For the price I paid it was a great place to spend a night. If I need a room in Kamloops I would stay again

For the price, it's basically the best you're going to get. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. The Chinese restaurant is awesome! Breakfast was included but they stopped serving the waffles the day before we got there, so that sucked. And no fresh fruit

Impressed with the grounds and the accessibility of the room and pool and hottub. Staff were great!

Quiet and comfortable room. Close to several restaurants including Moon Wok in the building. Reasonably priced for a large room. Second time as a customer. Would go there again. Price was moderate for the convenience.

The room is simple and clean, with breakfast included, and the overall cost performance is high (points are deducted because the sound insulation is not very good)

Great value and super comfortable. Great pillows and a great sleep. Just make sure to adjust the dial on the humidity control to keep the fan from coming on during the night. Very nice and friendly staff.

It was a nice stay at this hotel, very neat and clean. They provide breakfast which was basic but fair one. Wifi was very poor.

Location is great. Close to lots of amenities and without the grunge of downtown Kamloops. The rooms were clean, a little run down but nothing major. For the price it was great.

Disgusting hotel, blood stained sheets and who knows what running down the walls (brown something), blankets with cigarette burns. Hotel smells gross and staff extremely unhelpful even though was charged for a room they didn't even have. Avoid this hotel

Stayed here 2 nights front desk charged my card 500 second night after paying for my second night. Then they proceeded to say it was a pre aunty that would be returned. Manager (rudest person there) returned 350 and charged me 150. Refused to put it all in one because she is a scammer but said she can’t refund the entire amount once … ya right… ok obviously that’s another scamming tactic. Following day after check out I literally told myself I bet you anything the manager will charge my card again, and of course she did! It was 8 am when I checked and got the thought at 7 am, big surprise she starts her shift at 7am and first thing she did was charge my card another 500$! Stayed two nights and was charged over 1200$ stayed the 2nd and 3rd of February. Made the claim with my bank and waiting for the charges to be reversed. I’ve stayed here before when the owner and his son we’re around. The same lady (manager) works the day and another gentleman works the evening and overnight shift, the morning I checked out and came and thought the manager was charging my card turned out to be him, called the police and he got on the phone asking the manager what to do etc.they also kick reservations out and book mostly government paid refugees or evacuees because I assume they can overcharge and treat their patrons however which way. Zero customer service skills.

The staff were lovely, including check in, housekeeping, and check out. The building itself was in serious need of renovation and repair.
The elevator was broken, so I struggled with getting my luggage up the stairs to my room, the pool and hot tub were "being serviced", there was no where to buy food. The hallway carpets were in serious need of vacuuming and shampooing.

I only needed a short stay for 1 night to reduce the drive on a business trip, so it was acceptable, for what it was. Nothing special. Nothing really horrible. Just 'meh.
