Panago Pizza

Unfortunately, this place has gone down hill in the last while. They used to make great pizza and we ordered from here fairly regularly. Lately the pizza's are quite dry and hard to eat consistently lacking in toppings, sauce and cheese. As you can see in the attached photo, their pizza's often come with the end slices almost not even having toppings. I tried ordering with "extra cheese" to see if they'd at least cover the pizza and this is what I got.
Yesterday, I ordered a pizza with "extra" Pepperoni and each piece only had 3 pieces of Pepperoni on it and the end pieces only had 1 or 2. Ordering extra anything just seems to be money grab with no changes.

This place does not only prepare great pizza; they are also 5 star in customer service! The owner went above and beyond to provide a special experience and amazing pizza while ensuring special considerations for my son who can’t have wheat. It’s hard to find businesses and people who truly care the way Nazir does! If I could I would give 10 stars!

Brutal experience… ordered my pizza called back 5 mins later to ask to add dipping sauce to my order and they said they couldn’t add it as I have already paid. Tried to tell them I would pay cash on delivery and no go. Worst customer service ever you can’t even throw in a dip or two for free if that’s the case? Pathetic I won’t be back and nor will my friends.

Terrible pizza I received and forgot half my items. Really not impressed. No number to call accept the one where you order from. I would of liked to been able to talk to the store personally about forgetting items and ruining dinner. Which still cost almost $50 bucks after recieving money back.

The website says it closes at 12am, and I went there to go order a pizza and the doors were locked and there was a girl eating a pizza in there. She opened the door and in a rude voice and said "only open for delivery" and as I asked her a question she shut the door in my face! Worst staff I have ever experienced and will never recommend going to this location and you should teach the girl working on Sunday night some manners! I will not be supporting this location again. You've lost a loyal customer.

Hmm maybe great pizza taste! I love the mushroom melt toppings, u can taste the full flavor and makes u crave for more slice plus the spicy wings' soft but firm meat so much for a bite! And great friendly smiling staffs are real accomodating! Kudos guys!

The delivery guy Young Indian guy is always very very patient and polite. Good service from him every time. He keeps the pizza hot until he is at my door which I can't say the same for other drivers. I often order at night and sometimes do split payment debit and Cash. He is always polite and great

I live half block away from this panago. I ordered twice from this place. Both time takes them an hour to deliver the food to my home. Pizza is super cold when arrive with stinky smells. Delivery diver doesn’t even care. Hope you guys don’t take food poisoning from them. Never gonna order from them ever again.

Ordered a Vegetarian pizza. Requested a topping swap and the staff were so accommodating and pleasant. Awesome staff and reasonable pricing. Will order again!

I like it a few times and it tastes good. But this time I bought two boxes of chicken wings, which were very charred and very dark. When I went back to communicate with them, I got a reply from the cashier and said that it has always been so charred and I have never used the customer to complain. Really feel disappointed. If the service attitude is not improved, it will definitely affect the business. Hope the boss improves the customer service quality of employees.

We live across the street and always take away. Pizza are always ready on time and as expected!

I ordered total amount of $41.00 for delivery this store didn't include chicken bites and pizza turned out to be pretty cold. Very disappointed with this store, this people didn't even bother to call. I highly suggest to no go here

Yet another reason to avoid this restaurant location. Staff AND owner care nothing about customers just $$$$$.

1 hour and 15 minutes from order to delivery. Pizza cold, root beer warm. Live 11 blocks away. Customer care gave me $16.95 credit after I paid almost $30 with a tip. Save yourself aggravation and find a different pizza place or a better store location. This one stinks.

Usually good, but today I got an order delivered and they didn't give me half my order. Instead of my order of wings, I got half of a personal sized pizza. Customer service was helpful, but this store really needs to do better. And why they're delivering half of a pizza is beyond me.

Clean and nice atmosphere.staff need to be more friendly as they look tired and dull. Delicious food.
