Ordered two pizzas right at dinnertime on a busy 420 night in the West End, and they arrived at my door, hot and tasty 20 minutes later!

Always had good experiences at this location, pizza always as ordered and right on time, no issues. It's a 5 minute turnaround if there's nothing in the que. The lunch special currently running (for a long time now, is it semi-permanent?) is great. The staff working there (an older couple I think) not the most attentive or experience-focused, but I'm not there to shmooze, and they're polite and friendly. I always feel I get my money's worth when I go there.
