Panago Pizza

We ordered late night delivery from here, we got a large pizza when the pizza arrived it was destroyed the pizza looked like it had been dropped on the ground then was delivered to us, it was disgusting. We called the store immediately and they sent a new pizza and we gave them back the one that they delivered to us and the other driver was in shock. The new pizza ended up giving us servere food poisoning. We called panago in the morning letting them know what happened we were told the manager at the south fraser way location would call us for a refund but it's been over a week. I would never order from here again.

I've been a long time customer of Panago, but I took a break from this business for 2 years because I noticed the quality of their pizza had declined. Nevertheless, I decided to try them out again with the hopes that the quality would have improved. I was wrong. The pizza hardly had any meat on it, and it was flat, dull and lifeless. I've had Delisio frozen pizza that was better. I'll probably give them another chance.but maybe in 5 years. Apparently 2 years wasn't enough time for them to get their act together. Despite the underwhelming pizza, I do have to give them credit for having great honey garlic wings and caesar salads. They were great. In addition, the store itself was clean and the service was bright and cheerful.

Neither of the employees could speak English, was incredibly painful to try and order an extra dip, I stayed polite even through them switching to their own language right in front of me at the register and chuckling and laughing while I was actively trying to pay for my order.

Good quick service, clean and tidy kitchen and store. Always happy to pick up my pizza from here. Staff are wonderful

Generous with the toppings, love that. I miss the old gluten-smart crust tho.
Had the beyond summer bbq on the gluten-smart. Nice to have vegan and gluten free options so readily available

Best Pizza Place in Town. Great staff, never had a bad experience. We always got Fresh and hot pizzass. Highly Recommend.

Refused service because I was not wearing a facial mask. Was not even asked why I was not but was quickly escorted outside. Not impressed.

Lol, the wife ordered online, I went to pick up. Got there, told em my name, they handed me the pizzas and sent me on my way. Pulling out of the parking lot, I said to the wife, why did you pay online? I was gonna pay with my debit. She laughed and said, I didn't pay. Lol neither did I. Had to go back to pay.

Very disappointed in the pizza we ordered tonight. Used a 2 large for $29 coupon. Panago used to be one of the best pizza places 10-15 years ago. Things change eh? We all agreed we’ve had better pizza from a supermarket’s frozen isle. What we had was quite salty and had little taste-bland in fact. No one was going back for seconds. Live and learn. Won’t be back no matter what coupons we receive. Too bad. I hate to see business’s go downhill like this.

This evening when I went to pick up my food, I witnessed something that made me never want to return to Panago.

I was waiting for my pizza and a customer walk in only to say “I just got the wrong order delivered from Skip the Dishes. ” He then hands the pizza and dip back to the employee who proceeded to hand him the correct order.

Skip the dishes then walks in to collect another order, and the employee hands the Skip driver the meal that was just returned.

That order is not going to be warm, and was in the hands of someone who doesn’t even work at Panago. Who knows what happened in the mean time to that meal that is now being delivered to the correct home.

I will not be returning, who know what happens to your meal before they drop it off!

Will not order pizza here ever again. So disgusting.a customer ‘returns’ the wrong pizza and the same pizza gets handed out to a skip the dishes driver and delivered to an unknowing customer

I was a walk in, I ordered a large deluxe Pepperoni pizza But Got a ham and pineapple. Not the best pizza in my opinion cheap on the toppings. They offered to make me the large deluxe pepperoni pizza Which was great but I did not like the first 1. Sadly I wont be coming back. Then they reach out and ask you what size pizza did you order
. Wow it's in the post. Not very organized and if you still have the receipt. Wow a week later. Most stuff a week later goes into the recycling bin

The pizza is amazing, after trying Panago you cant go back. I have had nothing but happy results with the taste of my pizza. They have a wide variety of dips that always have me craving another bite and the crust has this perfect crunch to it. The pizza is not too oily either after im done eating I do not feel gross and sluggish like I normally would eating one but i still get that greasy satisfaction you need from a pizza. It's a 5/5 star for me if highly recommend trying a pizza from here and don't forget to try their garlic cheesy bread, iv'e never been so impressed.

I just want to say thank you to Panago on South Fraser way. My order was a few minutes late so they gave me an extra order of cheese bread. The food always tastes great Good job Panago!

We just ordered online and they didn't make the pizza to our order. When I called to let them know that it was wrong. They said its because you ordered online we cant do anything about it. They don't care about there customers and are rude on the phone. Will definitely be letting my friends and family know on Facebook. Not to order from panago!

Really good. One of the best locations I've been to. Their dairy free cheese and gluten free crust is delicious as well for those who have allergies.

Worse pizza ever. New York deli pizza crust was lumpy, toppings had a lot to be desire. Where’s the deli meat? Where’s the cheese? Never go back here again!

This location is killing it! It’s February 14th the place is packed with waiting guests and delivery guys are literally running out the door. The manager is class. Offered us free drinks while we wait (because they are running behind). Moral is high and the employees are lightning quick! Graeme is managing the place extremely well. Thank you, Panago!

First time ordering from panago. Very polite young man that took my order. Excellent pizza fast.hot.the delivery guy was very polite. This is our go to pizza place Thank you.

It doesn't matter which toppings are ordered, this location makes great pizza.especially if Maxwell makes it. And if you enjoy dipping your crust. Panago Crust + Panago Dips are literally the best!

I had a craving for panago pizza. Really wish I had listened to the reviews and gone somewhere else. Soggy, underbaked crust. Too much sauce, not enough cheese. At least it's edible.

Friendly staff. Ordered small original crust Deluxe Hawaiian. It could have been cooked a little longer.
Didn’t like the tomato sauce. We’ve been Papa John customers for years and will remain as such.
