I usually never have any issues with Panago however last week I placed an order for delivery and only received half of my order. I called the store but unfortunately they closed. Meant to call back the next day but it slipped my mind until a week later and was told because 72 hrs went by they weren’t going to rectify the mistake… I know times are tough these days but it’s not ok to steal from customers

When they get it wrong they make it right. Staff is friendlier than the Truman Show

Ordered a Veggie Korma Pizza with Chicken added, we where visiting from out of town and had pizza sent to hotel room, I am extremely allergic to tomato’s, when pizza arrived it was a completely different pizza with tomato sauce, we called and asked to have the pizza resent and where told the restaurant was closed though hours posted state otherwise, extremely upsetting and frustrating.
