Unfortunately this company does not communicate well with inquiries to new business. Once a follow up email is written, they get hurt feelings and attempt to turn the tables on the indiscretion. Very poor communication skills and business ethic.

Brian is an excellent guy, I am an international student and Brian helped me file my taxes for 2017 and 2018. Even though I am in Vancouver I still count on Brian to file my taxes. He is very supportive and understanding. Even the cost of filing taxes is very low as compared to other book keeping services in town.

Suggested they were too busy to take my business and weren't very polite about it. No suggestions on who might be able to help, no apology for their inability to keep up with their work load - just a "no, get lost" email basically. Unprofessional.

Judith does a great job every year helping us with our taxes. Everyone is kind, friendly and helpful and is welcoming of us when we bring our children along. Plus a very lovely office dog is there most days.
