Panago Pizza

I don’t know who is giving this place 5-stars, but please don’t eat this pizza. It is terribly under-cooked, a tasteless. Panago used to be my favourite pizza back in the day - however they have completely changed the recipe in recent years.

Well - it looks like this Panago location is now under new ownership, and oh my - what a difference! Tonight's pizza was cooked perfectly and reminded me of the classic Panago pizza of yesteryear. Great job, new owner! Changed the review to 5 stars.

I absolutely love this particular location. The woman working (I think she's the owner) always gives fantastic service. Pizza is really good too.

I ordered steak mushroom melt and other half is chicken one. It cooked perfectly. Delicious pizza. Always one of my favorite pizza store. Nice staffs and excellent service.

We haven't order from here in quite a while.probably since Rusty sold it and has left. We got the worst pizza ever. The grease had soaked through the box and was literally dripping from the bottom by the time it was delivered. It was a struggle to eat and didn't finish it. I doubt we'll order from here again.

Our go-to (more like order-from) pizza place! Wouldn't rely on their comments on what is enough though, I did and we ended up with less than was needed for the crowd and I was left a little embarrassed (did even put a safety factor haha), also the amount of toppings are inconsistent (less) sometimes.overall, still a solid pizza place relatively speaking

This store has gone way down hill. Pizza is often over cooked and not very good. Most of the drivers are extremely rude so much so I will not be ordering from this store ever again. I call their customer service line to complain and was told a manger would call me the next day about the issue of the rude driver. No one ever called me. I will be taking my business else where and anyone else should as well.

This store was exceptional before the previous owner sold it. People were kind, professional and very friendly.

Recently, I've had very disappointing experiences, and most employees seem new. Last Sunday, we received our pizza late and it was delivered by a driver without a mask. How come he can be that cool when he delivers my food when we're still in the middle of the pandemic? ! As one of the other reviewers said, the quality of this business is going downhill. I wouldn't even give one star.

Usually good; simply not able to handle volume. Left in the rain with 2 kids while my finished pizza Sat in a shelf.

This location has never disappointed. Quick service, hot pizza, friendly delivery drivers. Yoshi in particular has delivered multiple times for us and is always great.

To my surprise they have some pretty good pizza, much better than some fancy places in Vancouver. Service always friendly and fast.

Great people, great pizza. Been coming to our neighborhood Panago here for 15 years and never had a bad pie or anything less than friendly hard working service.

We arrived at this restaurant for dinner.my friend recommended this restaurant. Well, we were not disappointed. The crew were extremely nice and we had a fantastic feeling. The meal was yummy. We had a great time and we will definitely return to this restaurant. Keep it up.

This is my family's favourite pizza pick up place. Super friendly staff and great pizza. We have been picking up weekly since they opened. Never disappointed us with the quality.

The up-selling agents try to do when taking orders at Panago is horrible. They just keep trying and trying to sell you stuff you didn’t ask for, even after saying explicitly you’re not interested.

Last night was our first time we visited this magnificent restaurant. But It is absolutely not the last time. We had a good time with the generous service, with the great dishes and wine and with the decent cost. We will surely return there in a short time.

This pizza tastes like dominos. I wouldn't say it is gormet. The pizza is definitely better at Stongs Market

The crust was great, the ingredient was fresh, service was ok.
This is a better Panago location in Northshore specially compare to the one in Lonsdale.
In general, Panago is an ok pizza shop compare to other pizza chains.
I just think prices are set too high.
If you don't find a nice local pizza shop close to you I suggest Panago compare to others.

It had been over 25 years since I had a Panagopoulos or "Panago" pizza. Still tastes awesome. Great staff at location as well.

This Panago's is absolutely great. The management is super, even during rushes they are fast and courteous. The orders are made correctly with a smile and the toppings are not skimped on. Really happy with this location.

Our go-to for fast, consistent, and reliable pizza. We use the website to order for pick-up and it's always ready by the time we get there.

Don't waste your money here.
We ordered our pizza from Panago tonight. It took over an hour and a half for the pizza to arrive. My fiance Shaun called multiple times to figure out where our order was. Each time they assured us that the delivery person would be knocking on our door momentarily. Nothing. The last time he called, the customer service person offered us a $61 credit. What on earth do they want us to do with that? When the delivery person finally showed up, he didn't even appologize. He didn't show empathy for our frustration. He acted like we were an imposition on him. And then when we finally have our food, and this is the first time I've tried their Gluten-free crust, the food was awful. Maybe it was the insane amount of time the food had gone between being prepared and actually arriving at our door, but I'm more convinced that it's just poor quality. Save your money and go somewhere else, like Fresh Slice. At least they deliver in a timely fashion.

Awful. My personal situation here got worse and worse and worse to the point of being abysmal. First they gave me a pizza that had cheddar cheese on it. Which I’m allergic to. When I asked them to remake it without cheddar cheese. Because I ordered it without cheddar cheese. The woman was extremely rude and I waited an extra 20 minutes. So the other pizza I had ordered was cold. The 1866 phone number Customer service told me they would give me an $18 credit good for the next 30 days. But when I try to use it three days later they said it was revoked because they made me a pizza without cheddar cheese. Atrocious customer service. It’s like it’s run by a bunch of beginners. I won’t be going here ever again
