Pacific Riding School

Going to Pacific Riding school is my best decision before going to the road. Having more than 20 years of experience on the road, it's doesn't mean that I know everything, to be honest after trying and learned different skills from knowledgeable and experienced intructors all I knew is just a basic riding. I highly recommend this school for all the folks out there. To PRS thank you so much for everything.

Absolutely Outstanding! Today, I successfully passed my Class 6 road test on my first try, and it was unquestionably thanks to the exceptional support and guidance provided by the instructors at PRS. If you're considering pursuing safe motorcycle riding, I strongly urge you to enroll in PRS classes. Additionally, I highly recommend taking a mock test at PRS before your ICBC Class 6 exam. The instructions and insights they offer during the training will benefit you for a lifetime. A special shoutout to Brose and Kirsten for their outstanding support!

Just finished my ICBC Certified Street Course and couldn't be happier. Starting with the first day of classroom work with Joel who made us all feel comfortable and relaxed.
I was most impressed with Tony who did all of our parking lot and road rides. He takes his job seriously yet brings some levity to the topic at hand, reminding us all that riding should be safe AND fun.
Tony's attention to detail is what really impressed me. He took nothing for granted and made sure everyone understood the material before moving on. As a business manager myself, I would be more than proud to have him as a leader on my team.

I’ve been riding motorcycles off and on for most of 20 years.

After 1 day on a bike at Pacific, I’d estimate that my riding skills increased by %20.

The instruction was informative, encouraging and honest and all the staff who helped me through the course were amazing.

I felt immediately like I had people looking out for my safety and success.

Endless adjectives describe PRS: fun, caring, fantastic, encouraging, professional… If you are thinking about taking this course, just do it. My wife and I just completed the ICBC Certified Street Course in Comox, BC (numerous thanks for taking your training out to other communities) and we cannot say enough good things about the 5-star experience we had with PRS. From booking with Kristen who was incredibly efficient, patient and helpful with registration and answering all our questions to the wealth of knowledge and truly Masters level training from Brose and Kramer/Mark; PRS is on another level when it comes to motorcycle training. We feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to learn the foundations on how to ride smart and safe with this amazing organization. We are 55, my wife was terrified and enrolled at the last minute, Brose and Kramer’s guidance made her feel comfortable and safe on the bike and she is talking about going shopping for a bike. What more can I say. Thanks PRS, see you in the next class.

Highly Recommend! I can’t say enough good things about the ICBC Certified Street Course training that I just completed in Comox. The instructors, Brose and Kramer, were fantastic. I had never touched a motorcycle before, and was scared and anxious. They supported my whole journey with patience, respect and best of all humor, insights, encouragement, amazing instruction and support that matched what I needed. I learnt so much, and was able to apply it all on the motorcycle. Passed my skills test and loved the road ride. Great experience, so happy I committed and if you are thinking about it at all… do it!

Absolutely incredible place to learn how to ride safely and competently - not just learning the minimum requirements to pass the ICBC tests. Looking forward to taking the Mechanics 101 and Gymkhana courses.

From 0 experience to passing my ICBC motorcycle exam and getting my full license, PRS instructors were friendly, passionate and knowledgeable in helping me how to survive and be safe on the road. To anyone wanting to ride a motorcycle, I highly recommend investing in a PRS course and learn riding from professionals. Even after passing my license, PRS remains supportive and continues to advocate safe and fun riding. I enjoyed my learning experience with PRS and will look forward to taking additional courses with them in the near future.

Any place that can actually teach my girlfriend to ride a motorcycle has got to be using some kind of black magic. Whatever the method, the results speak volumes. *update: she tucked the front wheel in the rain on her road test, broke her hand and never wants to ride again. Aw well. Yall tried your best

went from having zero experience on a motorcycle to confident and comfortable with the skills they have taught me
instructors were all down to earth and passionate about training and very knowledgeable
update just passed road test first try and don't think I would have passed it first try without taking this coarse first

This was a great experience. The team at PRS is amazing. For someone that has never ridden a motorcycle in his life, these guys made it easy to learn, one skill at a time, such a positive experience. I would recommend PRS to anyone. The training was fun, engaging and challenging.

I'm a teacher, and I was thoroughly pleased with the entire course and the school. All the staff I met were friendly and helpful. Michele and Reagan were incredibly patient and very encouraging. Kirsten was also very accommodating when I needed to change my course start date. The bikes were easy to use and in great shape.

The first three days were theory and the MSF test, which were also great, but the last two days, including the longer rides, were exceptional: they let me consolidate everything I learned, and by the end I was much more confident with my skills as a rider. I know my limitations and I know that I have a lot more to learn, but I feel know that I *know* what I don't know, and have a plan to improve my skills over the next year or so before I take my full class 6 test.

This was an amazing experience and I will definitely take more courses through PRS. Thanks so much for your patience with and kindness towards me!

"Full props to Ambrose for handling a diverse group with different backgrounds. Some like me went from zero to riding in a staggered pack at highway speeds in a dark 3deg C drizzle in 4 not so easy lessons.lol. On our final ride I learned how important it is to ride with people who will protect you from any 'Clowns' out there who are trying to scare you or make you crash. Maximum respect to my fellow classmates! You have all increased my odds of making it to Full license status. "

If you're looking to learn how to ride a motorcycle safely and well, there's no where better to go than PRS. Today, I passed my road test on the first try, and I have to thank PRS for it.

The instructors are friendly, knowledgeable and also practical. Although I had initially taken the intro course in 2009, but never taken my road test, when I decided I wanted to get back on a bike this summer, they signed me back up for a refresher and MSA and got me feeling confident on a bike again after only 1 day. With an emphasis is on safety from the first day, I haven't forgotten many of the lessons I learned from PRS, and even have skills that make feel safer as a driver.

With ICBC road test wait times being up to 6 months, I highly recommend signing up for their mock tests as well when you get an appointment (I did two!) ; I'm so glad I did because it was immediately clear to me that I wouldn't have passed without their feedback and coaching on the road test. Ask for Travis K! He's detailed oriented, patient and a hoot! His non-stop commentary on the dashcam video of me riding taught me a lot about what I needed to change. Thank you PRS!

This is a fantastic riding school. I had a great experience. This school gives you the knowledge you need to be safe on the road. The instructors were friendly, funny and helpful. Even if you've never ridden a motorcycle, this class can prepare you. They have a large selection of bikes to choose from for all sized riders. If you've had previous road experience before like me, this class can still give you valuable knowledge. I highly recommend taking this school if your trying to get your license and want to stay safe and alive.
