Genuinely rude receptionist. There is a shortage of doctors, but there are definitely better clinics than this. Do yourself a favor and pick another.

Awful. Receptionists don't respect you and don't answer your questions and are barely helpful at all. Don't go here unless it's your last resort

They need urgently to get know what sense of customer service means. You can't even ask a question.

Worst receptionist I've ever encountered. Interrupted me after only a few words, I tried to clarify briefly, she hung up on me mid sentence. I have never been a rude or difficult customer anywhere or any time, this was shocking and totally uncalled for! This person should not be anywhere near a patient or family member.

Very limited/short hours. Poorly managed clinic especially website. There's no way to reach the clinic, no fax number provided, no online booking unlike at the Richmond and SE Marine RCSS location. The CONTACT US option returns you to the map/location page.

The online booking seems to be designed for patients who have a family MD at this clinic. Some of the physicians working at various PM Clinics in Vancity seem to be a very disgruntled bunch. It's not comforting and reassuring these physicians don't seem care given our broken medical system in BC. It only adds to the crisis, it doesn't do anything to alleviate it. It's no wonder the Feds refuse t want to give money to BC for healthcare funding.

There should be an option for zero stars. This place is a complete joke. Receptionist is very rude as well as the "doctor"

Love Dr Roman! He helped tremendously! Love his vibe and how he explains everything to you! I will continue to bring myself and my kids here

Walked into the clinic for the first time, the front desk girl was very off putting and assumed I checked they’re website that they weren’t having walk in patients. Not coming back. She was really rude. Gave me no information or if I could make an appointment on the spot.

Dr. Roman is a great doctor, he asks lots of questions and explains things so you can understand what's going on with you. I live like 15 away and still wanna see him. But the receptionist is very rude and impolite. I don't think you should have anxiety over trying to call and book a appointment.

Recently saw Dr Randhawa for an issue with my foot. She presented various possible causes. After listening to my issue in depth, she was quickly able to narrow down the probable issue and recommend options and their possible pros and cons. She was very clear in her assessments and options. A great communicator. I left worry-free, well informed and hopeful of a successful outcome from the treatment she prescribed.

Dr. Roman took over for my old doctor and he has shown a real passion for caring about me getting better. He evaluates and does what he can. I wish more doctors were like him. Also, he has great staff too.

I've been here 2 times and saw a different doctor each time. Both times I found the doctors to be professional and personable.
I also found the receptionist to be friendly and helpful which is usually not the case in walk in clinics.
I would go there again.

During COVID, seeing/talking to a doc hasn't been easy. This clinic is the best. Explained the process and made arrangement for me to see a doc. The front staff is amazing along with the doc. The doc took time to understand me. I felt so welcomed, I would HIGHLY recommend them.

He shouldn’t be working with humans. He fired me as a patient cuz I was asking too many questions.

This clinic's utter incompetance and negligence has caused me emotional and physical harm. Their mistakes have been a nightmare to live through, and trying to get them to dredge up the professionalism to fix said mistakes has been a frustrating and futile endeavor. I will never step foot in this horrible place again.

It was very difficult to hear the receptionist over the phone. Either she was mumbling or the phone quality was low. Anyways, it was hard to understand a word she said. I had received a prescription here, but one of the medications needed to be compounded. We were referred to another pharmacy 20 minutes away. That pharmacy and many others said that the medication could not be compounded. We came back to the clinic, and the doctor said he would change the prescription. We waited patiently for 20 minutes, only to find that the doctor had already given the new modified prescription to the pharmacist. He did not tell us he did so. I wish there was better communication overall.

The front desk staff are always courteous, helpful, and professional. The doctors are caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable, taking time to listen, asking questions, and explain, any procedures, medication, health options, that are perdinant to me. The doctors explain procedures, in a way that I understand. DR. ROMAN is an excellent doctor, and a nice guy. Ive only seen Dr Batt. One time, that said I would see him again. I would definitely, recomend both the doctors to my family and friends!

The old white man doctor I saw (didnt get the name) was very dismissive of my problems and hardly listened to what I told him. He fixated on a single symptom out the several I reported. The one he fixated on wasnt even the one giving me the most trouble. The only reason I am not giving a one star is because I was in and out of the building in about half and hour which was shorter than I expected. I will never return to this clinic and recommend women especially avoid it.

My girlfriend was feeling so ill today. She looked terribly sick! They rejected her said no walk in. Note, the days before leading up to this she was able to do walk in. I guess when patients are really sick the doctors cant handle it?

Not a bad clinic. You have have to wait over 30 minutes for a scheduled appointment sometimes. There is a pharmacy attached to it. If you need a family physician, they are taking patients.

Dr. Roman is one of the more personable and empathetic doctors I've been to. I really appreciate his approach to things.

I thought dr.browning was the only one who cared.dr.roman is rude and uncaring.dr.batt should retire.he refuses to assist filling forms for the government as they are too complicated.complaining i come in on the busiest day.and i had to inform him he had my forms for a week and he made the appointment.i walked out and now looking for a new doctor. THEY ARE USELESS.dr batt the worst.

What a horrible clinic. They failed to contact me about an appointment I had been waiting years for. They refused to provide proof that they had "tried to contact me" despite claiming they had the proof. They refused to cooperate in even the slightest way possible. They never notified me, and I will now have to wait 3+ years more for an appointment for a very painful condition.
This clinic is negligent and absolutely awful to work with in any way whatsoever.

After waiting an hour or so, which is not an issue as most clinics have waiting times, I saw Dr. SL Roman and I had the worst experience ever with a GP. His behaviour was so unprofessional and he lost his temper on me. I visited the clinic to request my history on a particular matter. While he was preparing it, I mentioned to him that another reason for my visit was... And he cut me off and shouted at me "What do you mean by another important reason for your visit? Is not getting your history important enough? I can only work on one consultation per visit. " I am not exaggerating, he was so furious, and loud. His tone was unprofessional and I wondered how he had ever become a doctor? How does he develop a therapeutic relationship with his clients/ patients? I confronted him for his rude behaviour and he did apologize. Also, I told him, I did not realize a second consultation was required, and if he had any issues, he could have explained himself in a polite/ professional manner. He did try to make up for his behaviour by apologizing and shaking hands before I was leaving etc. However, it was too late, and I will never go back to this clinic.

Receptionists told me I would be in at 1pm. They got me in 2 hours later. Who cares if you have a job interview or appointment scheduled afterwards.

Just ignore this place and go somewhere else. I don't care if you wait for a long time but don't tell me
