The times I have needed maintenance have taken my Honda Fit to Pacific Honda Service in the North Shore Auto mall.
I've been well taken care of by the staff on all my visits. They have even arranged for me to be picked up and dropped off by their convenient shuttle service.
Elliott has helped me in the service department and he is transparent and professional with explaining what work needs to be done and the cost of the work. When I come to pick up my vehicle I'm never surprised by the cost.
I have found the common maintenance (such as an oil change) is very reasonable, cheaper than "minute" lube type places. I am also confident the service technicians know how to work on my car and will treat my car as if it was one of their own.
I will keep coming back to Pacific Honda for any service I may need. I trust their service representatives and they respect my vehicle.
