Paliotti's Italian Restaurant & Bar

I had the margarita pizza and my boyfriend had the chicken alfredo. Everything was super delicious. Jesula was our waitress. She was very kind, proffesional, and very quick with drink refills! Great experience and very excited to come back!

We had dinner tonight with our family and the food and the service was exceptional. From the bread to the steak to the pasta, it was all excellent. Perfection!

We were very impressed with the service the food was great, I would say Paliotti's is one of the better restaurants in Chilliwack.

Jesula went above and beyond for us this evening, she is a wonderful server. The food is always great at this location and is often our choice for date night. Mmm.

I've heard good things about this restaurant. Our experience was okay. Our server was very kind and you could tell she was extremely busy making drinks ect. I'm guessing they were under staffed. When we first walked in the guy greeting people seemed not so happy. Busy, I get it but I also do customer service for a living and this wouldn't be up to my place of employment standards. My brothers chicken basala somehow tasted like salmon. My food was good but honestly our servers energy made it a lot better than it was. She even danced with my niece so A+ from me for that. Sometimes positive energy makes the world of a difference in restaurant.

We dine at this restaurant approximately once per month, and the service is always excellent and the food delicious…

Tonight we were out for our anniversary dinner, and I mistakenly forgot to order the cream sauce I wanted on my pasta… Even though it was my mistake, they promptly got me what I had meant to order. They also provided a free anniversary dessert for my husband and me.

I would like to give a big shout out to Mikayla, our waitress tonight, as she provided top-notch service… As did a man who I assumed is the owner. I highly recommend Paliotti's Chilliwack as a pleasant dining experience… We're always treated like kings and queens.

I should mention too that, although many restaurants are "nice", despite having a disabled person in the party, Paliotti's is one of the few restaurants who staff always make us feel 100% welcome and not make us feel like we are creating more work for them by having a wheelchair dependent person with us.we have never found them to roll their eyes when they think we are not looking or whisper about us.

They also catered to my mom who is gluten-free and make sure her meal was appropriate for her dietary restrictions (celiac).

Was caught off guard by the loud heavy metal playing during dinner. The volume did go down but the music didn't match the venue. It's like they are trying to be an Italian pub? Really confusing. I made the reservation noting it was someone's 80th birthday thinking they would bring a piece of cake with a candle. But no acknowledgement whatsoever. No real attention to detail. Pretty disappointed all around. However, that said the food was good. Maybe take-out next time.

The food was OK, value wasn't bad. Would I make plans to go again? Meeh So many other places to try.

Beautiful Italian restaurant. Definitely my top 10 in Vancouver area. They have few locations. We were a party of 18 people and the service was great. Our server was quick and very friendly. The food did take a bit longer to arrive but the taste and quality made up for it. Would highly recommend it. The interior is beautiful.

Casual dinner out with no reservations made. Had to wait at the bar for seating. No issues. Great bartender! Super friendly!
Very nice server. Appys came promptly but we ended up waiting over an hour for our mains. When we inquired, we were told there was a mistake on their end and our order was not put through. The owner (manager) (?) personally came to apologize and update us on the situation. He also comped our mains (which was plentiful and delicious). He even offered another free appy and dessert which we declined due to already being full. I cannot say how much the people here stand by their service and this should be an example of how a good restaurant is managed.

Kudos and we will be back!

First time here.

Inside is deceptively bigger than I thought it was and it has an upstairs section. Bar area is nice as well.

We ordered the lasagna and the four cheese tortellini with added chicken.

My 4/5 stars is mainly because we were there during the -$2 off the pick your pasta and sauce happy hour time.

The 4 cheese tortellini should have been $14 + $5 for the chicken. As an aside, the $5 for chicken wasn’t worth it. However, when the bill came we were charged $21 instead of the excepted $19. Not a huge issue but certainly something to keep an eye on.

Lasagna was decent though next time would try a different option.

The focaccia bread was great.

Will return one more time before giving a yay or nay.

We booked the upstairs area for an anniversary party of 25. It was perfect, and the owner/staff were incredibly accommodating with special requests and attentive all evening. Will not hesitate to celebrate special occasions at Paliottis in the future.

Visited the restaurant for the first time and I would say we really enjoyed the visit. The food was great as well as our server. Would definitely recommend.

Awful service. Probably the worst service I have ever had in Chilliwack. We got seated at a table at 7pm.without even a glass of water. Countless servers walk past us and ignore our table.

Half an hour later, the lady who seated us says "Oh have you spoken to a waiter? ". We told her no. Finally a waiter came over with a couple glasses of water, takes our order and says "sorry for the wait - I'll put your order in right away". Another half hour later, the waiter comes over with a couple slices of bread and tells us "the kitchen only has one steak" Really? On a Saturday night? An hour waiting for food and they haven't even started our order? We left. DO NO EAT HERE.

They who know nothing about service.

We ordered pickup and asked for pasta to be cheese baked. We were charged for it but did not receive it. The pasta and meatballs was very salty and there was almost no sauce on it.
