Our experience over the past 7 years has been great. The staff are always helpful when I forget the code to get in or lose my lock! The only reason we left is because the storage was no longer needed. Keep up the great work:)

I have used a number of storage facilities before, but never have I appreciated a storage facility more than Packing House Self Storage. Joyce, on-staff there was so helpful and informative, friendly and cheerful, an absolute pleasure using their services. Access times are some of the best you will find in the industry and the facilities, property, security and storage are all top notch. Would definitely use again, it would be my first choice.

The staff are lovely and helpful! I rented a unit inside that was climate controlled, would recommend.

The storage unit was great but shout out to Joyce who is an absolute gem when it comes to customer service! She is prompt in responding to any emails or inquires. Was a huge help when I “moved in” and walked me through the whole process. Unit was clean and snow was always cleared for our convenience.

We were very satisfied with this storage facility and the management was very friendly and professional. We would use them in the future if we find it necessary again.

We've been having a great experience with the Packing House Storage. Joyce does a great job of running a tight ship. Any issues that are brought to her are dealt with right away. The lots are cleared of snow each day first thing in the morning as well.

I rented a locker for 15 months and everything was perfect. The owners were very friendly and easy to work with.
