Have been coming to Painpro SMH for over a year now, bi-weekly. The massage therapists are fantastic. I am currently with Samy and he is very good at his job. Professional and knowledgeable. Reception staff are wonderful and I always receive a warm welcome.

Awesome therapist. Very knowledgeable and knows where to target on the specific points and areas.

If I could give 10 stars I would! David really listens to where you are injured / hurt. Truly listens, and gives different treatment options and exercises.which makes the designated treatments work even better! I have had to go to other physio places before, and I was happy with the treatment and service but … I prefer david because he’s just that much better all around. Great listening. Very skilled physio. Warm and approachable personality.

I am so happy & thankful I found the painPro Clinic! My RMT, Physiotherapist & Kinesiologist are completely hands on. No more useless electrical machine "therapy" or muscle massage, only real physical muscle repair & strengthening. I will never settle on being hooked up to a machine again. If you really want to heal & get back to your pain free life you need to come to painPro. Ask for Sami, David & Chesi at the Surrey Memorial Clinic, they are amazing, they truly care & want to see you recover.

Dr. Colobong is highly knowledgeable and a great listener! I felt instantly better after seeing him. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who’s looking for a chiropractor.

I am giving this 5 star for physio therapist Chris Dong at Pain pro surrey memorial. I had severe pain in my clavicle bone and he worked his magic to cure this ailment. I am forever grateful to him. Wonderful physiotherapist.

Dr Colobong is a great chiropractor and well-experienced in his service. He helped ease my back pain and gave me great advice on how to stay pain free.

I go to pain pro at Surrey memorial often. Roza Joba is great. And the receptionist is friendly too! Recommend this place for a good massage.

Thomas is a great RMT if u are new in getting a massage treatment he is very professional and he communicates anything he is going to do and listen to patient needs

I had the pleasure of being worked with Chris Dong. I came in with deep pain in my hips and legs. After about 5 sessions with Chris and the home exercises he showed me, I was feeling much better. I would highly recommend Chris. He is very talented and has a wonderful personality.

Chris Dong is very friendly and helpful professional. He provides detailed information about the area where you have issues and he explains the reason behind having certain pain. Chris Dong is very professional, nice and helpful. I came in with a lot of pain in my wrist thinking that my tennis days are over. But shortly after therapy and “homework” instructions from Chris I am on the court again. His devotion to your well being is exceptional.

Chelsi (active rehab) and Rosa (massage) have also been super helpful for helping me bounce back.

The front desk staff is very friendly and accommodating to my schedule.

I would highly recommend Bhodi for any treatments you need. He knows his stuff and great at what he does. When I come in with pain, which is every time, I walk out of that clinic with less pain, relaxed, and refreshed.

After many recommendations from a few close friends, I finally found a spot on Bodhi's calendar and it did not disappoint. Really great, targeted massage that has left me with better mobility and very relaxed. Highly recommend. Thank you Pain Pro!

I’ve been to painpro previously (Metrotown location) however I just realized there was one nearby. I’m no stranger to RMT and Matthew is an excellent massage therapist. I left feeling completely pain free and relaxed which is no easy feat. Their admin person whose name I forgot to get is also lovely. Thank you!

I always look forward to my massage appointments with Thomas, this guy is not only going to give you the massage you need but also gives you a helpful tips and advices you can bring home with you.

Been trying to leave another review but it just couldn’t let me so here’s the second review i want to make for Chris. He made me see physio therapy in a whole different way, he works with what works for your recovery and gives you plenty of encouragement and realization related to getting yourself better.

Dr Baltej Sekhon at painPros is the best chiropractor that I have been to and has done a lot for me. He cares about my well being and progress of me at each session. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. I've noticed a lot of improvement each time I come to painPros. He has helped me get my activeness back together after years of chronic back pain, I am finally able to lift again! He helped me change my lifestyle to be healthier. Highly recommend Dr Baltej!

Lester is an amazing physiotherapist! He helped me a LOT with my migraines which lasted over 8 years. I have seen everyone - chiropractors, massage therapists, doctor, naturopaths, and so on and spend tons of money and time trying to solve this problem. He reduced my pain over 70% in just a 10 minute session. This was mind blowing. I have looked everywhere for a physiotherapist who understood Dr. Watson's approach to healing migraines, which has to do with desensitizing the brain stem, which he was very knowledgable about. He is pretty much the only physio in BC as far as I know who has studied with this highly sought doctor. I highly recommend Lester to anyone who needs to heal from very complex chronic issues. While my migraines aren't fully 100% healed yet, I have made huge progress with just a few sessions. I am confident that this was a huge part of the missing puzzle for me. I am no longer anxious traveling in the car due to my migraines anymore thanks to him. He's very knowledgable, patient, kind and very easy to work with. I've learned a lot about myself and he's a genuinely great guy as well. I would give him 10 stars but there's only 5.

Love this place, receptionist are knowledgeable polite and David Ko my Physiotherapy is a great worker I highly recommend him.

**Edit: Feb 2021 — Both the head office as well as my chiropractor went above and beyond in mitigating this issue. They were transparent and understanding of my concerns. I’m glad to see their efforts in trying to improving their customer service. **

Long term client here for about 2-3 years - I loved going here for my chiro/massage therapy. Bal and Thomas both cared about finding ways to improve my health without changing my lifestyle. The reason I’m giving such a poor score is the lack of professionalism from the reception team. They have forgotten to file my claim several times, which has caused a lot of confusion with my insurance and ended up with me paying. The most recent time: they forgot to file my claim at the end of 2020 and instead of claiming this retroactively, they tried to file it for 2021. This impacts up my 2021 benefit amount not my 2020, which doesn’t make any sense to me. I feel like there’s a lack of care from the reception team when it comes to helping clients with their insurance payments. I’ve been on four calls with them and each time they say something different. I will sadly not be returning unfortunately due to the lack of customer service I’ve received in the front.

The experience was very bad. A 60 min session was done in half an hour by Vikas Pillai. He just asked about previous points massaged. He massaged the same thing that too with no knowledge of what he was doing. Highly unrecommended.

Francois was fantastic! I’m impressed with the time he provided at the beginning of the session where he asked and explained what he will be working on based on my needs. I am very pleased with the massage!

The service is very poor. I have told them I have pain in my feet and I want to massage them they told me they will charge $74.55 for one sitting of half an hour but they gave me services for only 15 minutes.it’s quite expensive and as well as poor services. I’ll never think to visit again there.

I go to this location for massage therapy. I have chronic issues and I can't even begin to describe how happy I am to have Thomas as my RMT. I would highly recommend him to any friend or family member. He is professional, well-informed, and provides immaculate client-centered care. If you're in need of an RMT, book with him ASAP!

Johannes was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They went above and beyond during my appointment, I would definitely recommend a friend. It was a very comfortable and relaxing experience.

Exceptional- This is the short answer to my experience. I have been treated by Mr. Lester Syyong, he is a great listener, his hands on experience can detect the pain area so well that when he does his (magic) treatment ie putting his professional education into work gives me the instant relief. Lester never rushes, he truly cares for his patents and he do above and beyond my expectation every time. I am so thankful that I have found him as my therapist and I have referred him to my friend who is also very pleased with his professional services. He is very accommodative to my needs for the treatments according to my time schedules.
Try him once you will be sold to his treatments, for this you don't have to thanks me but to him who he is and how he treat his patents.

Ive been with Dr. Baltej Sekhon for almost a year now and I’ve seen a lot of great results. I came to him after having chronic back pain (sciatica) and after 6-7 months, I was able to start lifting heavy weights at the gym again. I would highly recommend if you need to get adjusted.

Dr. Baltej Sekhon has been amazing to work with through my rehab. Very caring and passionate about his work. He's the chiropractor to see with if you're going to painPro for your treatment.

The massage was ok. However, they said the direct billing was down so, they told me I had to cover the cost out of pocket and submit directly. Fine. No problem.when I submitted my claim I was told they reimbursed the cost directly to painpro. Now trying to get my refund has been next to impossible as getting the run around! I'm pretty sure they have done this to others as well!

I have been seeing Dr. Baltej Sekhon for some time now and am very pleased with how easy-going and comfortable my treatments have been! He is a very professional and hardworking chiropractor.

I almost want to give this 1 star so it stays a hidden gem and people dont overbook.but thats just being a bad customer.

Great service, easy to book and the practitioners there really do their best to help alleviate any pain you are having.

I have been going here for all WCB related treatments or anytime my neck/lower back decides to randomly become an octogenarian.

The massage was fine, however, over priced compared to others. I would prefer to go to massage therapists with a little more experience. Furthermore, my appointments kept getting cancelled as the therapist went on vacation, then took more time off, then was sick. Just don't list you're available when you know you're going on vacation. Will not be returning. Unimpressed and won't be returning.

The first time went for massage to this site today. My appointment was at 10am for a 45 mins session. The massage therapist didn't come to get me until 10: 05am, and the massage did not get started until at least 10: 10am. And the massge session ended before 10: 45am. So I only got about 30mins massage. I don't think I will go back to this site again.

These people are awesome, they actually do physio, like working on your problem area.massage therapy is fantastic.chiropractic is awsome

Dr. Baltej Sekhon is an experienced chiropractor that makes the environment very welcoming for me as i am there to educate myself about my rehab/body. He does a great job to personalize each treatment specifically to target what exactly needs to be worked on.

I couldn't thank Dr. Baltej Sekhon enough as he has helped me regain my confidence which has allowed me to step out of my comfort zone and try new exercises.

I have a neck/back ache and came to see a RMT who was very helpful. The session was good and it did help my sore neck and back after even just one session. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 stars is because it was so hard to find immediate help should you be in real pain. The bookings seem to be always full. All in all it was a good experience.

Jamie is top notch. Very professional and knowledgeable. His skills and ability to help and/or solve musculoskeletal issues quickly is remarkable.
I come here because Jamie is here. I've gone to others but only out of necessity as he is sometimes hard to schedule as times fully booked.

Painpro also has multiple locations which makes access to treatments convenient.

I came to use my work benefits for 2018 and admire the staff and their knowledge. I love the Jane App for online bookings. Even at 11 pm.when feeling in need of their services, I can book online. CONVENIENCE!
