Panago Pizza

If Had the option to give 0 stars, I would give a negative Star rating. Customer Service of the staff and owner are pityful and I feel sorry for the other people who were a loyal Customers but had no choice but to change their mind. The so called Supervisor needs to take a Hospitality and Customer Service training.

I have had bad pizzas before but never had a bad experience with employees until I visited this place. If you have a question, you are directed to talk to the supervisor and the Indian girl who is the supervisor is extremely obnoxious to deal with. I pity the staff members that have to deal with such a person given that she is so rude to paying customers. She is not built for a customer service job and I’ll never visit this particular store again.

Great service! Owner is very kind and supervised was very helpful, pizza was great! They also have countless special tasty items on there menu would definitely recommend ordering from this fine establishment

Punjabi employee working there she she don’t know anything how to behave with the customers. Moreover, she’s a supervisor and the owner of the place is also rude. Don’t know how to treat people if you’re reading this I want to go here find somewhere else.

Their vegan cheezy bread is so good, I could probably devour it daily. My order is always delicious, speedy, and cheap! Never had an unpleasant experience picking up or having it delivered.

Apparently they just about doubled their prices and don't post their prices on the menue anymore. I wish I'd gone next door to Uncle Abe's/Mitra for some felafel instead.

Most worst place because owner is so mean to everyone he is always tired i think he should close it

They mailed me out 2 coupons for free pizza
I went back got my free pizza and will not return.

They have great vegan pizza and an amazing cheesy bread! Also the staff is really friendly and nice:)

Terrible customer service. I used skip the dishes and just two idiots trying to communicate with each other. Pointless

Probably the worst pizza delivery service available. Pre-ordered online, they “lost” the order. Called to reorder and stated delivery would be in 35 minutes. Pizza arrived 15 minutes later than that & all they could offer was a $5 voucher for a future order. Absolutely terrible and unacceptable. Will never be ordering from here again that’s for sure.

I have order from this Panago for a few years now, only because its the closest one and the Panago site auto picks it, and it’s awful. They get my order wrong, they forget item but almost every single time they bring me the wrong dip, seriously every damn time I get the wrong dip because they don’t f$&*ing read it. If u have a choice then order from any other Panago out there because there’s no way they can be as bad as this place

Food is delicious and made fresh. The owner (?) came out and did a little show for my two daughters by tossing and spinning the pizza dough. He also had a nice conversation with my six year-old daughter.

My two daughters finished a whole pizza on their own. Will definitely come again.

Just had a pizza and cheesy bread take an hour and 45 minutes to show up cold and they won't even give me my money back. Unless I want a replacement in another hour (which would be 1am) for a total of approx 3 hours wait or credit my account. What a joke. This city is filled with good food and the whole point of this was to be fast, easy and reliable.and when I called and complain I get " do you want the credit or not? " If you can avoid being disappointed by every facet of a business, get your food somewhere else.
