An amazing place that I have been coming to for many years now. Professional staff that really know what they are doing. I have used almost every service here (Chiro, RMT, Physio, etc.). Highly recommended.

Saw Stephen for pain in my hips and back.
Amazing! I have been in pain for over week. He took his time going over my issues and then did a treatment.
It was the first time in 7 days I felt my muscles relaxed.

Imagine one day you like to have a relaxing time, so you go for massage.then by bad behaviour of receptionist, you feel like you lost all that time and money and still tired and wish you wouldn’t go there.
Not happy with customer service. They talk to customer very rude and they don’t like to explain anything. It was a lady who was laughing and saying something slow to me, i was saying sorry I didn’t hear that! Then she would laugh!
I just asked about my insurance which covers 100 percent of my therapy (its one year i go there and never been charged) so why I should pay extra money now, but i guess it sounded not ok for them, so they talked to me in bad way. Top of all of that she was keep laughing and told me you don’t need to be rude!
I don’t think i go there again.
I feel so offended, so tired after my massage therapy!

I have been seeing Stephen Lee (Physiotherapist) for a motor vehicle accident, and he has always been professional, approachable and caring. He also goes out of his way to advocate on my behalf when ICBC gives me a hard time. Our treatment sessions are one on one, and he always gives me my full treatment time (unlike many other clinics out there where the practitioners see multiple patients in an hour). He has helped me a great deal in my healing journey and I have referred many family and friends to Stephen and they have all had 10/10 experiences with him. Thank you Stephen, and also— thank you to the front desk staff who work so hard (Jessica and Niamh)!

First time checking out this clinic and I was very impressed by Geoff Heald!
Heaps of parking around so it was easy to find somewhere close to the clinic.
It's set nicely on the 7th floor and upon walking in I was greeted by the front desk with paperwork ready to go for me as I filled most of my forms out online before arrival.
Geoff walked me in and went through all of my ailments and formulated a solid plan based on what I told him. We drew out target areas to focus on and he was thorough in asking me about details. The massage itself was incredible and just the right amount of pressure based on feedback from myself when needed. Geoff was quite attentive and provided me with relief to the pain I was feeling which has been an ongoing problem for a while now.
Thanks for the amazing experience and I hope to see Geoff again soon!

Had a rude and unhelpful receptionist blaming me and now penalizing me for a 'no show' for not calling in to cancel the appointment even though I did it weeks ago through the Janeapp account. I've never had a problem with cancelling appointments through Janeapp before. I told them my account does not show any upcoming appointments, but this receptionist chose not to care. This is the first time I've been told I was supposed to call in and cancel the appointment after cancelling it online. Beware of this bug issue and call in just in case so that they don't charge you for a 'no show', even if you cancelled it through their app!

I felt that Tom Shum was listening to my needs and really tailored the treatment. Was super respectful because as a women sometimes you can feel uncomfortable getting a RTM massage by a men. Great strong pressure like I like. I felt energized and relaxed at the same time. Also great chill indie music to relax, so much better than the metrotown location which always play the same song over and over.

My first visit was great, Samuel is very responsive, ethical, communicative, caring, competent, and collaborative. I am looking forward to seeing my body back in right position:)

Whether recovering from an injury or simply wanting to strengthen & improve your fitness, Aidan is an amazing kinesiologist to go to. Extremely patient & very knowledgeable, he explains everything throughly & he continuously motivates to reach your goals. Highly recommended from my own experience.

Samuel is a great physio therapist, I’ve seen huge improvement since starting treatment, but I always have issues booking and paying for my appointments, I’ve never had that before at any physio/chiropractor office, I think they could use better admin and organization on that end.

PainPro and Paul Kinniston were recommended to me by a friend. Their service is excellent; Paul is extremely knowledgable and is excellent at getting to the underlying cause of my pain and then fixing it! I have been seeing Paul for over 5 years now and have referred friends him, all with similar outcomes to mine. I highly recommend Paul and painPro.

They were unprofessional bad customer service. The receptionist gave me a dirty look and spoke very rudely when i paid for a 45 minute massage that was really rushed ended 5 minutes early. The massage therapist said that she was tired and needed to go get a coffee told me she usually would wait around for her clients that’s the worst thing to say to a client my muscles were more stressed and tight after the massage I could tell she didn’t care when she was massaging everything was rushed didn’t enjoy nothing I will never go back there Most unprofessional place I’ve ever been to I feel ripped off waste of 120 they made me feel nervous save your money don’t go to this place

I had a 60 minute session with Coletin. He finished 6 minutes early. I called the next business day and left a message for the manager to call me to discuss this. After no response for three business days I called again, and was able to get her on the phone. She said most of the therapists at Painpro finish the sessions early. I responded that I think patients should be told this in advance so they can make an informed decision regarding this. She said no, it's standard practice at Painpro. I asked her which therapists at Painpro go the full session. She refused to tell me which let me know that she did not want my business or other potential patients who are looking to get the full amount of minutes they are paying for.

The first time I used their computer related pain treatment it was amazing I recommended them to all my colleagues, however, when I go back there again for the second time whit a different practitioner I had an awful experience.she just waisted my 30 minutes time to teach me how to breath and how to move my hand. I paid for massage not for yoga instructor. I told her I felt nothing different it was just waste of time and money!

Dr. Michael Palmer has exceptional observational skills, able to visually see what needs attention in my body. I like how he explains what is going on, and what he is doing. He obviously has a depth and breadth of experience in this profession, and is kind and caring. I leave the clinic feeling brand new. Pretty impressive for a 15 minute session!:)

I had multiple calcification on my shoulder muscle from tendinitis. Shockwave therapy was the only one that actually made the pain gone.

Been going here for the past year and I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. They set good reminders and very understanding professionals. I get massages here and chiropractic help. This helps me get back to my daily activities and work capabilities. I look forward to my next appointments.

My Husband's Physiotherapist is Mr. Stephen Lee is very knowledge and compassionate he helps to treat my husband's chronic back pain.

Stephen is hugely personal in his approach. Very knowledgeable and takes the time to ensure you understand everything. He went above and beyond on my exercise programs. Definitely recommend him! Awesome therapist.

Shireen is professional and has an incredibly deep knowledge of human anatomy and mechanics. Her quality of care always exceeds my expectations as my situation is constantly changing. She is able to adapt and think quickly on her feet. She is also a pleasure to be around. Even though I have physio coverage, I prefer to pay out of pocket to see her on a weekly basis.

The RMTS here are amazing. The only thing they lack is a better receptionst. Anything you ask her she acts like your going to poke her eyes out, while I'm just trying to book another appointment

I've had 3 Different RMT's with PainPro and Think Geoff is so far the best! Really added diversity to the massage and figured out where the issues were. He also offered recommendations for referrals to a chiropractor if needed in the future which really helped The education during the massage was also very good describing the muscles, and spinal area was interesting and very helpful

Geoff Heald is a fantastic RMT. He applies the correct amount of pressure and clearly understands how to find tight spots and create relief. I am extremely satisfied with his service and would recommend to others.

Good online booking systems and excellent therapists. By having multiple disciplines in the same office the whole is greater than the sum of the parts - my RMT and chiro can share treatment notes and I get less pain faster.

First time seeing Dr Anthony, he knew right away my issue was with the SI joint, fixed me up right away! Very knowledgeable and definitely knows what he's doing!

I came here with an extremely stiff and painful neck and Paul helped me find some relief from our session. The location is super accessible with lots of booking slots during the day, after work and even weekends! I felt safe during my visit. I felt the staff took the time to explain everything and kept safety as the number one priority. I'd definitely recommend painPRO Coal Harbour.

Covid times: they are very diligent in keeping the place clean and safe for all the patients. I cannot recommend Paul Magno RMT, or Stephen Lee PT, or Shireen kinesiologist enough.

Knowledgeable therapists, friendly staff, cozy and relaxing atmosphere, direct insurance billing. All these make this place worthy 5 stars. Perhaps the only drawback is you have to wear a mask when you lay face down on that pillow.but.

I had three sessions with Patrick at painPro and it was fantastic. He keeps detail tracks of my injuries from angles and measurements and he pays close attention to my progress and situations.

I injured my left shoulder while weight lifting and was far from being able to get back to my PR. I started the exercise program Patrick gave me and I've been doing it for a month now. And today at the gym, I noticed that there was barely any pain on my left shoulder. Another big thing that really helped me was that he uses a shock wave machine that almost made my shoulder feel better instantly. Very effective!

Patrick seems to be very knowledgeable in this field as I started to follow him on Instagram #patrick.chiu.physio and you can tell he's very passionate about physio. He shares a lot of tips and knowledge, and I'm sure if you have any questions he'll be more than happy to assist you.

Geoff at the Coal Harbour location is an excellent RMT. I don't live or work in the area anymore and he is worth the detour. Front desk are always friendly and helpful too!

Stephen is very professional, engaging, and has a wealth of knowledge! He has treated me to solve the root cause of my problems; not just to mask the symptoms.

He was very patient with me and all the questions I had. He provides detailed after-care. You can tell he truly cares about his patients and always goes above and beyond.

I had seen other RMTs and Chiropractors for a sudden odd wrist pain with no success. I was recommended a variety of things that didn't work, I could barely do anything simple like opening a door. Adam got the core of the pain in my first session with him, and gave me back my range of motion. His knowledge of both disciplines and attention to what I was feeling, as well as actually focusing on the area of pain instead of a general overall massage really helped. After the second session my pain is gone. I can't thank him enough so here's a review too!

I come here every few weeks for a back pain treatment. I've done the 30 minutes treatment with Anna which is amazing. I feel it helps me so much in getting rid of my back pain that has been bugging me for many years. She also recommends exercises and stretches to help strengthen my back muscles so I feel less pain eventually. They are always very punctual and professional.

Anna Spiak is truly a skilled and educated massage therapist and I am so grateful for her! She has been working on my car accident related injuries for over a year now and there are some days where I am in so much pain that I can barely put into words for her what the feeling is like, or where it's mainly coming from. She amazes me because I don't have to - as soon as she begins the massage and feels around she's able to identify where the trigger spot is and understands how to provide me with some relief. She has been incredibly patient with me and I highly recommend her to anyone searching for a good massage therapist. You will not be disappointed!

My experience has been very positive — front desk staff are consistently polite and efficient. After a painful shoulder dislocation, Paul provided me with treatment and exercises which have resulted in regaining full range of motion. He also helped me prepare for orthopaedic surgery, which has been successful. RMT and kinesiology staff are friendly and professional.

I have been coming here for nearly a year after trying so many other treatments after a car accident. Shireen is an amazing kimsiologist, so helpful and I could not recommend her enough.

The atmosphere here is incredibly cozy and comforting. The front counter staff are welcoming and helpful. Wendeanna is the best RMT I've ever had. The physiotherapist is knowledgeable and approachable and has helped me immensely. I've been to other PainPro locations and they don't compare to Coal Harbour!

Literally the worst massage session I've ever had. I booked here because my usual rmt was busy. I saw Anna M. The session consisted of her jabbing the point of her elbow with full body weight into my back for an hour, pinching and pulling on my lats which was extremely painful. I left with my back and neck feeling worse than when I walked in. I've been to many rmt's over the years, never had a session this bad.

I have been getting treatments with RMT, Jen for about 2 years and she is so knowledgeable and lovely. I visit at least once every 2 to 3 weeks for maintenance on my back, she’s great.
