Did Tower Training course with Ed, first time in taking this kind of course, delivered super well and was a comfortable/engaging environment. All the staff were helpful and friendly. Learned a lot and feel comfortable putting the skills into practice.

Hands down one of the best training experiences I've ever had. Everything was made very clear, and the instructors worked at the pace of each individual student. They also really explained the why of the procedures and maneuvers instead of just telling you how to pass the assessment, making it easier to really understand it and apply your training when circumstances became different from the classroom setting.

Killer training with the best instructors in the trade. I passed Level 1 IRATA first try thanks to their expertise. Looking forward to coming back for level 2.

Best of the best as far as rope access training goes within Vancouver let alone Canada. Quality facility, accessible instructors, top notch gear. Top value for a 5 day course. For those who have experience rope rigging or those who don't, the instructors cater to your level of knowledge and make it a comfortable space to learn and ask questions. I only did my L1, but would definitely refer anyone to Josh, Kati, and Katelyn. They love what they do and are equally keen on passing their badass rope knowledge to all those starting out!

Training at pacific ropes was an awesome experience. Everyone there was very friendly and knowledgeable. The facility and gear where top notch and the educational resources including videos and work books were very helpful in learning the techniques. All in all, very highly recommended.

If you’re looking to work at height, I can’t recommend Pacific Ropes enough. From office staff to instructors and assessors, everyone really knows their stuff, cares about their students, are are just great, friendly people.

Safety is their top priority and as well as expert staff they have a huge selection of impeccably maintained equipment.

All in all an incredibly positive experience, and I’ll be back for future trainings for sure.

Josh, is an absolute rope ninja. Beyond that though, he’s an excellent instructor and really set us up for success to pass out level 1. I’ll definitely be coming back to train with him to get my level 2 and 3!

Completed my L1 IRATA & SPRAT with the guys at Pacific Ropes. Of all the rescue/FA courses I have done, Ed and Josh were two of the best instructors I have ever had. Great teaching abilities, calm, collected, knowledgeable, and very genuine characters. Should I continue on with rope access I will definitely be coming back to these guys to bump up to L2 & 3. Highly recommended operation thank you guys for everything.

Did my Irata L1 there and it was fun. Ed, Sam and Mira were good teachers and answer all of my questions. Josh was very helpful too and the girls at the shop very friendly. Lots of knowledge and easy way to explain. Plus the dog around was a bonus. Thanks!
