I would like to check all the above boxes if I could. It was a pleasure to have Michael in our home to do a kitchen faucet replacement. He worked quickly but explained everything to us and answered any questions we had as well, all with a sense of humour at the end of a long day. He’ll definitely be the first call for any future plumbing needs.

Mike exceeded our expectations. His communication was clear, he was punctual, he’s knowledgeable and his pricing is reasonable. Most importantly, it’s obvious that he takes pride in his work. I highly recommend him.

Michael just came and replaced our hot water heater. He was very professional and courteous, and did an excellent job. On top of all that I have severe hearing loss and he was great in making sure we had good communication and that I knew what was going on. Top bloke, 5/5, will recommend to friends and family!

We are newcomers to Parksville, and Mike Pagnotta was able to help us out twice with plumbing issues. He was on time, very professional and did great work. We will definitely call him again should we require or find any other plumbing issues.

Mike helped us by disconnecting/reconnecting sinks and installing a new faucet. He was prompt, polite, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He made suggestions and identified existing issues. We will definitely use Mike again.

Pagnotta plumbing is a new service provider to Oceanside with expertise and experience to boot. Mike has been available to answer calls and has even been able to help diagnose a simple fix that the lay person may not know. He is available to take make an appointment with you but he has come to help in emergency situations as well. Andrea and Mike provide great customer service and empathy when dealing with distressing situation and their advice is invaluable.

Replaced Polyb with pex pipes throughout home as per insurance - great job and we will call on Mike again when needed. Thank you Mike.

Actually called Mike from a referral from a friend as the last plumber left my toilet pipes dripping and not functioning properly for 2 months.
Mike did allot more work used professional parts and went above and beyond, checking and fixing, replacing the fill valve, Toto Flapper, tank bolts and spud washer and even tightened the heated seats for 2 toilets.
