Here’s an idea: put your holiday hours on your website. I think it’s awesome that employees get off early the Friday before Christmas, but maybe share that tidbit with folks coming to pick up packages that FedEx failed to deliver.:)

Their customer service has improved so much lately. I hope they keep the level.

Rude, inflexible staff, happy to blame FedEx, which had already inconvenienced me by sending a package to a different town, because they wouldn't use the buzzer in my building. Hope never to have to deal with this location again.
