By far the worst rental company they cause homelessness vs prevent it. They are well known in the shelter community! Dolores is known by name within the homeless community and has only been there not even a year (around 6-7months) I was a tenant for 8 years before she came along.i had no working oven since june 5th until sept 30th.a hole in my ceiling for two years.i was moved into a dirty unit. Basic maitnance needs are never met. Complaints are never taken seriously. They have a constant revolving door of staff which has caused multiple issues for tenants. Staff has noted on indeed that it is a toxic work enviorment.what ever you do dont try to hold them accountable it will lead to you loosing your home. Alot of thier units have black moulde.the older properties are run down and ignored. The list could go on.

The Maintenance needs to be improved also they don't care about homeless women fleeing a domestic relationship. They will put you on the street like they did to me.
