Worst experience visiting this plaza, horrible parking design. Waste of space. Just go to Pizza Hut.

Looking at pizza menu in car for about 2 minutes before going in and confronted by a store employee to buy pizza or park somewhere else. Ended up parking at a different pizza shop lol

Ordered from here multiple times without any issues. Staff has always been friendly and professional. Food has always been correctly made and on time.

Really good for a pizza chain, everything is made fresh to go, and the menu is extremely inclusive when it comes to dietary restrictions. Prices are steep though.

If you are happy and try to find someone to fuuk you right on your face to ruin your day. This is the place to go. To the owner: if you don’t want to do business in Richmond. You can just quit.

Overcooked pizza, extremely rude staff. If there is ZERO star option I'll give it to this shop! When I told the asian lady that the pizza is overcooked and asked for a replacement, she said "you're not gonna die" and said final sale. I called my credit card company and disputed the charge. Panago should fire this staff.

Staff is really rude, stay away. Go to other panago. That woman that speak Cantonese is super rude to customer. Bad atmosphere. I will say it is the worst customer service I ever encountered in Richmond.

Me and my friends were having dinner at bbq tasty and suddenly my friend got really sick and she couldn’t walk. We all parked far away because that area never has parking. So we pulled up in Panago’s spot for a minute to get my friend in the car.

Suddenly this lady came out and said go away from my restaurant, my customers will come now even though it’s DEAD in there. We explained to her my friend was sick and it will just take a minute. Then she said “I DONT CARE” go away.

I never experienced something like this from a stranger let alone employee from customer service industry.

This is outrageous and unacceptable. After reading all the comments I honestly think they should hire new employees and actually TRAIN them with customer service or even human decency first.

I'm a food delivery person, this store has the most rude people I've seen. I will never order from this restaurant. I hate this place.

Store owners are very rude and shouldn't be allowed to operate this franchise. Seeing all the bad reviews about the same issue Panago corporate should do something about it. Stay away and don't support this business!

I parked outside of Panago Pizza for less than 2min and then one lady came outside from the restaurant and she told me you cannot park here if you are gonna order something do it now or get out of my restaurant.usually if you go to a restaurant you parked your car and see what you can order inside but she just kick me out super rude. I was surprised I can’t parking there. If I came here to order something for lunch. And then she just came to my car and start yelled at me like Karen. And then she just said get out of my place… what a place to come for order something totally rude.

I walked into the store and took some time to think about what to order, when I was ready to order, the staff looked so unfriendly and impolite. I asked the staff how long it was gonna take, the staff said 15mins. And I decided to leave because the waiting time was long for me. I walked out and stood in front of the store a little bit where my car parked, then the staff came out and asked me was it your car? You need to go. Just because i decided so long and then I didn’t order anything? Sorry, I wasted the staff’s time. I realized it is why this store has a low ranking score. I don’t wanna come again! Customer service is really bad! It’s not gonna help a store to survive.

Very pleasant experience had very clear well mannered situation on ordering and the pizza showed up and it was HOT thank you for caring

Decent pizza. I find panago crust a bit too glutenous/chewy compared to other fast food pizza places though. Like not 00 flour kinda thing, but alright for a quick meal.

Walked up and ordered Panago Classic with extra ham & cheese. Was made to wait outside 13 minutes in the cold even though no one else was in the store. Pizza lack ed taste mainly do to the absence of sufficient sauce and sub-par cheese. Worst panago I've ever ordered from.

Never recommend this place. Ordered several times and had a good experience at first (maybe previous owner?) but last time I ordered I got food poison…possibly because of some vegetables were not fresh or their kitchen condition. Not sure if it’s a family business but they should reconsider employees they don’t have that attitude for customers…worst experience ever.

My favourite panago location. Friendly staff, clean, efficient, COVID protocols in place, plenty of parking and orders are always on-time. Can't really ask for more

Great tasting pizza with quality ingredients. Love the selection of plant-based options as well. It would be our go-to fast food pizza joint if it weren't for the price. A little to high for us compared to the other chains in the area. If we are spending that much we prefer to get proper woodoven pizza.

You see the food is fine, but the biggest problem is the staff. In particular, there is one woman who works there that has the worst attitude in every way possible. I have been there to pick up food as a delivery person and each time she has made snide remarks in Cantonese, thinking I do not understand.

Then, yesterday when my mom went to go pick up a delivery the woman once again was completely unprofessional (I refused to go in because I did not want to talk/interact with that staff). The store currently has a one person policy due to the COVID regulations and so my mom waited outside for the customer inside to finish paying. My mom saw they finished paying and was preparing to leave and walked to the door to open it for the customer. Immediately, the staff started shouting at my mom to wait; which my mom was. She was waiting by the door, opening it for the other customer who was leaving (the customer even thanked my mom for opening the door for her). My mom entered after the other customer left, and when she was inside, the staff once again shouted at my mom for not "Waiting". Baffled, my mom said she did wait to which another staff also chimed in and both of the workers there started yelling at my mom for not waiting. My mom was frustrated so she just asked for the pizza so she could leave ASAP. The two workers refused and screamed at my mom to "get out" and told my mom she was not getting the pizza. My mom left because she was already disrespected enough, but not before the staff decided to swear profanities at my mom in Cantonese once again.

From this review section, I can see that we're not the only ones who have experienced such terrible service and just overall disrespectful attitudes. For those reading, I would say go to a different location for your Panago pizza or hope you do not have the same experience as us.

We usually order delivery from this outlet but ended up phoning in for pickup.first time.

Terrible, I got assaulted from this pizza place. I asked the clerk/staff if he needs a hot bag for the pizza. Since other delivery drivers don't carry one also I had not been given one from the company I work with since I am new.

I also showed my app to the staff and said the order is for "said customer" I was looked at it as if I am some criminal. The staff didn't believe me.

I then brought out a hot bag I have from another delivery company. The food was then dispatched to me and I see another staff member come to me and yell at me "put the food in the bag" I told him I can't have too many things in my hand let me get into my car and I will place the food there.

He yelled at me again and I left the store to my car. The staff then grabs my arm and starts pulling me until I release the food.

Totally uncalled for I felt judged because of my skin tone and language. Stay away from this place.

Digusting frozen premade crust with cheap toppings. The pizza also had random sauces that taste weird and sweet, such a disappointment and waste of money.

Staff so rude rude and condescending, they dont even care when u give them bad review. So many bad reviews here, but not any change. I recomand dont go there.

The staff here are rude. I wish there is some kind of follow up with the customer service. We are a visitor of this location for the first tome and my wife and i decided to be the last time.

I ordered one of the deals they have which consisted of a large pizza of your choice, bread sticks, and a 2L pop! They have a good selection of pizzas and I got the steak and mushroom melt. Yummy! I placed my order online and within 15mins, when I got to the place, it was ready for pickup.

Worst staff ever，dont come…so rude and so impatient. Its time to close body，no one gonna buy ur food.

After reading reviews about staff its a wonder how nobody has dealt with this issue. This specific location the staff are so rude and condescending. Can't comment on the quality of pizza but if you ever have to deal with the staff beware! Very unprofessional. Every other Panago has been great aside from this one!

I love panago! It's the best pizza shop around, I've tried out almost all the pizza shops around Richmond, but this seemed to be the best- in terms of the quality and the pricing. It's not the cheapest option but they make good, quality pizzas. It's not for eat ins I would say. Although the ambience is pretty good and clean the seating is not huge. So I would prefer take outs or home deliveries. Highly recommended!

The veggie korma is an awesome flavour. Their pizzas are fresh and mostly use organic ingredients

I ordered from this Panago pizza through UberEat. My private information should be protected by UberEat but I am shocked to find that this Panago Pizza actually tried to threaten my Uber Driver in revealing my personal information!
My UberEat driver told me about it and protected my information but this is totally unacceptable for this Panago Pizza, so I have to share this.
I have been to this specific Panago Pizza in person as well and the staffs are rude and unprofessional.

Hope I could give 0 star. Very unfriendly service, both the lady and man there. Food is so so, service is terrible.

Good pizza and good service. Put in a large order for 25 pizzas, everything was ready on time and hot.

All workers dealing with customers are highly disrespectful and very rude. They have no patience and it seems like they don’t have any work experience at all.
