Panago Pizza

As much as I love Panago as a chain restaurant from my childhood. I tried making some calls but to no avail, they've hung up on me each time on my birthday no less. Really wanted to make an order but the service is really questionable. Can't really order over phone I guess.

The most unorganized staff! She sounded lost on the phone even, confused. Took about 10 minutes of trying to enter the phone number, another 15 minute's trying to figure out the address. Once she placed the order, I thought we were good but when we got the pizza it was the wrong kind and cold. Tried the other location thinking maybe it was a fluke and similar thing happened. I didnt go through with placing the order because the staff who answered was incompetent. I would give no stars if I could

Love Panago. Been ordering Panago for years, since it was called Panagololous. Good quality. Good service.

Loved everything about my order and was very quick and service was very kind and think I'm just going to order from here for now on:)

This is my go to Panago. The staff are always super friendly and rock out my orders pretty fast. I'm normally only waiting 15-20 min and that's pretty decent compared to other places. I'm impressed!

I’ve been taking advantage of a great lunch take out special and honestly the pizzas have been amazing! From the delicious sauces and crust to the stacked toppings. Id never had artichokes on pizza prior to last week and it was such a great topping. I think it was a spinach dip chicken. Gonna do that one again for sure. I'm pretty fussy about my take out and this is excellent value.

Ordered a new york deli and chicken club came very under cooked. Also whoever sliced it needs some more practice, one piece was a quarter pizza. Prob why I haven't order there in over a year now.

Ordered twice from this location since arriving here and no disappointments. Delivery was super fast on the first order, average on the second. But the pizza was extremely well done. They have already become my favourite pizza place in town. Highly recommended. Must try.

This an old review but has been still bothering me. I had just moved to town for a term position and unfortunately found myself in poor area, ruggles st. I met a nice girl and we ordered pizza. On my pizza, I literally found a clump of blonde hair that looked like it had been pulled out of a brush and baked into my pie. My second bite is one I'll never forget. Upon reaching the manager, he outright called me a "druggles" person, a cheap skate and a liar. This was bar none the worst experience I've ever had a restaurant

The box came smushed and the cheese was stuck to the top of the box and when i tried to take the cheese off part of the cardboard came with it, and the salt and pepper wings were pink inside.

Honestly? Why would I buy gluten free pizza anywhere else? ! I have tried Dominos and Pizza 73 and Panago wins out everytime, it's a full-size 'med' 12" pizza and tastes great! Dominos and 73 gluten-free are same price ($20+/pizza) and 10" so as not to "accidentally confuse a gluten free crust with gluten crust". What does Panago do? Make the same med size 12" pizza but SQUARE. I almost want to say "DUH". Can't confuse the crust AT ALL and you get full size medium at same price! I know what my go-to choice is from now on.

Good quality pizza compared to other pizza places. Lots of variety and price is standard for franchise.

Just had the best pizza I've had in a verrrry lonnng time. The store was clean and bright. The staff (not sure if he's the owner or manager) was helpful and upbeat. The pizza had fresh toppings, crust cooked perfectly. I ate it until I was full and then had the last piece. I will make Panago a regular stop.

Fantastic Pizza, hindered by high prices and a lack of decent deals that every other pizza place has.

Panago is definitely one of my favorites.im a meat eater and Panago's version of a meat lovers pizza is called the "New York Deli" consisting of meat, meat, cheese and more meat!

I just went into this location and I tried to order about 20 minutes ago, and the guy gave me excuses as to why I couldn't place an order. He didn't want to make a pizza, and yet he works there. I don't know who the Manager is, but I hope this guy gets a talking to. If he doesn't want to make pizza, then find another job.

Good customer service. They had a wide variety of flavours and options to choose from, especially some very creative shrimp ones. The pizza was tasty.

I ordered a pizza from panago and I have a mushroom allergy. I didn't realize the pizza I ordered had mushrooms on it. When i called to see if i could get a new one made and they told me I would have to pay for it as it was my fault. I don't recommend this place as customers come last and money first. I will not order here again.

Wow. The most pathetic pizza i have ever thrown out. When you pull the cheese back isn't there supposed to be meat on a Hawaiian?
