One of the best experience that I have ever gotten at a salon. Got this done for my birthday and omg they look so good and I am so happy with the service and especially the staff they are super friendly and professional. Highly recommend

They do a fantastic pedicure, my toes look amazing! My toes look absolutely adorable with a French tip, I love them!

I was given a gift certificate. I dont often get my nails done, so I thought it would be a nice relaxing expereince. I did not feel pampered and they were rough. The whole experience felt rushed and I could have done a better job of my nails.

Went for a gel pedicure and Amy took care of me. It was well done and it’s very clean! They need more good reviews:)

She has missed several corners of my nails with the gel polish, she definitely didn’t go down to the cuticles and barely a massage maybe one minute. Not once did she work around the toes or bottoms of feet and then charged 50 $ put tax and tip on there and definitely not worth it.
I wasn’t happy with them in past but decided to give them another try. Sadly I wasn’t happy at all and will probably have to go back two weeks sooner for my next pedi somewhere else.
I would post photos but no one wants to see my feet.

I will not be returning to Pamper nails, I had a mani and pedicure that were both very
disappointing. I did not get the name of the lady who did my nails but the service was rushed, painful, and and unprofessional. I do not recommend.

The good: They are always available and take people without appointments. Good foot massage. The price is good. Technician paid close attention to the polish.

The bad: Poor customer service. They could say hello when a customer walks in. They did not make me feel comfortable or let me know where I can sit. Technician did not introduce herself. Also I had to ask for the massage remote, they didnt offer it to me.

The ugly: chairs are old and remote is stained. Cracked vinyl chairs. Low end looking.

Just wanted to write a quick review of our experience last week. My wife had a manicure appointment and had an absolute horrible experience. When she was done i noticed there were cuts around her fingers and the shellac nails looked like it was done by a 5 year old. What a waste of money. When she complained to ther owner/manager she apologized and said sorry the person who did the was was her first day on the job. She didn't even offer a refund or a gift certificate or even an offer to try send fix the mistake. These things seem to be very common at most nail salons and are rather disappointing to say the least.

Im not sure about the bad reviews but in my experience the ladies working here are friendly, we did a walk in and didn't have to wait, reasonable prices, clean work. I'd say overall my experience was great.

I don't usually write these, but an occasion is an occasion.

I called in to see if they could remove dip powder nails. They said they could. When I arrived I was seated in front of a woman who was on her cell phone and remained on her cell phone while she proceed to dremel/sand all off the dip gel off.

That was until the dremel slipped and she sand across the skin of my pinky under my nails. She then dusted my hand as if to say "it was okay", while still on her phone, until she noticed that from under the dust blood was coming out. She then popped up (pretty sure still on her phone), grabbed some blue substance and put it on the cuts with the dust still everywhere. I think this is where she hung up to say a quick "sorry", then proceeded to take the rest off, and then to poorly shape my nails.

I paid for the removal for some reason. It's now 2 and a bit weeks later, my finger is not completely heeled. My nails are quite rough and all have broken (not sure if this is from the second dremeling or just whats to be expected).

Things I've learned:
- don't get your gel nails removed from a place that doesnt' do gel nails
- advocate for yourself!

I recently visited this nail salon about a week or so ago and was able to walk in and get my service right away that part was the only good part. Let me just start with the prices, they were very reasonable and that is what enticed me to go here. However they were only 3 people working and the tools were very dirty they didn't speak any English so was very hard to communicate the polish selection was horrible and they seemed very old. On top of that one other client was getting 1 nail fixed and it took over an hour and the lady kept accepting people and proving other services even though she had a Client in her chair. The quality of the work was mediocure and seemed like all they saw were $$ and therefore I felt the service was rushed and half ass. In all the prices are great but the manicure / pedicure itself didn't look good and the nail shape were not consistent at all. Also one of the employees was talking bad about another client once she left to her new client which I though was distasteful and rude. I would rate this a -1 and won't ever be going back, although they have good reviews which is why I went In the first place, the quality and expirence spoke for itself #unsatisfied
