We liked the tasting, the atmosphere and the knowledgeable staff. This venue is build for wine tasting so it is less of a “old person’s farm”.

Wow! Painted Rock winery was impressive in so many different ways. Thank you to Joanna for your friendly and knowledgeable service. We learned so much, including the background to the actual Painted Rock. You can't beat a bit of education while drinking a glass of excellent wine on a patio that overlooks green-leafed vines and a sparkling Skaha Lake. We had a small medical emergency while there and Joanna and Dawn knew exactly what to do. It all worked out in the end, but we are forever grateful for your quick actions in the moment. A place and people to recommend. Thank you!

I found it funny to read the negative response regards to biking gear in painted rock. We showed up there and had nothing but a phenomenal experience. In fact Joanna filled out cycling bottles several times with ice even so we could make the trek back home. She was simply one of the best servers we’ve had in any wine experience period. Thanks Joanna.

In terms of the wine, the price point was definitely higher for some of them. They were still delicious I just didn’t really feel the need to go back and pick them up after trying some of the more affordable varietals in the area.

Incredible location, great wine and amazing views! The outdoor patio is super relaxing and the staff are great here. Can’t wait to return!

I had an absolutely incredible experience at Painted Rock Estate during the July long weekend. From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the exceptional quality of the wine, the breathtaking beauty of the surroundings, and the outstanding service provided by Jean, who truly went above and beyond to make our time there absolutely unforgettable.

What a wonderful spot to stop. Incredible views, great wine and their cheese platter was delicious for a quick lunch in-between tastings.

Fantastic view, great rose. Just ok service with a bit of side eye when in bike shorts, a bit old too old school and stuffy considering it is right next to some of the best climbing, road biking and mtb terrain. Reds are in my mind.just ok, I think the price ask for them does not meet the expected quality presently - just imho. I do believe one can get far better 5-blend $80 wines elsewhere in the valley. Definitely go for the view, the rose and a charcut board (re: response - cool story, bro:/)

My visiting parents from the niagara region and I went in for a tasting this morning and left with one of the best experiences I have had in the last 2 years of living in the Okanagan. From the second we walked in we were greeting with smiles and a friendly environment from the entire staff. We had the pleasure of having Jean guide us through a tasting of amazing wines. From the Chardonnay to their “Icon” red, Jean’s passion for all the wines had us captivated from start to finish. Whether a new or experienced wine drinker I would recommend this winery in a heartbeat.

My wife and I went to Painted Rock yesterday for a tasting. We were warmly welcomed by Dawn who did our tasting. She was outstanding. Killer personality and super knowledgeable. Painted rock is lucky to have her! The wine was great and the views were unreal. We will be back!
