Panago Pizza

Writing a more recent review since its been years and i thought the location change would have better service. Just ordered a pizza and it came 35 min passed the estimated arrival time, stone cold pizza. We didn’t tip and the driver was super passive aggressive had the audacity to comment “thats unfortunate”. You know what’s unfortunate white panago driver with glasses? Cold pizza. 0 stars.

Review update: Changed to 5 stars, they looked into it and fixed their oven temp. Pizza came super fast and was not dry and burnt! I can go back to liking Panago.

I normally love Panago but I've ordered from the new King George Hub location twice now and both times it's been absolutely awful. I'm not sure what the deal is, but maybe the oven is too hot or the conveyer belt thing is too slow because the pizza and breadsticks were dry af and borderline burnt to a crisp both times I ordered. I think they also skimp on the sauce, so all these things combined made for some really unappetizing very dry pizza. Please check the temperature of your oven at least, and maybe consider not skimping so much no the sauce. I miss my old delivery location: (

The Italian garlic dipping sauce jar I purchased was expired and the cheese on the pizza was all brown / badly burnt.
For a new location to be selling expired products is a shame. I never had this experience at the Nordel Way Panago. This whole experience has turned me off from Panago Pizza.

Love your pizza.delicious everytime.my only criticism would be not to skimp on the Ceasar salad dressing.one dip doesn't do it.my salad was nakid.

I just loved the pizza from here. I had panago in other locations, but they were a okay pizza. At the KGH i have no idea what they did, but it was a freaking amazing pizza. For sure will come back and order every time I craving for pizza.

If you hate Panago, give a try, it's different.
If you already like Panago, also give a try because it will be better.

They do not have a $10 lunch combo that almost all other locations offer. Panago is terribly overpriced, especially with the decline in quality over the years.

I normally ordered from Dominos but was completely fed up with their delivery people claiming my apartment buzzer was “broken” so they wouldn’t have to come up to my door. Gave Panago a shot and the delivery guy could not have been more courteous and polite. What a difference. I wish I had his name. So whoever delivered order 007543 on Mar 24, you were awesome and Panago is lucky to have you. Will be ordering again for sure.

What a colossal fail! Too many details to fit in one post.
The worst tasting pizza and the absolute lousiest service.
There are too many choices for good pizza and Panago should know better.
Do yourself a favor, actually do your money a favor and just burn it instead of wasting it ordering from Panago.

As usual, excellent pizza (cheese and pineapple, sons favorite) and Mediterranean salad with baslamic dressing plus 2 litre pepsi. Our Friday night routine and ready as promised for pickup. Save-on points a bonus.
