We had a great experience with Michelle Dennis as our property manager. As renter’s, it was great to have someone so personable to contact for information and assistance whenever we needed. Thank you Michelle!

Awful company - deleting completely true comments - you people have zero respect and zero etiquette - you enter private residences illegally multiple times then send cease and desists when owners call you angry about a multitude of other building issues.
Including but not limited to locking everyone and their vehicles inside the parkade without written notice so that we all missed a day of work or other obligations.or that someone entered your locked door (deadbolt and door handle lock) of your primary residence with their personal key
(that I was not aware of) and admitted to checking each room out before finally going out through your balcony doors to find you sunbathing without proper clothing on your private balcony alone.
My other 2 units have aswell been entered without my consent or knowledge.
Aswell as my past tenant (a single mother with 2 children) talked to in a very demeaning and demanding way.
- you deal with things so poor and thats why people lose it at you over the phone
- your Instagram claims to support women yet when I feel unsafe in my home that I own and come with a genuine complaint then I am in the wrong somehow?
- I will keep writing these and you can keep removing them
- you do whatever you please anyways so what else is new
I own 3 suites in this building and they have all been entered illegally multiple times without my consent I had to resort to getting the locks changed on all 3 units - as well as security camera installed
I can’t see anyone respecting your company or your employees after the treatment I’ve received and seen other owners receive.
There were so many proper ways to deal with the multitude of issues yet you repeatedly display a shocking inability to grasp basic concepts, laws, and communication.

Liz Westerveld became our Property Manager last September and I cannot say enough good things about her and the team at PQ. Liz is knowledgable, prompt, reliable, and makes sure things run smoothly for our strata. Accounting manager Sherry, accountant Suzanne, management assistant Emily, and office receptionist Tami are all incredibly efficient and helpful. I can highly recommend this team for strata property management.

Professional. Thorough. Trustworthy. Michelle was our agent and she handled our Penticton property with excellence. I would use Pacific Quorum again and only them!

Very slow at responding and dealing with problems. My emails and calls are ignored and problem persists for almost a month now. I am so disappointed and I don't know what to do to fix my problem. I am new to a building and it's been a month I have been trying to get my name added to the intercom so I can let deliveries and people in. So unprofessional to leave me hanging for so long I haven't been able to receive a delivery since moving in.
