Pacific Palms RV Resort

Spent almost 3 months at this resort. Million dollar views and easy access to the boardwalk that leads to the main park in the area which has lots to do for everyone. Facilities were very clean (laundry, bathrooms & rec room). Couple that were looking after everything were awesome very helpful when we had questions or concerns. Only issue we saw with the resort was lot sizes for larger units could be an issue during busy season. Will defiantly be back.

A fantastic new RV Park in downtown Parksville. Location is superb with walking distance to everything as well as access to the famous Parksville boardwalk. I am staying here for the second winter and love it here. The managers are very friendly and helpful and facilities are clean and comfortable as experienced by a Very Happy Camper!

For over 34 years my family has travelled throughout Canada and the United States. My son competed in Motocross and we travelled year-round and have stayed at more RV parks than I can possibly count.

I can honestly say that the PACIFIC PALMS RV RESORT has been the best experience we have ever had! The Park itself is always kept clean and tidy and the staff are absolutely amazing. The park is so convenient to everything.
It is located right at the Beach and Pacific Ocean, with magnificent mountain views. Bike paths, parks, shopping, dining, schools and much more…. All within walking distance.
There is nothing lacking at this Rv Park and I have never felt happier AND more secure as I have at Pacific Palms.

So far have vacationed at Pacific Palms on 2 occasions. (summer & fall) Both times spent numerous days in class A RV. Amenities checked all the boxes for a comfortable stay. Clean, quiet and competent friendly management.
Good selection of scenic sites to choose from with excellent access to boardwalk and beach. If your so inclined there is good variety of shopping within walking distance.

Beautiful location, very clean showers and toilets. The owners are very friendly and accommodating, gave us an upgrade with a sea view and made sure that the RVs weren't too close together. We recommend!

We loved it here. The view and getting to go out on the ocean floor at low tide and the quiet was amazing. The hosts are even more amazing. So accommodating, so professional and not your stickler type. Would stay here again. We booked for two nights and ended up staying five. Even after driving around to see if we wanted to stay with our 38 foot unit elsewhere but nope. This was the best spot we found. Lots of room and clean. Not packed in like sardines. The boardwalk right there too! Loved loved loved it. Thank you for the great stay. Will see you again when we come that way.

We booked two nights based off of reviews online, and it did not disappoint. We ended up staying an extra day, and then booked a fourth night on our way back across the island. The park is new, clean, well laid out, and right on the beach. The management running the business are incredibly friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back next season. Thanks for the great experience!

Absolutely phenomenal after decades of rving next door, we watched this place being built and finally stayed for our post labour day holiday and right from check in they wowwed us! I'm sure once stage 4 water restrictions are lifted, the trees will grow and it will be beautiful. In past years next door, the WiFi was ridiculous and service of the managers was non existent. So nice to be able to do this review using the WiFi here! Too unreliable next door. Gorgeous view of Parksville Beach and 110% better run than others in the area. Thank you!

Best service ever. Very nice and helpful staff. Clean and new washrooms. Laundry: new maschines, clean and effective. Beautiful coastline, good location. Recommended!

I don't like how you asked my wife to give you a 5 star review. To me you have to earn your reviews from people who are willing to go out of their way to give you one! Also, when we booked they told us there was going to be an on site pool but when we stayed they haven't even broke ground on the pool site.

As a family, the stay was awesome. The staff at the Park is super friendly and the wash and laundry rooms are clean and very new. The coastline is beautiful, especially at sunset. The park is quiet at night and very safe. The is a lot to do in the area and I would come back any time!

I was staying here with a friend over the long weekend. It's a great location but the service was horrible. I parked in the wrong spot but instead of asking nicely to move, she was rude about it. Later on I stopped by the office to get change for the showers. No greeting, smile and just what you want attitude. She needs to be trained on better customer service. Otherwise it's a nice place to stay.

This is a crowded campground. Nothing special and we had the most expensive view of the water. Yes the beach is nice, but the campground is not special at all. The washrooms are gross. And so are the showers. But the staff are seemingly fine with that.

The location is perfect right on the beach and the facilities are impeccable. The washroom buildings are new and spacious and very clean. They have the nicest laundry room and washroom are the nicest i have ever seem at a campsite. The staff are amazing, very friendly and helpful and want to make sure every camper has a good experience. We could watch the Parksville beach fireworks right from our campsite. If you love Parksville beach this is the perfect spot!

Absolutely superb location right on the beach. We booked a waterfront site which gave us a resort like view of the beach and all the people on the boardwalk (always fun to watch!). Shawndra-Lyn is an amazing asset to the resort being so well organized and able to help with any questions.taking care of business!
Booked for next year to relax again!

Love this wonderful campground. You can’t get any closer to the beach. Steps from the town centre, steps from the sand, steps from tennis courts, trails and more. We’ve been to many rv resorts and this is definitely one of our favourites. Staff is absolutely wonderful.

I called about booking the good sites for next summer but the lady I spoke with said they are "on hold and pending", but might be available later on. However on the website the not as good sites are available for booking. So basically they are playing favors and holding/blocking the best site for next year. If this is how you want to run your business. I'll go else where!
