Always a great pizza experience. They went above and beyond to rectify an issue we had months ago and that’s why we continue to order here. Love the plant based options. Thanks Panago Murrayville

We ordered two pizza’s.it took forever for them to make it and then we got them they were cold and they skimped on the toppings and extra cheese we asked for. Listen to the other reviews and find a different franchise.

Ordered online for a scheduled pickup. Got there to pick it up at the designated time. Said name for p/u, paid for an order and was told it would be a minute. Fast forward 5ish mins later when another employee asks if I've been helped. Tell them i paid for it and was told it would be a minute. Then the employees gather and talk, and all agree that there is no order for me there. I reply "so who's order did i just pay for? ". I ask how long if i order it again now, they credited the difference from whoever's order i payed for, then charged me full pop, made me wait another 15 mins (now 25 mins after scheduled p/u) and didn't offer anything for the inconvenience or even admit that the error was theirs. I usually don't order from this location as I've always found they seem to skimp a bit. From now on i will not support this franchise of Panago pizza

Great service, our order was ready in only 10 minutes even though online said 20! Friendly, and I love all the online customizing options. Will be eating here again!

Wonderful service, i came to order and pick some pizza and wings for myself. Big Dude with heavy beard took our order and he gave wonderful service.

I usually order from panago and I’m in the brooks wood area and I have several times had the same delivery driver and he was very personable very nice and talkative and I asked his name I have since got him a few times since but also a few others but this evening November 20th 2020 I he again delivered and greeted me with my name and abs said he was so glad to see I was safe and how I was doing before I could even say hi this is “AAHHMAZING” customer service I will ask for AMRIT (sorry if I spelled it wrong). He’s ahhmazing as is the Murray Ville panago.

Customer service and store cleanliness was amazing, the staffs were friendly, enough parking and convenient location. No dine in FYI, take out only. We bought 3 pizzas, out of three the only one that we ate is mushroom and steak other two went straight in to the garbage (the garden pizza and tropical chicken) they were really awful and none of our family ate, it just one bit and that's it nobody wanna take another bite. Don't know what went wrong the pizza was hot and sizzling but the taste was so weird. I hope they will improve in the near future, other than that
its good.

Love the Panago in Murryville square. They are so kind there and have never gotten my order wrong.

This is getting out of control. This is a food chain with so many locations! What a monopoly! When the prices are driven so high it is a real disappointment. Customer appreciations non existent. It’s reflected when 1, large 4 topping pizza with a couple sauces cost 30 dollars with delivery. Considering the cost of electricity, and rent and staff. Still, they have more money than they know what to do with. It’s reflected in the fact they have 5 stores surrounding one town core.
Where’s the love?
All I ask is they lower there prices because it’s not fair that they push out small businesses that have a passion for making people happy with there art of food then make you pay premium prices For fast food chain style pizza. I would order from somewhere els but there is just panago as far as the eye can see.
I would be happy to pay there price if they were happy to pay there employees more than minimum wage. And buy there ingredients at a premium price. Thanks panago for your service, please give a little more to the people that made you!

Do you guys melt down your boxes and mix them into the batter? Because the pizza crust tastes like cardboard every single time. I ordered panago for 14 years in downtown langley and never had a problem, but as soon as i moved close enough for the murrayville location to deliver to me, my past 5 pizzas have maintained the consistency of cardboard.

Edit: I realized that the reason the pizza was chewy was because it was taking 30-40 minutes to be delivered after leaving the store. (I learned this when i opted for the text notification option.) After calling and complaining twice, my order came a few minutes after the text the next time. This time the pizza was hot and fresh, and tasted significantly better. Although the ingredients still don’t seem to be the best quality, and because i had to complain multiple times, i still only give this location two stars.

My favourite pizza! I love the selection and the service is very fast. The options for both dinner and dessert are plentiful and you can't beat the price.
