Great pizza. Staff left my order up on the rack for 10 minutes even though I was waiting in store for the order.

This was probably the best chain pizza I've ever ordered! All three items were perfect, hot, and it came just a little bit faster than estimated! The driver was very kind and courteous as well. Great job to whoever was working Wednesday night!

So I just ordered pizza threw skip the dishes and the delivery driver dropped the pizza didn't say anything and walked away. I can not stand skip the dishes. They did absolutely nothing about this. So I decided to call the owner and he made it right. I 100% will never use skip the dishes again and will order directly from panago for delivery. Slava is an awesome owner and his customer service is way above most places I have dealt with. He is sending us new pizza. Thank you very much. Pics of dropped pizza and new ones sent.

Late nite pizza run gone Great! We've had lots of panago across BC.because they have gluten free. This pizza was great.most places burn gf.and its frustrating. But this was delish.
I had a Mediterranean salad. Which was so good! Tons of ingredients, throughly enjoyed it.not sure ive ever tried a pizza joint salad before, so you all set the bar high!

Decent quality ingredients. Good variety as well. I regrettably recieved both of my pizzas smushed to one side with some slices upside down. However they have amazing customer service, replacing the pizzas for free.

Always get great service and pizza from here. Only issues was from the call centre, and that was out of their hands, but the staff here made sure that i was happy when i left.

Delicious pizza, so many options. Amazing selection of veggie and vegan choices too!

The female cashier weren't friendly at all. I was there at 6 pm and I didn't like her face expression.but the pizza was tasty.

We always get the plant based pizza, a salad and a beverage when we feel like pizza. Most of the time we pick it up.

The staff are friendly and the owner or manager is really great. One time our order was really late. No problem. It was a busy time. But we did get a follow up call from someone who apologised and made good on a future order.

This Panago pizza branch is awesome! Superb, fast service and polite workers! Slava and his team are so community-oriented and always support our city and local activities! Strongly suggested 5/5:)

This branch of Panago pizza is fantastic! Excellent, quick service and friendly staff! Slava and his team are so community-oriented and are always supporting local events and the community, whether that's in helping Nanaimo Youth Choir go to Carnegie Hall to perform or supporting Vancouver Island University Events! 10/10 recommend!

Variety of pizzas to chose from. Tastes really good and juicy. Mediterranean pizza is a personal recommendation.

Slava and his team work exceptionally hard to ensure you the best food in the shortest time possible. The food is always fresh and delivered hot. We've enjoyed so many selections, to pick a favorite is very difficult. Actually, not that difficult Philly Cheese Steak. All the way, any day!

Fast friendly customer service, always on time/early piping hot and delicious. Rare mess up, but always quick to a solution. Panago Gluten free crust is great. Never had an issue. 10/10

Panago Pizza Nanaimo is a proud supporter of Vancouver Island University. The service is fantastic here and the pizza is always fresh. One thing that I admire about Panago Nanaimo is the ability of the organization to be a huge community player in supporting student success. Would definitely /highly recommend.

Slava and his team are always a pleasure to order from and work with. My office hosts a number of events at VIU and Panago is always there to feed us and our students!

The nanaimo owner is an excellent man, who understands that when a chain uses a call centre to take phone orders, that screw ups are guaranteed. And because he understands, if there is an error woth your order, you get more than reasonable compensation. As a brand as a whole, I would rather shop at any other pizza place, as there is actually a way to get in contact with the actual stores via phone.

Good selection of pizzas. Reasonable prices if a little slow while waiting. Professional and friendly staff. Enjoy the production show while you wait!

My favorite pizza personally is steak and cheese, but I much prefer the one Dominos makes.specifically because I find the steak panago uses are very fatty and chewy Chunks. But thats just one pizza, Because most of the other pizzas at Panago are pretty good.
