I had been in a severe car accident and was referred to this clinic by Dr Parm, I received services from Milan and Kristen who are very caring and unlike a lot of other practitioners around. They both genuinely cared about your health and recovery and made each visit personalized. I got sick this past summer and sort of fell off my treatment and don’t feel as good as I did. I definitely will be returning back to this clinic very soon so I can start feeling better again

Went to this place a few times. However I noticed they would charge my visa and ask me to pay in person via debit, which meant they were double charging. I've called this place 3 times to request a refund for the overcharges and everytime a receptionist insists she will call back to let me know how they can do this, and to date I have never gotten a call back. Officially giving up, but please do be aware of what this clinic is charging you!

We've been going to Parm for years. He's always been able "FIX" our problem.

While no one wants to be a patient anywhere, when your health demands treatment you seek the best provider. My chronic condition from a back injury demands regular quality treatments and I am fortunate to have Dr. Bisla providing excellent service, for the past 2 years.

I was experiencing extreme tightness in my lower body, hip flexors, as well as lower back pain. I sought out several different treatments which presented momentary relief. However, after seeing Anshika Arora for physical therapy treatment and utilizing the needling technique she recommended I was amazed at the effectiveness of the treatment and the long term relief I have experienced. After weeks of pain I am finally feeling back to myself again and have been able to resume my physical activities.

This place is awesome. I never miss an appointment because they have a very thorough reminder system. They will do their best to squeeze you in if you are having a hard time. Everyone is friendly and professional. Most of all, their treatment has greatly reduced my pain and increased my mobility. I have and would recommend this clinic or anyone in need.

Every lady I’ve had at the front desk has been so kind, prompt and efficient. They welcome you as soon as you come in and are patient as you get your things together. I heard this clinic from my cousin so i gave it a try. I starting going here late last year because of my lower back pain and my physiotherapist is ANSHIKA ARORA. She is very kind, professional and very knowledgeable in her field of expertise! She helped me treat my pain and giving me strengthening exercises which really a great help for my body! And everyone in the clinic is amazing! Topnotch clinic for me!

Milan was a magician in my case. Me along with a half dozen doctors and naturopaths were trying to figure out why the localized pain in my stomach left side Rib cage for 2 years. CT scans, barium swallows, antibiotics, acupuncture, stool analysis, X-rays and camera down the throat revealed nothing. Within 15 minutes of meeting him Milan had not only realized the problem he began action to fix it. Within a couple of weeks the pain disappeared and now I’m “Pain Free” Thanks Milan and crew.

Very different approach to my back problem and I viewed this as great but with many types of back problems mine was one of those that could not be fixed by chiropractic treatments and a year ago I had back surgery which fixed the problem with a microdiscectomy. I would return again for other problems and would recommend this clinic to friends. Some problems cannot be addressed without an MRI with a surgeon waiting in the wings.

I have been coming to Pain Free Health for the past year with various injuries. I have had nothing but great success with the healing. I recommend Milan for your physiotherapy needs and Dr Beesla for your Chiropractic needs.

Parm the chiro has been helping my elderly mother with her pain management and back pain for over a year. He has been so kind and patient and has been working with her on all facets of her life to improve her quality of life. He seems very knowledgeable and proud of his work. A great chiro and the practice is clean new and shiny. The other practitioners seem very capable too.

I’ve been seeing Milan for 4 yrs off and on for physio due to car accidents. I wouldn’t trade him for any other physio. He knows all the correct points for my pain. After having a few car accidents, I spent years bouncing around different chiropractors to find one that could alleviate constant pain in my back and neck. Unrelated to my back and neck pain, I suffered from constant headaches and lock jaw. I spoke to over 10 chiropractors over the years who told me my lock jaw would require surgery and that my back pain "would eventually get better as long as I keep coming back and sticking to it". After my first with Dr. Bisla, I immediately felt relief in my back, neck, jaw, and no more headaches. Dr. Bisla does not execute a "one size fits all" high velocity adjustment and sends you out the door, but rather takes the time to properly explain what is wrong, what he is going to do and what I need to do at home to make improvements. His slow and methodical approach fixed every one of my issues within the first 3 appointments I had with him. I would highly recommend anyone with any kind of pain to see Dr. Bisla and his team and trust you're in safe hands.

Dr. Bisla is the best chiropractor in town and Milan is an awesome physio. Whether you're getting some adjustments done, rehabbing from an injury, or simply doing some preventative treatments, they make a great team and you should definitely consider using their services. I've had back problems for awhile now and Dr. Bisla has helped the soreness go away and my posture is starting to improve after only a few sessions. Milan helped me overcome old sports injuries, and I feel like I am in very good hands with them both.

I play hockey and was injured at the start of the year. I hurt my shoulder and had a slight tear in my rotator cuff, both Milan the physiotherapist and Dr. Bisla the chiropractor have helped me so much and they got me back to playing the sport I love as fast as possible.
