Panago Pizza

Very rude customer service experience and unprofessional staff. Ordered impossible nuggets which comes with 10pcs and a dip as per their own website and the staff gave 8pcs and started arguing for the dip which was already paid for. Thanks to the online customer care got reimbursed for the order but the staff didn’t even care to admit or apologize for the mistake they made.

The worker and I had a misunderstanding about the ingredients and they were very kind and polite about it. They remade it without a problem. Great customer service and the staff are nice. Service is also very quick for walk in orders.

I just ordered a pizza and wings, and it will be my last from this location.

I can't ever get wings or pizza's that are above room temperature, what I always receive are always old and cold.

Thank you for listening to my instructions. Would be ordering the pizza only from this location.

What a colossal fail! Too many details to fit in one post.
The worst tasting pizza and the absolute lousiest service.
There are too many choices for good pizza and Panago should know better.
Do yourself a favor, actually do your money a favor and just burn it instead of wasting it ordering from Panago.

Panago Strwawberry hills: Shevlin was very helpful and made the pizza as instructed.
Highly recommended

I ordered a pizza and it was cold and bad.
It seems it was made much longer time. No taste.very disappointing experience. Not go here.
