I highly recommend this animal hospital. The doctor is very careful in his diagnosis and explanation. He also took the trouble to answer my questions and helped me find the cause of my fur baby. I really appreciate Dr. Zhuang and his assistant for their help

Amazing vet, poor kitty sick 13 years no one could diagnose kitty. Finally I found the best doctor, honest, considerate. Dr Chuang saved my baby’s life! We had no hope whatsoever after visiting 3 clinics previously. We were so desperate and was recommended by my brother. Dr Chuang and all the staff were so caring, they gave us hope. Our baby is alive because of them. We can’t express our gratitude enough!

I’ve known Doctor Sam for many years now. He is an animal loving and people caring person. He is always positive, honest and pleasant to be around.

I give the clinic a five star rating. The staff is friendly and caring. Dr. Chuang is an excellent doctor and an exraordinar man. He is warm, loving and cares for all his clients and their pets.

DONT GO to this place. The only doctor there is the worst person I have ever seen. The only thing the place want is to empty your pocket. After a Terrible treatment I get from this place I went to another vet. The doctor there implied that the way he treated my dog is so unprofessional (obviously he can’t say it out loud) and because my dog is in pain, that doctor even helped him for free. What a difference. Again, DO NOT COME¡

We have two cats that we love dearly. We were fortunate to find Pacific Pet Clinic in 2020, and have appreciated the standard of care provided by Dr. Chuang and his excellent staff. As a pet parent, it is refreshing to find a group of professionals who demonstrate that they love animals as much as you do. While I am most familiar with Dr. Chuang and Sandy, all of the staff we have interacted with have been great to deal with. Dr. Chuang has an excellent bedside manner with our cats, and the enthusiasm he has when treating them shines through in every visit. His approach to treating them has inspired a tremendous amount of trust, and he has put together a caring team that reflects the same. The clinic has followed up after every visit to see how our pets are doing.

If you care about your pet as much as we do, I believe you will be very pleased with Pacific Pet Clinic.

Been taking my little angel there since she was a puppy and she is now almost 18. Dr. Chuang is fantastic caring smart. My baby girl is always in good hands and thank you to the staff, they are always helpful gentle caring.

The medical staff are extremely kind, and professional when handling the pets! The clinic is also very clean and tidy, which is crucial, especially in a pet clinic. Would recommend!

Pacific Pet Clinic is one of the best vet clinics I've ever visited - their team is very professional and genuinely care about their clients! They do their best to make sure every fur baby who comes in is comfortable, and they're patient + understanding when it comes to the anxious bbs.:)

The worst animal clinic even been, lots of extra charge even not necessary, medical price double than market! After body check for my pet, they said have to do more test to find out exactly where is problem, but still cannot find out after extra test! Showing report to other clinic doctor, they said just case a little fat, but nothing else. How come this clinic make this kind of dirty money! So disappointed with this place

Came here for a volunteer experience and was able to witness how much the team at the clinic cares for the pets that come in and want only the best for each of their clients.super glad that i was able to learn under such a tight knit team that also wanted to make sure i was able to learn as much as possible.

My friend always took her lovely sausage dog, Bacon, here and recently he died of diabetes complications, which were only discovered when she went to a different emergency vet. When she asked this place why they didn't give him blood tests when they knew he needed it, they said it's because they thought she couldn't afford it. She has no history of not being able to pay for things at this place. Don't go here if you're ethnic or look 'poor' for some other reason, they will kill your pet.

We bought a kitten from this clinic in early January 2022. We are glad that we could save this Kitten from this clinic and Sandy the breeder. The way they breed and keep these kittens must be inhumane, unhealthy, filthy and completely unacceptable. The kitten we got from them was so sick and ill and they didn’t tell us about. After a few hours, he started to have a bad diarrhea. The kitten had infection in both ears, diarrhea for 4 days, ring worm, and so uncared for that we had to take him to an animal emergency hospital. Long story short, my wife and the other cat of ours caught ring worm from this one and they are under care right now. Buyer beware of this clinic and Sandy. They cost us close to $1000 of medical bills.

I don’t really know if it’s legal to be both breeder and vet since your clinic’s environment seems to be inappropriate for dogs and cats to live. Even if it IS legal, you still need to keep pet’s living environment clean and free of infections. However, your clinic is apparently not doing what a proper breeder should do to keep the environment clean and safe. Pets get sick if their living environment isn’t sanitized, I feel so bad for those cats and dogs that are living in this breeder like vet clinic, I feel really really bad and sorry for them honestly.
This is not a hate comment, but I do feel disappointed to see cats and dogs are being treated like commodities, or I should use the word “used” like commodities and “things” for money and profits. I sincerely hope that if you consider yourself as a breeder while being a vet, please love those little fluffy babies, and provide them with a better and cleaner environment. Think about what if humans, your kids/your grandkids live like this, how would you feel about that? How would you feel if someone else treats you and your family as if you guys are just commodities and things for profits?

Dr Chuang and his team are very caring of the pets that go to their clinic. They know the personalities of the pets and try to accommodate for their needs. When my pets go in, they always try to put them in the big room so the whole family fits. They explained to me that they try to schedule appointments so that our pets don’t have to spend a long time in the waiting area and the rooms are sanitized between patients. Most tests are also done on site so there is a short wait time to get the results; they do not recommend tests that are not needed and they respect the choices that I make. I would highly recommend the Pacific Pet Clinic as its costs are reasonable and they really care about their patients.

The nurses can speak multiple languages and Dr.are sooo nice. My cat got a very professional treatment here. I will probably chose this clinic again for next time.

Dr. Chuang and his Team at Pacific Pet Clinic really helped our cat Misiu! Dr. Chuand and his gentle care for understanding animals is understood by our Misiu. We've had other vets nearby, but Misiu will show his displeasure, but with Dr. Chuang Misiu allows him to do what vets need to do to ensure his health is sound. Pacific Pet Clinic is worth travelling for, we passed over 11 Veterinarian Clinics to get to Dr, Chuang - WORTH IT! We used to live near Pacific Pet Clinic, but moved. We've not yet found a vet that understood our Misiu. When we got worried about his health, we knew that going to Dr, Chuang, despite the distance, will alleviate our worry. After our visit Misiu is more relaxed, happy and healthy. We HIGHLY recommend Pacific Pet Clinic under Dr. Chuang's leadership.

I love this clinic very much. Dr.gave us lots of professional suggestions. The nurses are nice and they treat the pets very friendly. I am super recommend anyone who looking for a good vet.

I brought my cat in for an emergency because his breathing was very shallow. They took x-rays and told me that he had a lump in his lung and my best option was to put him down. I wish I was given more options but he explained that my cat was suffering and any other options would be costly/might not be successful. Looking back I wish I had asked for more tests/proof but I put my full trust in him. The vet was very understanding when I spent an hour crying in the checkup room because I was so shocked by what I was expected to do. Til this day though I'm not sure if I made the right choice.

Visited this place a few times when I first got my dog. She started limping and x-rays had to done.

When I was waiting at home for the x-ray to be done, I called and asked the lady if I can pick her up because they told me that she would be ready in an hour and that they would give me a call. So I called back after an hour and the old receptionist lady answered and she told me in a rude manner that “if it has been 1 hour then just come and get your pet” but when I arrived, another lady apologized they told me that she wasn’t ready and I had to go back home and wait for another hour. The old receptionist lady doesn’t seem to know what she’s doing and with that attitude, i can tell that she doesn’t like her job very much.when we visited another pet hospital, the x-rays turned out to be improperly done and there was no doctor’s note and the x-rays came out inconclusive so we had to redo it in another clinic.

Absolutely terrible. I took my dog here for several years and it was close to home so very convenient. I decided to switch vets and they will not tell me what kind of medication they previously gave my dog. They won’t tell the new vet and they won’t tell me. I find it very strange they are holding out this info when my dog just needs something to help with his allergies.

Highly recommended! Good services from the assistants. They are very nice and helpful. Also, Dr. Chung and the assistants care about pets, and they show passion about animals. He will always provide the best solution for the clients. They would show the price for me first, and explain. If I did not agree about the estimation, they would not do anything to my pet. Well explanation and professionalism I found in this clinic. I figured out the price was affordable. My sister mentioned the price was cheap, comparing in Edmonton. So, I will visit again.

Dr. Chuang has been a pleasure to visit and have as my veterinarian. Friendly, helpful, and shows genuine concern above and beyond what I expect anytime I bring my pet in. Would recommend reaching out if you need a vet and live in the area!

Terrible place to take your dog, took my little boy today for a rash in his skin, they came up with a bill of $250 with 4 different treatements not even related to his main problem. This older receptionist would keep offering me different treatments and telling me to pay pay pay! Lol when that wasn't even what my dog needed! I went to another Clinic and they charged me HALF THE PRICE! BE AWARE PEOPLE! Good luck that I realized about it on time and got out of this place.

Highly recommend any pet owners to visit this clinic if their pets ever need examination and checkout! The doctor and his staff are incredibly reliable and professional when it comes to diagnosing different types of diseases. They're also lovely people who are willing to communicate with you and demonstrate a great understanding of how to control animal diseases and provides excellent future advice for your pets!

The team at Pacific Pet Clinic is caring, thoughtful and we instant felt like they were family. Sweet Asian Team of doctors and assistants. Sandy helped answer all our questions and continually texted us to see how our Frenchie was doing after her spay. I was pretty nervous to get her spayed but they really eased my nerves and responded promptly to the videos and pictures of the healing incision when I sent it to them. After two weeks we came back for a check up and they assured me she was healing well. I felt mochi was in good hands and Dr. Sam Chuang spent time getting to know us and our frenchie personally. We would recommend the team at Pacific Pet Clinic for sure!

Called the clinic and had a bad experience with the lady who answered the phone. She is not professional, lack of enthusiasm. Will never visit this clinic ever again.

We went there recently. The receptionist was wearing a mask but only had her nose half covered. And when it came to the veterinarian, he was NOT WEARING A MASK AT ALL! The place was so cramped, but people just kept pouring into it. They didn’t seem to be following the health guideline during COVID-19 at all. Would not go back if we have to spend time with an unmasked veterinarian in a cramped space. Such irresponsible people.

We were here with our dog, and it was pricey compared to other places. We kept asking about our dog’s leg and they kept pushing us to do X-rays and more exams and each time they said they would tell us what happened but they didn’t. After paying a lot for a checkup and consultation, they said they would get back with results in less than 5 days. On the 6 day still no results and it was frustrating because we couldn’t reach them till the next day and then told us that we could go to the emergency. We wish that they can communicate a lot better. For the vaccine we specifically asked to do it in the room and the nurse told us to problem but yet did it in the back without even telling us at all. No communication on their end. The X-ray we kept asking how long it would be and they kept accomandating other people, with no interests in replying. There was one young nurse with the lashes that was very kind to us. Lack of communication and took on more customers at a time than they can handle. Just hoping that is something they can improve in. Our experience was not good.

Amazing service by Sandy and Dr. Cheung. They were both digilent and careful during my cat's routine check-up. Would definitely recommend over other clinics.

Dr. Chuang and his team took excellent care of our dog's injury resulted from a minor scuffle with another dog. Everyone there showed patience and compassion for our little one as she's quite nervous by nature and esp after the incident. Prices are reasonable. Will definitely return for other services.

The receptionist is rude and not helpful. Asked me to call back for vaccination records and also send her an email, which took a week in total and still no reply. Her response was for me to call back every single day to see if they are free enough to process my request during this quarantine period, which should not be their busiest time.

The staff and veterinarian is super friendly, they really make you feel welcome. I brought my Pomeranian here to get her teeth cleaned. The prices here is reasonable, compare to most veterinarian clinics. They even text me the next day asking how my dog was doing, which is really kind of them. I enjoy my experience here so much, I would definitely recommend.

Today, I brought our dog, Lucas to Pacific Pet Clinic, and the whole experience was remarkably fantastic!

Doctor Sam was kind and easy going. He is very knowledgeable and caring. Our dog used to be afraid of trimming nails. But because of the caring and professional doctors, Lucas’s nails were trimmed perfectly.

We also received a lot of good advice on his diet since he is over weight. Now we know how to watch his weight and what kind of diet he needs to have both for his weight and joints.

All in all, our visit was awesome! Lucas enjoyed it and he is very happy even after he came home.:)

The staff here are very nice and they are very considerate towards the pet's needs as well as the owners concerns. They do their jobs very professionally and they are always willing to help. The people here put your pets heath first and the prices are very fair. My family and I are very thankful for the care they have provided our dog in his times of need.
