Pallet Coffee Roasters HQ, Cafe + Roastery

Really great place! We enjoyed a flat white, Papua New Guinea pour over, ham and cheese cornbread, and vegan blueberry passionfruit muffin. Coffee and pastries were delicious, and the staff was really nice.
Would definitely recommend!

If there were more than 5 stars to rate these guys, I assure you, they’d be getting every single one of them! I really liked their Black Condor coffee but as it was sold out and only 200 g left, guys were generous enough and caring enough to let me know about it and they just gave it to me for free where I was ready to pay for it easily. I respect the passion of the people working at Pallets and desire to deliver the BEST! I’m definitely a loyal customer of this place. If you are to chose coffee roasters in Vancouver it should be PALLET! Alright, I’m off here to go and make myself a delicious cup of espresso from the Pallet’s Black Condor.

First time visiting, coffee was a bit weak for a 16oz iced Americano. I have had one at a different location and it tasted way more unique like I would expect from roasters. Pallet seems like a coffee nerd place and well I expected it to taste a bit better. Pastries are yummy and not too overpriced. The building is quite beautiful and interesting inside. They roast coffee in the back, which you can see. It was hot in there considering this, it was a very hot July day. I don't think I will go out of my way to come here in the summer, fall might be a better idea.

$9 for a iced Americano & banana loaf. I can get the same for $2 less closer to me, including tip!

Huge space but not excessive amounts of seating. Delicious drinks. It has wifi and internet is good. I did not see any seats with power outlets.

Impressive space, so peaceful on a week day. Great decor and minimalist concept. Most importantly, great coffee! Sketchy area, be mindful of your car/bike/dog.

Hidden gem in the area. They have the best and most spacious space. They got tons of pastries and coffee. Check out their HQ. Also check them out for a limited time during hot chocolate fest for the great new drinks
