Recently we had good experience with Vancouver Costal Health
Pacific Spirit Community Health Centre.
We had friendly phone assessment with Mary.
Case manager Chris visited us and responsively deal with our issues.
James came to see us for financial assessment. He had wonderful patience to answer our questions.
Physiotherapist Tony nicely helps with my husband’s exercise.
We received excellent service from Vergie and Marilyn from Home support South team.
Thanks to everyone for their warm support from our neighborhood community health care.

If you are going there for your child to get a immunization shot, they open until 6. My appt was 530 and i tried to call them after 4 to make sure but google says they close at 330 and they didnt pick up my call. So i missed my appt and had to reschedule tmr.
Long story shorts, they open until 6. So if u have an appt after 330, no worries about their closing time on google.

We had excellent experience with Pacific Spirit Community health center. Nurse Brendan cares and he has wonderful patience. We are grateful for all the tremendous support we received from him and this health center.

The nurse Erin and the other one at the front are very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Like the place!

It was suggested I call these people at Pacific Spirit as they are apparently connected to Vancouver Coastal medical care. The fellow who answered the phone was very rude and couldn't seem to explain what their services involved. It was a shocking experience that a health care provider like this has such rude people answering their phones.

Absolutely useless as a place to get information or receive services. The usual phone response is " we dont know anything. " The clinics dont post hours for services or offer online bookings or consultations. The idea is good but the lack of service points to a a waste of health care dollars.

When I arrived at my appointment yesterday October 8th the receptionist (older, bigger blond lady) was standing chatting with someone with no mask on, no social distancing. I was wearing a cloth mask to protect others but she was standing outside the reception booth and came up to me to greet me, no mask no distancing. This is not acceptable during these times and there is a reason there is a glass partition between the reception booth and the patient. If the staff at this clinic don’t take Covid measures seriously then I don’t feel safe coming here with my child.

The two stars are for my interaction with the actual nurses. Quick and easy appointment.

Rude, obstructive booking staff who care more about exerting control then helping patients. Nurses are hit or miss - some are good but many have poor to terrible clinical skills and knowledge. I would avoid if possible
