The crew in here. Makes it happen. They are open later than most places. Serving pizza and wings, poutine and more. Between Palagio and 420 Poutine. Great portions, good prices. Kind staff and quick service.

The guys who work here are awesome. They are very efficient making sure the pizza I like to eat is done right. The best part is when they are busy they rock getting everyone orders done fast. Love it that my pizza is hot and fresh. Thank you so much for cooking my meat lovers

Terrible quality and delivery: we waited 90 minutes on a Thursday evening only to receive a pizza that tasted sour and off. The crust tasted like frozen pizza crust. They said they would only refund us by sending the driver back to pick this pizza up (!) which I guess explains why their delivery is so slow if this is how address issues. Poor quality—the driver apologized but we won’t be ordering from here again.

Soggy undercooked fries. Poutine reqires double fried super crisp. Gravy was not pea. Tasted like it came out of a can. Way too salty and I love salt. Very few "curds" of cheese which are not sqeeky cheese but mozza. Found exactly 3 thin mushroom slices. Chicken tasted like precooked prepackaged bland with gross texture. Sacrilege to call this poutine!

Great PIZZA and very pleasant staff friendly and efficient service and they are always smiling when I get there nice guys give them your business

The staff don’t wear gloves or wash their hands between touching money and the product. There is street people inside the store not even buying the food.
Health and Safety needs to do some undercover work here.

Not too sure what kind of bug that is but it was already dead. That was about to be my next bite.

Best late night delivery service with delicious food and options to choose from poutine, pizza, chicken, brownies etc.
Will recommend if you are a night owl and a hungry person

I order the 222 pizza on delivery on December 8th around 8: 20 PM.my pizzas were as good as it can be (delicious) good crust, sauce and all good.my pizzas was fixed the way I order them.the delivery man was very polite and interested in my satisfaction in every way (deliver in the proper manner and he follow instructions), very effective worker.

Last night ordered these amazing pizzas. Nobody was open except palagio either on DoorDash or skip the dishes. Even though website got negative reviews, I really liked the food. It was perfectly cooked and reached my home all fresh and hot. Great job guys

Came here on a whim and wasn't sure what to expect, but I must say it was super delicious and I was happy I stopped in. I ordered the Butter Chicken pizza and it was awesome! Also ordered a side of tzatsiki and pita which was also nice. Definitely recommend.

Everytime i crave pizza, i get it from this place. Their pizzas are delicious and yummy! Perfect place for pizza lovers. I always get my pizza customized and i never get disappointed. Love Palagios!

If you are looking for poutine. It's not here. Fries and salty gravy with "pizza" (not sure if "mozzarella") ? This is what you want.

So I was eating a piece of the cheese bread. And I found a metal wire baked into my slice.
I'm really glad I looked at the slice before taking my next bite. This is quite dangerous and I'm curious how it even got in there.

This was a case of mistaken location but a pleasant surprise. Chicken wings were delicious and not greasy. Pizzas were pretty darn good too.will definitely be a return customer.

Since doordash won't post the review, here I am.
I've ordered 3 times from this place, hoping it gets better.
It doesn't. First two times it was insanely salty. Third time was better but the food was cold. It took the door dash guy 8 minutes from the store, so, there was no fault on his end.
I'm not ordering from here again. I'm insanely disappointed since I've heard good things.

It’s really terrible. Ordered large custom poutine, added mushrooms (+2.75) and steak (+2.20) through DoorDash for over 20$.

Gravy is very salty, felt like powder gravy. The fries were burnt and non-consistent, it had hard ends on them. Felt not fresh fries, or just the end of the bag? Not enough cheese for the price, but good amount of steak for 2.75$

I couldn’t finish it because it was so terrible, so I shared them with 2 other co workers to get their opinion. They said exactly same thing.

This place is amazing I love everything I have ever had from here ok maybe once I got a pizza i didn't order but it was still really good

Greek salad was not fresh and was over dressed, couldn’t eat it.
Pizza had minimal toppings and no flavour. Did not both to add the extra that was requested. Disappointing for a simple order.
Delivery was prompt.

Not vegan friendly. I ordered soy cheese instead of regular cheese, clicked the box for soy cheese, Made a note on the order, specifically stating allergies, and no call was made, no order cancelled, nothing. They just sent it out with regular cheese.very disappointing and shocking disregard for allergies.everyone else thoroughly enjoyed their meals.

I recently ordered a 10” cheese pizza from here. I was really looking forward to it but sadly the cheese was burnt and the pizza was over cooked. Likely would not return

I waited 40 minutes only to get a call telling me that they had to reorder my order. They told me it would be another hour or more, after i had waited for 40 minutes already. Worst.

Anyways I was there for an third party pickup.
Busy times are understandable but wearing no mask and gloves isn't option.

A lot of reviews here are fake and the fake reviewer also reviews 420 Poutine house because they are the same owner.

These guys are great! Thier family operated business is loved by all in our neighborhood. We frown on people who go to the corporate optionality: (By sticking with local you get great service, options, pricing and most of all fresh tasting pizza everytime when ordering from Palagio Pizza:)

I eat here a bit too often (2-3 times a week) as my waistline would show. I have never seen an employee wash their hands.

It's really too bad that a person can't enter a minus rating, but never mind this is as low as it goes so that's about how I feel about the service. I don't need to add more find out for yourselves.

Not a good experience at all. Guy was rude when taking my order & pizzas were burnt. EMAILED & NO RESPONSE FROM OWNER! I dont eat burnt pizzas, carcinogen is cancer causing & it tastes bad. The Donair mear is strange & not good.
I wrote in saying i have pictures to show and that I had saved the receipt as well but no reply. Was also over charged, i was supposed to receive 10% off for pickup. I live very close by so they lost a loyal customer.

The girl that was working this evening was absolutely lovely. She was, kind, funny, and very personable. Just wanted the owner to know! Pizza was best had in a while.

Best pizza I've had in Victoria. Ingredients are fresh, simple and delicious and they execute so well. I had their gluten free pizza and it was amazing. I honestly couldn't tell and neither could my girlfriend (he had the regular crust). Their happy hour specials are well priced and environment is great in there. Cant wait to go back!

Well! This is golden lottery i tried with palagio, ordered delivery my small create pizza and got this delicious meal at 2.00am.wooooww! Place is serving late night and m gonna love this pizza.it was first try and i stretched with great pizza place.

Best bang for your buck. Always lots of cheese, and they never skimp out on the toppings. We stopped ordering from other places.

I'm sorry guys, but your donair pizza, is not a traditional donair pizza/
As an expert, hailing from Dartmouth Nova Scotia, we do not have green peppers on our pizza, and more donair meat than onion.

Frankly, i couldnt see or taste donair meat on the pizza.it was all tomato, onion, and green pepper.with a faint taste of sweet sauce.
Seriously disappointing, for a person born in the home of the donair.

Please up your game.

The pizza's got a lot of toppings and the cheese pretty good but can I ask why my cinnamon sticks are actually mediocre french toast sticks with syrup? And the cheesy bread was just burnt cheese on bread, didn't seem like there was any butter. Be wary or risk having buyer's remorse.

I ordered a pizza over an hour ago, and the pizza didn’t came yet, even that they said it would be here in 30-40min.
I called there due the waiting time, the delivery driver came. I paid for it and as I didn’t pay attention when he said the price over the phone (it’s my first, and probably last time, ordering here) he said he was going to take off the drink price, and I paid for it. After paying I realized I actually paid something like $4 extra what I thought it would be. And other than don’t bring my drink, he brought me the wrong pizza. I gave it back to the driver.
I called there, they said they’re going to give me extra meat to cover the price difference. I’m just so hungry that I didn’t complain with the guy over the phone.
I waited more 10min and after over 1h30min I got my pizza.
I am never going to order from here again.

The bbq chicken pizza is bomb, Love the late night service. But.my order was more than an hour long when they said 40-45 mins I live pretty nearby, and the cheesy bread Was more than disappointing barley any cheese, over cooked, and there was cinnamon sprinkled on top of of it idk if that’s the norm.

Ridiculous that the driver parks on a no stopping street in front of my building as well ridiculous attitude with regards not giving him a tip seeing that paying $5 to have him come deliver me a pizza on top of the regular price really unacceptable

Great pizza and wings! From out of town and absolutely adored it. Greek (ish) style crust. Wings aren't breaded, which is the best.

Best pizza in Victoria hands down! I love thier, "pick-up-price" specials- All the regular prices are great for any budget. You cant beat value at a unbeatable price. Òpen till 4am Fridays & Saturdays! + the ice cold canned pop is soooo refreshing! Forget about the other late-night pizza places.

Pizzas here are awesome and pocket friendly. I love their meat lovers. Guys over the counter were very friendly and courteous. Keep it up guys hat's off to you.

They were the only place open when I was finished work. The pizza is pretty good and I got the cheesy bread sticks which were excellent. So glad they were open because I was starving.

The worst! Ordered and said 30-40 minutes. Waited 80 minutes after calling twice before. Got rude service and hung up on after asking for the manager. He claimed he’s the “real manager”. Foreign Indian voice. He should be replaced. Coming from a former employee of restaurants when I was a teenager. Good ol days:)

I ordered a lot of pizza for a few friends and the order got deliver to us completely wrong. I then received a message from the owner offering us free pizza. We then ordered our free pizza which was vegetarian and it was filled with just pineapple and tomato. I am disappointed.

Got the "Donair" pizza, what a joke. Wasn't even remotely close to what a donair pizza is supposed to be like.

Great pie. They deliver until 3 AM! New management, if you save 10 receipts you get a free pizza. I get the 2-2-2 deal, two-two topping pizzas, two dips, two pops. For 22$

You can’t beat it. Did I mention they’re open until 3 Am 7 days a week?

Something was wrong with the pizza I ordered last night, something tasted old like mold. Very disappointed and wasted my money on my order.

Wow! I’m so impressed with the pizza. I got the walk-in special with 3 toppings “Pineapple, Ham, Bacon”. No one could beat this DELICIOUS PIZZA!
As well the guy that was working has amazing customer service. Very polite gentleman. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND PALAGOI

Great spot for late night eats, my favorite is the bbq chicken pizza but they have lots of options. They are quick and they deliver, all together a great place.

If i could give none i would.the fake “shhhh” sound in the back because they didnt want to deliver was the nice touch.l

I enjoy the pizza from here, usually pretty good quality for what you pay. I was a little disappointed with my last order to see that my 3-topping pizza only had 2 of the toppings i had asked for, yet i paid full price for 3. I didn't notice until i got home and didn't feel like bothering over 1 topping, but it was disappointing to say the least.

This place is terrible, Not trying to sound rude here but the pizza was cold and soggy.the wings were burnt and soggy as well. I did not even eat it.went to the trash after the owner was very rude with me about a refund, i do not recommend this place to anybody.

Went in late last nite at 2: 30 for a Popeye. The older gentleman behind the counter told me it would be alittle longer than expected but promised me he would make it worth my while. I came bak to pick up 15 minutes later and had an enjoyable interaction with the employees. When i left i thought the box felt alittle heavy, and when i opened it i found what i had ordered, but hidden under a mountain (im not kidding it was a whole block) of gooey white mozza. Thank you so much pizza jockeys at palagio, u guys rock.

Good pizza sometimes they tend to screw up some of my orders but it happens no ones perfect fast delivery its always hot when I get it. Perogi pizza is must try

Ordered 222 deal 2 pizza 2 pops and 2 dips
The guy forgot the dips tried to talk to them worst service first they tell me I didn’t order and I didn’t pay which I did and was included. After 10 min they saw they screw and told me is not worth it for us to deliver ranch just put credit for two ranches if you want. Screw me if they forget my dip every time just going to have free ranches. They screw they come and deliver it like other places they don’t want to payoff the delivery charge it’s their problem. I pay delivery charge for they forgetting my dip and not wanting to deliver plus paid dip I didn’t got deliver got robbed by this people.

Really good pizza at this place. Also excellent slice selection during the day. I'd grab slices after work more often but they stop doing them in the late afternoon. Otherwise I love this place!
