Pacific Park Apartments

We have been living in Pacific Park Apartments and we can really recommend this place to all people who need an apartment in Surrey.

The place is near to bus stop and No frills, Fruticana and Form and Spice grocery stores. There is a swimming pool in the yard. The space of apartments is huge. The building is in good location, easy to get around with public transportation, about 10 minutes to Skytrain Surrey center.

Also, I would like to thank Joanna, who is the manager in Pacific Park Apartments. Whenever I had questions or need help she did her best. The service is quick. She is always super polite and communicative, always gives the best service to tenants. I really appreciate Joanna's hard work.

I have been living in Mainstreet for 9 years now, in building 9450, together with my family. We find it so homey, just like living in a classy hotel. Aside from it being close to almost everything, its just a few walks away to shops, clinic, hospital, grocery and resto. The office personnels? They're all excellent especially Joanna, the resident manager. They can address any A-Z issues, so cool and very accomodating. I am looking forward to many years of staying here. I love this place.

Excellent service, always prioritize tenants and are truly understanding and professional. The staff and management are always reachable and willing to go above and beyond to ensure you have a safe, clean, comfortable place to live.

In this 6 years until now my life and my family sfatey and feel comfortable in this area or apartment and jowan and her co-workers they are moraly good person and helpful. Thank you

I lived there for about 2 years, I didn't hear much noise from my neighbors which is good, the property manager, Joana at the time is amazing, friendly and very helpful, and the maintenance when you need them don't take as long as in other places. The only issue I can remember is that the food delivery people tend to get confused because there are so many building entrances.

I've lived here for 10 years. ONLY because my rent is $900.they want $1800 now for what I have. No heat in the winter, $35 per month extra for a extra parking spot. No amenities, no nothing.

This place is NOT NOT worth that much. NEVER WILL BE

Excited service, Apartment manager Joana is very kind a friendly. If u are considering to rent here u are with the best management team as long as Joana is the leader.

I moved here 6 months ago and I am really comfortable, I have a one-year-old baby and I love how she sees the snow from the fairly large balcony and the apartment is large she crawls all over the place at ease it is very quiet and clean here johana it's morning yesterday she is an adorable collaborator and is always ready to solve and help with whatever you need thank you very much johana for your great work

Avoid at all costs! This place is a slum, can't say any better, unfortunately! The corridors are filthy and smelly, it's simply disgusting! The parking lot and outside areas are full of trash. For $100 or $200 more you can get brand new apartments in the surroundings of Surrey Central/King George/Guildford areas.

I moved in 5 months ago. Joanna is a great manager. The communication is super easy and quick and the apartment looks exactly like it looks in the pictures. The building is at perfect location, very easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance to awesome bars and restaurants. Joanna is very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had questions.

Been staying here for about 3 months now. When i moved here, our suit is kinda good. Floor is renovated which is awesome but some of the area like in my kitchen cabinets (Dust), kitchen walls (lots of greasy oil mark), bathroom sink (spider web), and toilet tank (black moss) needs a cleaning. My mistake that i did not check it before we moved in so i can ask the maintenance to fix it, but it’s all fine now. Service is good, Joana the manager is very friendly and very helpful as always. She never let her tenants down. I just give 3 stars because of uncleanliness of our room before, but i give 5 star for joana for being a good manager.

My husband and I has been living in the complex for 1 yr. & 4 months. In this short period of our stay here. We, unfortunately, experienced some difficulties. Specially, when I had a stroke. And, we are grateful with our mgnt. Here. Particularly our bldg mgr.for being considerate and understanding in our situation at the time. Maintenance people are also friendly. And they kept this place nice and clean.

I have now been living in this housing for about 3 months. From the first point of when I called Joanna (the manager) till today, she has been probably the best housing manager you could ask for! Always on top of every thing that needed to be done to my place from before I moved in till now. Even checked in with me to ask how I am enjoying my suite. The building itself is probably the best you will get for as old as it is. Sure it ain't as advance as the newer ones but it is perfect and comfortable and beyond what I expected. Every suite has a deck/patio which is great for the summer days! My suite was nearly fully renovated - new floors, kitchen wall tiles, new fridge, vanity mirror, all new paint, etc. The staff, such as maintenance staff are very friendly, I run into one of the workers Andrew quite often and always greets me with a smile and very personable. The kind of ppl living in these units all seem like family ppl or students. There is no problem of loud noises or any trouble. Everyone is great, either friendly and greets you or just mind there own business. Communal laundry area is nice and clean. Lobby is clean and elevators and hallways are kept up with cleanliness as well. (It is clean - no cockroaches, no bedbugs, no rats/mice). If I was asked what would I changed about this housing. I couldn't tell ya, cus there is absolutely nothing I can think to complain about. If you are looking for a nice quiet place to live with good management then look no further because this is it! We also have a pool but unfortunately because of covid it is closed. But in the future that is something to look forward to as well if you move here. Also the location is perrffff - we got all the essential stores you need about a 30 second walk (depending how fast you walk ofcourse) : No frills, shoppers drug mart, dollar hardware store, a vet for your furry friend (s) - (because this building is pet friendly!) a walk in clinic, farmers market, McDonald's, chicken world, and a Chinese indian restaurant, salons, as well as many other places to eat and shop. You have a got both an elementary school and high school that are walking distance. Post secondary is close by transit if you were to study near Surrey central area. The neighbourhood itself is safe. Sure the traffic on 128 street can be a bit loud if you are somebody moving from a quieter place, but you get used to it. I also like the convenience of the location, I work in Vancouver and sometimes even Abbotsford and on non traffic hour times it's only about a 35 min drive for me to get to either.

I have been staying here at Pacific Park Apartments for 6 months. It is a great place to stay. Joanna, who is the manager here presently is highly efficient. All the staffs are very good and available at any time.

We have been living in this apartment complex for like 10 months now. Moving here from a different province was smoothly done because of the help of the hardworking and kind Resident Managers like Jennifer (who isn't working here anymore) and Joanna. They were both very accommodating and approachable despite their busy schedules. About the building, I find it pretty old. Our suite might be needing a total renovation from bathroom to kitchen floors, ancient oven needs to be replaced, windows and kitchen cupboards, too. I think it was long recommended by the building managers for it to be replaced but no words from their big bosses. I don't know if it's just our suite that seems to have a wrong installed sliding doors. The sliding door's opening should be from the inside. But ours is from the outside, which is not safe at all in case of fire or something. You can get locked in. I hope they'll do something about that. Also, if I may suggest since there are lots of kids in this complex. Might as well have a safe place for a play structure so kids can enjoy the empty area close to the pool.

I been living in pacific park for a year and half. I haven't faced any problems in my unit since. So, its a pretty good place to live. I really like the management team especially the manager Jeonna and the cleaning staff who are really friendly. Giving 4 stars because rooms are little tacky but its all good.

I've been living here for 6+ years its close to all amenities that i need. However its a shame that they took the playground equipment out of the park. I hope that someday they will return it before the kids get to old. We're very happy with the manager Joanna as she's always very helpful and easy to talk to as well as the maintenance.

I have been here for 3 years and everything is excellent. I want to suggest if we can have a hall for gatherings within the complex. Joanna is giving best service in the office.

I have been living in Pacific Park apartments since 2007. I like to live here. This complex improved a lot in these years. Management and other staff is good, helpful and friendly. Cherry was my favorite manager when she was here in this office. I like the current manager Joanna. She listens to the tanents'problems carefully and tries to solve it on the priority basis. She greets everyone with a smile on her face. Lovdia and Lorna are good janitors. At the same time I feel that this complex should have a good playground for kids like earlier it had.

The staff’s are kind and eager to help with whatever issue you have. Especially one of the workers, her name is Joana, she has a humble heart and friendly. This apartment complex deserves more than a five star if it went beyond that. I have lived here for several years and I don’t have a thing to complain about. The maintenance, cleanliness, service and care that the management show is impeccable especially Joanna the manager, she is always helpful and has a nice personality.

Hi, I moved into Pacific Park Apartments and living in a suite since December 2019. From the time that we inquired about the place and until the actual move in date, the process was pretty smooth. Thanks to the building managers; Ms. Joanna Chua and Ms. Margaret, who were really friendly and polite in their assistance with the process and paper work. They made sure that they explained every bit in detail.

The suite I took was a newly renovated suite and it was clean and neat with fresh paint. They even replaced the stove before the move in date with a new one. They kept their promises, which is much appreciated. This place is nice, calm and quiet. I would also definitely recommend this place to my friends and family if they needed a good place to stay. Since arriving at Pacific Park apartments in 2005, my family and I have live here comfortably thanks to a great Management team. Special shout out to our building manager Joanna for taking care of our needs.
