I am definitely giving Pacific Plastic Surgery 5 stars! I was amazed at how professional and caring and informative the entire team was during my appointments! First off the space is beautiful and the receptionists always greet with a smile! My esthetician Taylor was super gentle and she made the experience very comfortable! There was even a time when I came in for laser but I had to much sun on my face, and for safety reasons they decided to reschedule and they were super gracious about it even though it was my fault for coming in unprepared. So I want to thank the entire team and I will definitely be returning!

I put of this surgery (breast reduction and lift) for many years because I was anxious. From my first consult with Dr. Tregaskiss I felt so comfortable and at ease. It was very easy to trust the process under his and his teams care.

Prior to this surgery I was really self conscious and often dreaded trying on clothes because I was never happy with my chest size. I was constantly in neck and shoulder pain and it was uncomfortable working out. I cannot stress how much my life has changed since this surgery. I feel so much more confident. I no longer have the neck and shoulder pain. I wish I had done this surgery years ago!

I also want to share how great my experience was with the rest of the team at Pacific Plastic Surgery. The nurses were great. The Clinic Coordinator Laura was amazing as well. She made the whole process very smooth.

I just did a Morpheus8 procedure with Taylor and she is absolutely amazing!
She was very knowledgeable and patient, explained everything very thoroughly and addressed all my concerns. I felt like she cared about my results as much as I did and I could trust her with my face. I also had a consult previously with Dr. D and he was fantastic. This place has really left an impression on me from the initial phone call to the actual procedure. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend.

I had my breast augmentation done with Dr. T 3.5 months ago and I am so happy with the results. I wish I had done this 10 years ago.

Dr. T was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough during my consultation. I felt very comfortable with him and his assistant Laura. I had a consultation with another surgeon after that but I chose Dr. T and I am so glad I did. I told him that I wanted to look natural, as I am a health care professional. I am very happy that I went with his size recommendation. I was also hesitant about high profile, as another surgeon said it would look less natural. Now I am extremely happy that I went with high profile. I asked him about having cleavage, and he told me I could get good cleavage with my breasts. And he was right. I am very happy with my cleavage now. He also encouraged me to get a mammogram for peace of mind and I did.

During the surgery, I was very well-taken care of. The surgery went very smoothly.

After the surgery, I was in discomfort for a few weeks. Yet, my incisions healed up nicely, and they are still improving every day. Dr. T was very responsive to my questions and concerns sent by texts. Laura was also very quick in answering my questions too.

Dr. T has consistently been very friendly, patient and professional. I am blind and he and his team have been very responsive to my needs.

Now 3.5 months after my surgery, I love my breasts. I love feeling them. My nipples have great sensitivity. They feel very real to me. The scars are very small and barely noticeable. My husband loves them too. Although I wore padded bras before, I now feel they compliment my look and my clothes very well. I did this surgery mainly for me, as I am already a happy and confident woman. Now, I love how my breasts feel on my body!

It’s been about 6 months since I got my abdominoplasty from Dr. T! I used to be 246 lbs and lost about 65+ lbs but it had left me with a large hang on my abdomen. Dr. T was able to remove so much of it! The section he took off was HUGE, I was so impressed. The results look amazing and I’m so happy with it. It has been two months since I underwent Breast augmentation, and I must say the results are absolutely amazing. The outcome appears so natural that many people can't even tell I had the procedure; it complements my body frame perfectly. I am extremely pleased with my reduction. My once chronic back and shoulder pain has been relieved, and I feel fantastic. I honestly didn't expect my pain to be reduced so dramatically, so quickly. Aesthetically, they are gorgeous- perky and proportionate.

I had breast Augmentation done with Dr Ashley Tregaskiss & the process from start to end was nothing short of amazing! I live in Edmonton but decided to travel to BC to have procedure done because I felt more comfortable with him & his team. I had consultations in Edmonton but felt very rushed and unheard after my consultations. His team of nurses were organized, very sweet and made the process easier than I expected. I felt informed & cared for the entire time. I never once felt rushed or unheard during the consultation and/or before surgery. Dr Tregaskiss took the time to explain all the risks and percentages associated with each so at no point did I feel like I was unaware of risks. I came to Dr. Tregaskiss after having unsuccessful gyneocomastia surgeries with another surgeon. I had excess gyno on my right side and an indented pectoral muscle and I didn’t know if I’d ever feel good about myself again. But Dr. Tregaskiss repaired it by removing the excess gyno and a fat transfer and ended up making it look absolutely perfect. I didn’t even think that was possible. I feel like I’ve had my confidence restored. I can’t thank him enough, he is my freakin hero and I am forever grateful. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Dr. Tregaskiss. I was very fortunate I found Dr Tregaskiss. From the initial visit to post op visits, my experience was amazing. My breast augmentation operation went well and I’m very happy with the end result.

My initial contact with the office was great. Dr Tregaskiss assistant, Laura, was the only person who I spoke to, and I called over half dozen surgeon offices, who was patient and understanding and polite. Dr. Wong performed a surgery on an indented scar below my eye last month and the results so far have been amazing! I was very worried about having a surgical procedure, no matter how minor it was, but Dr. Wong was incredibly kind and talked me through the entire process step by step while it was happening. Dr. Tregaskiss did an amazing job for my breast augmentation! It was my very first surgery so I was nervous and hesitant at first. Looking back, I don't regret the decision at all for going through with the surgery with him! I am in love with the results and it's only been 6 months since surgery.

Dr. T is a perfectionist and it shows. I had a Fleur de Lis Tummy Tuck, which leaves some quite obvious scars by nature of the surgery. My surgery was in February 2021 and I am AMAZED at how well the healing has gone already and how minimal the scars already appear. Highly recommend! Xx

I have always disliked how large my chest was and knew that once I could muster up the courage I would have a breast reduction done. As a mom of two, I knew it was time once my kids had grown out of the baby and toddler stages and I had the flexibility to work from home due to the pandemic.

Dr. Tregaskiss was the second plastic surgeon I met as I did not feel a good match with the first surgeon I had a consultation with. From the first email to the last in-office appointment, my experience with Dr. T and the team was positive, efficient and patient-focussed. Dr. T listens to your wishes and hopes and his bedside manner is kind and caring. My request was for a fairly significant reduction (from a 36F to a 36B) and Dr. T respected my choice and told me he could make it happen! After leaving Dr. T’s office I immediately booked my surgery date.

The surgical facility was beautiful, state of the art, clean and relaxing. For an anxious person going into surgery alone I felt completely at ease with the personable staff and little details such as a massage chair pre-op (amazing!). My surgery went as planned and I was home by lunch time the same day. Dr. T was available for all of my questions post-op and went the extra mile to ensure my recovery was as smooth as possible. My only regret is not doing it sooner! Thank you Dr. T!

Hi, I'm a sixty-year-old woman who gave birth by cesarean section about 31 years ago. Having fallen victim to typical age-related sagging of skin and a little midriff weight gain, I decided to seek out a surgeon to discuss a possible abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) and an upper blepharoplasty (eye lift). After investigating and calling two other specialists, I decided to meet with Dr. Tregaskiss and made an appointment. Because the interview was relaxed and professional, where all my questions were answered clearly and completely, I decided to proceed with both operations at the same time with Dr. T. I note here that I never felt any pressure and Dr. Tregaskiss's bedside manner was excellent. I wanted to proceed quickly so immediately completed the forms, a physical exam at my family doctor’s office and picked up the necessary supplies and medications. A cancelation allowed my procedure to be completed two weeks later. Everything went as planned for my out-patient surgery and I went home on the same day. I experienced a little nausea from the anesthesia and of course some discomfort from the incisions, but I followed all the instructions provided by Dr. Tregaskiss. The whole team, Cheryl (surgical nurse), Laura, and Anna treated me well and were very accommodating. Dr. Tregaskiss even called at night to see how I was getting along. After ten days at my first post operation appointment, I was feeling reasonably well and was so happy because I could already see the results. I have just returned from my three-month appointment and the results have improved even more. I very happy with my eyes, as you would never know that anything has been done. Now 12 weeks post-surgery, I am extremely pleased with everything and look forward to my final new self in the coming months. My self-confidence has returned, and I feel great. Dr. Tregaskiss was great to work with. He took the time to answer all my questions and was very helpful. He had to work with some scars from a previous surgeon and did a really good job leaving me with no extra scars.
In addition, his team, Laura and Mai were always quick to respond to my questions and made the entire process much less intimidating. I had warranty issues with older implants and they helped me through the entire process. I am thrilled with the results and would highly recommend him!
If I need any procedures going forward, I'll definitely go back to Dr. Tregaskiss.

Highly recommend Dr. T and his team at Pacific Plastic surgery, I felt as though I was in good hands right from the start. Dr. T is very thorough, knowledgeable and professional. His team at the office are amazing, they respond to emails very quickly and answered my hundreds of questions leading up to my procedure and after. Dr. T chose the perfect size for my body type and was completely honest about what he thought needed to be done and how things were going to look after surgery. I wanted a more natural look and got exactly that. I was very nervous and unsure about undergoing the procedure but after meeting with Dr. T and his team I felt very confident. After a 120lb weight loss, excessive skin issues had become as hard mentally and physically as the excessive weight it’s self. 3 years of research, a fleur de lis tummy tuck and breast lift with implants was my plan. My gut kept drawing me back to Dr Tregaskiss, and I’m so thankful it did.

If your main concern is results, then what I will say is; I had countless images saved on my computer, years of research, from other surgeons all over the world. Before and after photos of women I felt resembled me. I was mentally preparing for what I might or could look like, some of the results were ok some were outstanding. Now almost 4 months out comparing my images side by side, I’d say mine are comparable to some of the best, if not are the best. Dr T is amazing, gifted and a perfectionist, he’s honest and real and does not promise rainbows and sunshine. He is one of the few people on this earth that has found his calling and has a passion for what he does.

Now we can talk about my overall experience. What drew me to them in the first place was, most surgeons seem to post photos of thin woman with ideal bodies and large breasts. I was not a 9 seeking to be a 10, I had copious amounts of excessive skin and wanted an improvement to my life. Their photo gallery includes all kinds of bodies of all shapes and sizes it was relatable and I kept going back over and over to look. When I realized I kept going back I knew it was time to make the call. From day one it was nothing but incredible, Anna was AMAZING. Over the months before my surgery that poor woman must have answered at least 300 emails of anxious questions and hypothetical situations. Never once was I made to feel like an inconvenience, or that I was asking a silly question. They were all answered promptly and compassionately with understanding that I was entering an unknown and stressful situation. I walked into my consult still being admittedly thick. I was so concerned I was going to be told that I needed to lose some more weight and come back. Within the first three minutes I was told by Dr T “it’s YOU that needs to be happy about your weight, not me. ” Realizing it was about my idea of perfection and not his was so empowering in a situation where I walked in feeling intimated. Dr. T has a skill for respectful communication, conversations feel like you’re on an equal level. They’re comfortable and casual, it feels like a discussion rather then someone professional and educated making you feel like they know what’s best. The consult was thorough and did not feel rushed, I booked my surgery that day and went home. Over the next few weeks I had thought up many more questions, I was invited back to the office to have another full appointment which completely put my mind at ease. With each day that passed I became more confident I had made the right decision. Every last interaction with every last person was pleasant and positive. If you’re on the fence, book the consult, you’ll see what I mean. I’m so thankful I did.
