Friendly staff, great service, and amazing coffee. It can get pretty busy during weekends but I like to come in a grab a cup of coffee and some pastries.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for some good coffee around the area!

Amazing pour over. Kind of busy at weekend. One of the staff got a little grumpy. Overall was a good experience.

I decided to buy a glass carafe from Pallet as I like to try to support small businesses. There was clearly a quality defect with the product as a couple months after purchasing I took the lid off and the edge cracked. I went to talk to them in store and in store staff told me it was a common problem and I should contact head office for a refund. Head office has so far refused to refund it or provide store credit and says that in store staff should never have said that. It is clearly a quality defect as one should be able to take the lid on and off (seriously that’s its whole purpose…) without it cracking the container a couple months after purchasing - see photo attached. There goes $40 for nothing. Super disappointing because I really like Pallets coffee, food and in store staff. I really wanted to support them but I would highly recommend against and warn anyone not to buy products here. Poor quality and poor customer service related to in store products.

Awesome local coffee and very friendly attention, I wanted to go since a month ago and I was not disappointed. I had the breakfast croissant with a cortado everything was great

I don't know much about coffee, but the baked goods and customer service here are second to none.

Good coffee/food. Seating is a bit awkward. I wish there were more smaller tables instead of the corner seating area. Was also cold when I visited since someone was fixing the door and had it propped open mid November

You may like coffee, but you'll love Pallet! They will make your wildest dreams come true!

Why is this $6.20. Latte with caramel sauce. I could go to Starbucks and get a venti for that price. I asked for a large too and they gave me the small. I honestly hate coming here for coffee, won't be back.

I just took coffee there - the coffee is delicious, but the fact that the girl, when preparing, took a glass touching it from the inside is just disgusting - it's a huge gross mistake to touch the client's area with your hands and so rude!

Super friendly staff! And some of the more interesting house espresso in the game.
Really relaxed atmosphere here as well, and a great layout around a central bar.
I'm pretty new in vancity but Pallet will for sure be my go-to coffee joint when I'm in East Van.

It is a nice coffee shop. The coffee is very good and the baristas are nice. Early in the morning it’s nice and quiet (not so in the afternoon, as I will explain now). But as someone mentioned below, the laptops seem to have taken over. Last time I went more than half the people were on their laptops (some with a variety of items strewn around). It felt like a university library during final exams, including someone walking around with a laptop charger looking for a plug, and leaving it charging at a spot she was not seating. I stayed for about 40 minutes and (surprise!) all the laptops were still there by the time I left. I’d recommend banning laptops or getting rid of the wifi or limiting stays to one hour or so. It would make it more enjoyable for most customers, and would probably be good for the business.

Best coffee in BC. Great selection of breakfast items too. Very popular place so be ready to queue in the morning.

There's alot of coffee shop hogs here, those people that can afford a MacBook but can't afford wifi for their houses so they sit in the coffee shop for 12 hours, those special people.
