth negotiations which saved us lots of energy and time. We made our decision and got the car on the same day, unexpectedly efficient! We hope to work with this dealer again one day when we need to switch the car!

We initially met him several months ago when we were looking at new cars. With Jackie, there was no "pressure sale". Instead, he took his time to share his obvious enthusiasm for the vehicle and go over its features. Went to buy a used 2015 BMW 328 xdrive. I asked for only 2 things: That the car had had its first oil change completed (it did) and that I could get a detail done on the car. It was ensured that a professional detail would be done on the car. Show up a few days later to complete financing and the car was definitely not detailed. It also appeared new scratches had appeared (maybe from washing) and new damage to the wheel (I could be wrong about these). Regardless, I told the salesperson that a detail had not been completed. The sales manager came out and basically said they washed it and wouldn't do a detail even though they said they would. After all, it's a used car. Fine. Got my deposit back and left. Too many good used cars and car dealerships vying for business to waste with these guys. Only positive thing was Alex from finance.

My wife has two company cars that are Hondas. They have been dealer maintained since day 1. Recently each of the two vehicles had a major mechanical issue. The useless customer service rep in the service department has tried diagnosing the issue as everything under the sun except the true cause of the issues. On the second and most recent issue, the vehicle hadn't even been driven 100 Meters from the dealership and the shaking and power loss persisted. Did they not even test drive the vehicle after performing their "fix"? They never solved the issue on the other vehicle, its been sold since. I dont even think these guys are trying to be fraudulent by selling unnecessary services, they just have absolutely no clue about the vehicles they sell! AWFUL SERVICE, NOT ABLE TO DIAGNOSE AND REPAIR THE PROBLEM!

Peter Thoma needs to learn how to communicate with customers, I leave the house very excited to buy a car, unfortunately I came across Peter who right away states "I can't let you drive the car alone since we had cars stolen but no offense".
If company is facing such problems, employees should be given proper training on how to deliver the message without offending the customer.

I recently went to Pacific Honda to see pre-owned CRV, both my wife and I were impressed by the Mori. He is a gentleman and his customer service was outstanding. Mori arranged test drive for us and listen carefully on our needs and concerns. Unfortunately we cannot find our best fit this time, but his professionalism and no-pressure salesmanship will be something make me come back next time. Btw, Pacific Honda has a nice play room for baby, my 2 year old boy just didn't want to leave.

This review is long overdue. I bought a 2017 civic hatchback here after going to a couple other dealerships which I mine as well have been invisible walking around because nobody came to offer me help of any kind. I can’t say enough good things about the team they have at Pacific Honda, I dealt directly with Paul Dawson who sold me the car, he was very friendly and helpful, I contacted him a few months after buying the car about an issue I was having with my window accessory, I told him I had brought my car to another dealership which was closer to my work to get them to fix it and they installed it wrong.he got me to bring it in to them and not only did they fix it he apologized for my inconvenience and he gave me a very generous service credit.now on to the service department. I get regular oil changes through them and also had my car go in for a rodent damage issue. Dave and Elliott were the two I dealt with a couple different times and they also were both very helpful and pleasant, they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied, their communication is awesome! I know my wife will be needing a new car soon and it will definitely be bought at pacific Honda even though there are other dealerships closer to our house. Do yourself a favour and buy your next car here!

So the girlfriend and I go for a test drive with the lease manager (call him P) in a 2019 Civic Hatchback. We get back to the dealership and talk about options and payments and we let them know that we’re looking to buy the car outright.

Over the next few days, I’m in touch with P, asking him to update our invoice with the options we selected: interior lighting, protection package (trunk and floor mats and splash guards on the front and rear of the vehicle), red honda badges. He says it’s all good. I notice that the interior lighting detail on the invoice is noted as RED, when we asked for it to be BLUE, so I let him know. We go to pick up our car, and as I’m approaching the car the first thing P says is: “There’s been a mistake! They installed the wrong color lighting. ” Offers to fix it if we don't like it. We say we’ll see how it feels and P says he will contact us the following day to check in.

The car was also missing the badges we asked for. Worth noting that my girlfriend had gone in and confirmed that we would like to have them installed. I asked him for a quote for the badges which he gave me some days later which was also wrong. Pretty much the only thing that was right was that the car was in front of us in one piece. I noticed after driving the car for a few days that they didn’t install any splash guards on the car, which we had paid for.

About 3 weeks later, nothing has been fixed. We finally get the survey that P mentioned, and fill it out everything on the “extremely dissatisfied” end of things. Few days later, we get a call from a sales manager (V) and set up a meeting, so they can see what went wrong. We tell him everything, and he says it's not acceptable for them to make so many errors. I mentioned the missing splash guards to him. We told him that we expected them to supply and install the badges, and the splash guards at no cost to us, and he agreed. We told them that we were fine to leave the interior lighting the wrong color.

V writes us an email the next day and says that he’s found out what went wrong on their end. Says that the badges never got ordered, confirms that they in fact did miss the rear splash guards but they’re not sure how, and that installing the front ones WILL VOID THE VEHICLE WARRANTY because they 'don't fit' (? This is an outright lie.) I later found out that they've been ordering the wrong parts.

I ask how, and which warranty it would void to install a part that is made by Honda (which he never answered), and I even go so far to provide the installation directions for our specific car (with pictures) which are written BY HONDA for installing the parts that we were told by P come stock on the vehicle. I asked him to go ahead and order them for us anyways.

He never ordered them. Also worth mentioning is that the quote he gave me for the parts was marked up considerably (240 dollars vs 41 dollars) from the price I got from a different dealer.

Oh, and the badges? V suddenly states that they never have done an installation of them before, and that they won’t install them for us but he would order them. Which makes me wonder: Where did the $600 quote come from?

Thinking back, the sales manager didn’t really provide a single solution to any of our problems. We had to guide him to do his job.

We finally had enough, and realized that we don’t want these people touching our car. I told V that we’re going to Carter Honda, and that they were willing to do all of the work there and they could get the parts in the next day. We also asked him to bill Pacific Honda for all of the work done, to which he said okay.

Finally, after a month and a half all of the parts we paid for are on our car. Carter Honda called us and let us know that the rear splash guards that were provided to us by V were not the right parts and they fixed it for us.

We won't be going back.

The sales side of this dealership is not good. I had 3 occasions dealing with rude car salesmen here and the manager seemed no better. This is why i went to Happy Honda to purchase my new Honda Civic. The service department at this dealership is good though. Have had no issues with the work that has been done on my vehicle.

Racially profiles their customers.yawn.tired of this age old rhetoric of who has money based on skin tone and outfits. Watched two sales people give the elevator eyes at a distance to customers looking on their empty customer lot.

I recently had an engine issue in my Honda Accord. Service Manager, David, and Service Adviser, Tommy, at Pacific Honda went above and beyond to ensure that the repairs were carried out to my fullest satisfaction. In general, my experience with Pacific Honda is great; they have highly trained and professional employees that are a pleasure to work with. Overall, customer care at Honda Canada is extremely helpful and professional.

Only time I had a good experience was when I bought my car. After that every time I call for something I get rude service and always get cut off by have you been here before. It comes across as if I haven’t purchased from here I won’t get help.
I was also told when I bought my car if I get the extended warranty if anything happens to my car they will diagnose my car which is covered. I fell for it and purchased $800 warranty. Couple years later my car batt died so when I called they wanted to charge me $50 to diagnose the problem, when I told them I was told it was covered in the warranty I purchased.
They pretty much said well we don’t know why you were told that cause it’s not true. So they charged me 50 anyway no sign of empathy. $800 out the window and I lost integrity in this company. I will never buy from here and tell everyone to go else where. I felt like I was just told what I wanted to hear so they can take my money.

I NEVER write reviews but am so happy with the service that I had to take the time.
I run my own small business and work about 14 hours a day 7 days a week so my time is very precious to me.
Tommy usually helps me and has a car there right way so I can scoot off to my job sites. As I work in construction and am either on a ladder or scaffolding and am not available to answer my phone, he will text me all of the details. Very accommodating, always on time, he makes it easy for me to do what I do.

While composing these few words of review concerning my recent experience with this dealership, specifically the Service department Manager, DAVID KANTYMIR, the English language provides a significant number of complimentary words to choose from. Words such as "reliable" “dependable”, “honest”, “efficient”, “courteousr, “knowledgeable” and “genuine” are just a few of the superlatives I could use to describe the excellence of Service. As undeniably accurate as these words are when it comes to describing the contribution and innovation Service department brings.

These guys are disrupting the sales experience. They compete by being knowledgeable and responsive - provide the best price upfront, which saves time and a lengthy negotiation. We just bought a used car from Peter and were really impressed with the entire team at Pacific Honda.

I would recommend everybody to see Mikaeil Hosseini at Pacific Honda. Mikaeil is very professional. He allowed me to take my time with the test drive. And answered all my questions patiently.
He did a great job at helping me to find a right car and also through the whole process of leasing the vehicle from start to finish.
